Worst customer service i experienced yet! I walked in and none of the employees were doing anything, they were all sitting in a group and laughing. Not a phone in sight! And the really fat one that looks like a resident evil character told me "let us know if you have any questions" and i did, and it began to tell me "okay well you can call customer service thanks! Maybe corporate could you!" And turned its big back to the workers and they went back being weird and laughing amongst themselves and not even working and trying to be productive. I was appalled with what they told me i left immediately and had to figure it out on my own! Extremely gross service and lazy employees. If you need to trouble shoot an issue and you're NOT going to buy anything, just call in. They'll just give you the runaround saying "they can't see on their end" and you'll end up calling anyways. read more

The manager, Edgar, is the man to go to. We had issues with our internet due to a mishap, and he understood and backed us up all the way! He was very professional, willing, and even gave us better options to move forward with. If you go to this branch, be sure to ask for him and he will give you the best service possible. read more

where do I even begin? I was recommended to switch over to AT&T to save on my monthly bill; I was paying $300 a month with Verizon and was told my monthly bill would be $230 a month. That was the first lie, I was also convinced to get an Apple Watch that I would only be paying the monthly service fee for it, I was also convinced to get a flip phone for the SIM card in it for an additional fee to ensure my son who was out of state at the time would have service since Sales Rep Maria didn't know how to connect service with the MEI number even with step by step instructions. I had to go to several different stores to be able to get my sons phone connected since the flip phone was a prepaid and was created under a "dummy account" according to service reps so that created another issue in trying to get service connected and trying to get refunded for the useless flip phone. I also had my phone shut off two weeks before the bills due date for at least 3 months in a row. Every time I try to speak with a representative about my high monthly bills I'm being gaslit or disconnected. We just wanted to add a number to an old phone but we came out with a new phone and airpods lol. But thanks for being great! Went in just to change my address and check my plan. Was helped immediately by Yu and he was a customer service all star. Changed my profile with no problems and saved me a chunk of $ on a new plan. Answered all of my questions and gave me information towards future oPtIons with my phone and plan. This will be my Fresno AT&T store thanks to Yu. read more

Would give this store a zero if I could. Went in to change service providers . They told me if they did my plan a certain way it would be cheaper ...Turns out they added two extra lines to my plan and lied about me not being able to decline the insurance. Awful customer service. read more

I'm giving this store 5 stars because of the wonderful experience with sales associate Cesar. We went in to open a new line and boy we left pretty happy with our purchase. Cesar was able to explain everything genuinely. With his patience and great customer service we would totally reccomend this location. read more

Worst customer service I've received at any AT&T. The guy didn't even know what I was talking about I had to repeat myself like 5 times and all he said was "just change the chip" like dude that's not what we came here for lol he made us feel dumb and basically told us he couldn't do anything for us and to call customer care. The AT&T on Blackstone or the one on Tulare would've called customer care and worked it out or at least helped through it. This isn't the first time something like this happens. My sister came in 3 different times and was told they couldn't do anything for her at the particular location each time. Three lazy guys just sitting at the table and no one else stepped in to help. Terrible service. What a waste of my time I would've appreciated at least answers to my questions but he didn't even want to do that. read more

Unfortunately I had to choose at least 1 star. To start off I have 2 accounts with AT&T. One business and the other personal. Combined my bill runs right around $1,000. A month. I went in to this location to purchase a new phone. After spending over 3 hours I was still unable to purchase a phone. I heard every excuse in the book from "it's raining our system is slow" to "customer service it swamped with calls (they had to call customer service and apparently they call the same number as the general public). My account showed up as needing an $150 deposit with they attempted to waive but couldn't because customer service couldn't be reached. I even offered to pay the $150 deposit and they still told me they couldn't sell me the phone. I'm leaving out of the country tomorrow and really needed the phone. The sales rep Christian told me I could come back into the store after my trip. When I reminded him that this phone was needed for my trip he had the blatant nerve to tell me they aren't worried about losing one sale on a phone. I'm not sure where he learned his math/business skills, but, these "lost sales" add up. I'm not a rocket scientist but I do know that you need sales to stay in business and pay your employees. Without ales he has no job. Unfortunately AT&T in going down the drain. It's a shame that a once strong customer service built corporation would now treat their customer this way. My $1,000. A month get me zero customer service. This unfortunately, is not my first problem with AT&T. I will be looking for a new carrier. read more
