I came in feeling stressed and overwhelmed, and she immediately brought my anxiety level down with how calm, thorough, and knowledgeable she was. On top of helping me, she was also so sweet and patient with my busy 9-year-old, which honestly meant a lot as a mom. She never made us feel rushed and took the time to explain everything clearly while making sure all of our questions were answered. Customer service like hers is rare these days. Luisa, not sure how to spell her actual name, but overheard and witnessed her entire interaction with a customer that she ignored and skipped over who had been patiently waiting for their appointment. She rolled her eyes, gave attitude everytime she opened her mouth and could care less what the customer was saying because it was clear she was born in the wrong side of the bed. It was clear after a few minutes of being harassed by Luisa that they asked for a different associate because she didn't want to work or deal with anyone because she didn't leave any space for anything but her big horrible attitude. As a company I was beyond irritated that this employee continued on like this wasn't her normal routine. I will drive way farther to never deal with this store again, because I'm changing carriers, this store gave me a horrible iPhone and Luisa also had attitude that it's not her fault the phone was bad. If I were a small- business owner, I would eat the $110 for the sake of keeping the business of a family of 4 who has been coming to them for years (they have made $800 off my husband's phone this past year alone!!). Except my 12PM started turning off and on, on a loop, every few minutes. 11PM was fine. But, it runs SO hot now for literally any reason; charging, chrome, depop. Went into my service provider and they were able to swap the e-sims in between the loop! Brought the 12PM back as suggested by MK only for him to tell me it was a sensor issue he's been experiencing with 12PMs and to call Apple customer service because I'd probably have a better chance of getting ahold of them as opposed to him calling. That part felt like a bit of a cop out/hand off. Went to the Genius Bar only for them to tell me my 12PM was DOA. I don't know if it would have made a difference had I taken it to the actual Apple Store or not, but I've definitely learned my lesson. I wish MK would have mentioned it was an issue he was seeing specifically in 12PMs bc I would have just rolled with the battery having a 85% life. It was my favorite phone and friend and now it's dead. Moral of the story...don't take your 12PM here.

This place was recommended to me, and to be honest, I'm usually a bit nervous about going to repair shops like this, but I decided to give it a try. It turned out to be a very pleasant experience. The service was friendly and honest. There was a very kind guy working there who speaks both English and Russian, which is a big plus for people who don't speak English very well. I simply handed over my phone without even explaining what had happened. I was pleasantly surprised by how clearly and honestly they explained the pricing system and how they diagnose the issue. Then they clearly told me what the actual problem was, explained what they did, and how they fixed it -- that was incredibly valuable to me. I will definitely continue going to this shop and will recommend it to all my friends. Thank you so much for your work! One more thing I found very meaningful -- they have a motto from Colossians 3:23, and it really helped me understand why everything was done at such a high level.
