Lies!!! I signed up for a bundle package a couple of months ago because I was looking for faster internet. They falsely advertised an internet speed of 45 mb and when my equipment was installed, only 18 mb was available in my area. So potential buyers beware, their internet speed is not what they're advertising. I live about 5 miles from this location, so at LEAST let me know that an internet speed of 45 mb is not available in the surrounding area or I wouldn't have signed up for it in the first place. read more

My phone broke... GREAT. I was frustrated because one of my least favorite things to do is go to the AT&T store. Usually slow service and rude associates. This was not the case for this location at all. I was greeted by Ariel immediately and he told me there was no wait. YEAH. This was already a victory for me. Ariel got to work quickly and was eager to help. He looked into my bill and noticed ways for me to improve my service and to save money at the same time. After hours spent on a phone trying to rectify a situation in which my sister was guaranteed an Unlimited data plan for a discounted price (only to discover that her bill had tripled in price AND did not even reflect the data plan change to Unlimited), we finally decided to come in to this store and we are so happy that we did. I've visited three AT&T stores and authorised retailers in Glendale and I would say that, in terms of customer care, speed of service and efficiency, this location is the best of the three. We were greeted immediately by a shop assistant, who was cool, with none of that forced friendliness that's so cloying. My wife wanted an additional phone line added to her plan. I had an absolutely horrendous experience here on Thursday, November 2nd with a female employee. My friend and I walked out within minutes. The employee was not helpful. She was borderline patronizing and she did not provide me with correct information. I checked online myself and found that I was eligible for an upgrade. She insisted I wasn't and that I should sell my phone on eBay. She "assumed" my phone was 16gb. It's not. She also assumed I would wanted unlimited data. I don't want it. Don't need it. And don't want my bill to go up for something I won't use. I understand the desire to up-sell your customer but she wasn't actually listening to me just trying to tack on extra costs to my purchase. I was looking to buy a new phone and I decided not to do it here. She was the only employee in the store and my friend and I were the only customers when we arrived. You'd think it wouldn't be such an inconvenience to talk about my phone options. I'm shocked this store has such good reviews. read more

Being a new ATT customer I had a lot of questions and concerns when I saw my first bill. I went into the ATT store on brand with a bunch of questions and absolutely no answers. So irritating when some associates don't care at all about the type of customer service experience they give. Luckily another ATT store had opened right across the street from In N Out, so I decided to give them a try. Went into the store with the double the questions I had before and left so satisfied! I needed an Armenian speaker since my mom doesn't speak English very well, and I wanted her to fully get all her questions answered as well. A girl named Nare helped us and the experience she gave us was the only reason this review is rated 5/5! My wife and I walked into this store thinking that they had moved from their other location until the staff told us that no, they were an additional store. There were only a few customers at the time, so we were attended to immediately. The store was clean and very spacious. We originally went in with the idea that AT&T was not going to be able to match the offer we were getting from a competitor, so we were going to make some demands, then switch. We were pleasantly surprised when Ging, our AT&T representative, laid out how we could get brand new devices and actually reduce our monthly bill! Not only did he show us the plan, but he helped us contact customer service to make some adjustments, since we had been overpaying for some time, at least in our opinion. Great work Ging!
