Also the reason why I didn't bring in the phone because after being on the phone with Apple and having them run a diagnostic report which stated that I have a very poor battery in my phone they told me usually individual stores that replace batteries always end up giving issues so instead of constantly going back and forth I thought it's much better for me to go directly to Apple. Furthermore, I was there on June 23 and yesterday the day I contacted you about this issue was August 14 which is actually 52 days and not 75 to be exact since you want to get technical and I'm pretty sure nobody wants to run back-and-forth every month and a half behind an iPhone battery. I went in to buy a phone for Christmas, and the employee named Manju completely messed up my account. Without my permission, she moved my main phone number to a brand-new account. She told me on December 23rd that I wouldn't have to pay for the new account and that everything would be fixed on the 26th. When I went back on the 26th, she suddenly said she couldn't put the phone back on my original account unless I paid more. She also told me my bill would go up "a little," but not more than $120. Today, when I called her back to fix her mistakes, she told me I had to pay $150.00. When I confronted her, she admitted it was her mistake and said she would pay the difference for the first two months -- but then tried to force me to remove two tablets from my account, which I no longer wanted to cancel. When I refused, she avoided letting me speak to a manager, claimed she was alone in the store, and wouldn't provide a phone number or put anyone else on the line. That's when I called Metro Customer Service myself. They fixed the entire problem in 10 minutes. I did NOT have to pay the $150, my original payment stayed the same, and I did NOT have to remove my tablets. What upset me most is that I wasn't the only one -- another customer was already there angry because Manju had done something similar to her mother's account. This felt misleading, dishonest, and unprofessional. I left extremely disappointed. Be very careful at this location -- I would not recommend it to anyone.

It's all misaligned, full of dust, and fingerprinted underneath. We purchased two new iPhone 17 Pro Max yesterday and ended up coming back today. Our saleslady wasn't there but we had hoped to get another worker to fix it for us. We bought the "lifetime warranty" for the screen protector and phone case so logically we should get a replacement easily. Instead, the workers fobbed us off and wouldn't even replace the screen protector because "there's nothing." It was a bit hopefull initially when the worker admitted the camera protector had clear dust inside. Yet even this they failed at too! When the first phone's camera protector was removed, the worker removed it using a box cutter. This of course resulted in brand new scratches on the camera lenses. The second phone we didn't bother with because the worker offered the same box cutter removal method. When we asked for the manager, the workers again tried fobbing us off by giving the general AT&T contact info. The worker refused to give their manager's name. So we got them to write down their name and the other workers involved on a sheet of paper in their own handwriting. If you're able to, don't go to this AT&T branch. You'll come out with a useless "lifetime warranty" for your over $1000 phone's screen protector and camera lens. I hate that our initial saleslady convinced us that those extras were worthwhile. Who can beat the promise of unlimited screen protector replacements for basically free under the Buy 2, Get 1 Free promo. Our phone protectors were $60 each while the screen and camera protectors were free or really reduced from MSRP. If you ever have to go to AT&T to trade-in or upgrade, save yourself this angst and just get the phone only. Don't trust the workers to install the accessories correctly even if it's a "good deal." Otherwise, you'll be left with brand new damages that'll lessen your phone's value -- all by the workers too!

They keep calling me to switch to fiber optics. I keep telling them to stop they still keep calling. They charge you 15$ a month to have long distance and then they charge 5.99 per month again to give you long distance. They are full of tricks and deceptions. Every year contract ends and they increase your rates again and you have to call again to get a price. Half of my time is spent dealing with my att account. it sucks read more

We waited like almost 10 minutes for an employee to come and help us. The place was extremely crowded on a Wednesday evening. People are just standing there, chit chatting with others. Both employees and customers. Nothing relatable to work. Just killing time. Store has a lot of different types of devices with different prices, depending on what you buy. The new router that we bought cost us $175.00. (for one) VERY PRICY!! It better work for 175 days. We have purchased something from them in the past, and had a difficult time returning it. Yes, even with a receipt when it didn't even expire the date from the purchase. Davit, finally came to help us. He was nice, helpful and knew his job well. He spelles his name with a T, not a D. Just wanted to let you know that I didn't misspell his name. Store is clean, and not much to say about their ambiance. That's all I have to say about this store.

As a result, they were able to take over my phone number and leave the store with two iPhones--without my authorization. According to the receipt emailed to me for this transaction, a salesperson named Tsolak was listed. What is especially concerning is that the individual reportedly claimed to be my grandson. Based on the apparent age difference, this should have immediately raised questions and prompted additional identity verification. Shortly after this incident, I began receiving multiple password reset attempts across several of my personal accounts, which further highlights the seriousness of what occurred and the potential risk to my personal and financial information. This is not a minor mistake--this is a complete failure of basic identity verification and account security protocols. Situations like this put customers at risk for identity theft, financial loss, and personal data exposure. I have since regained control of my account, but the fact that this was allowed to happen in the first place is extremely concerning. I strongly advise anyone visiting this location to exercise caution and confirm that proper security procedures are being followed before making any account changes. This matter has been escalated.

With all of the consolidation in the office supplies industry over the past couple of decades, I think the only ones left standing were Office Depot, Staples, and to a lesser extent FedEx, with companies such as Office Max and Kinko's having been absorbed from competitors. I've been making extended copies at my local Staples, but the costs have continuously gone up as they closed in on a dollar a page on heavy-weight paper which I really didn't need. So, I opted to try the competitor in hopes of saving some money. Was I able to deposit some money back into the bank after using this office store from my printing needs!? PURCHASE(S) 8.5"x11" Double-Sided Color Printouts ($0.70 x130): I needed to print a recent summary inspection report for an investment property we acquired to give to our general contractor as a checklist of things to focus on and repair over time. Although the per-page rate was slightly cheaper than what I've experienced, it wasn't that much different to go somewhat out of my way. The printing quality was fine, the speed was a tad slow, but it got the job done. SERVICE At this time, there were only two employees, and I was the only customer. With no salutations from either of them, I easily headed towards the self-service copy center, checked out the machines, read whatever signage there was as to how the machines worked and payment, and then attempted to make copies. Nope; something went wrong! I tried several times on the same machine to no avail. I went to another copier and finally things were working properly. After about ten minutes, my print job was done, I paid at the machine, I asked a young male salesperson for a bag to put my copies in, and I casually walked out the door. For my needs, all of this was fine, but I sorely hoped this wasn't the norm. PARKING (FREE): They had their own private spacious lot - 'nuff said. ATMOSPHERE, DÉCOR, AMBIENCE A large boxy warehouse store filled wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling and multitudes of aisles stocked with a ton of various office supplies of anything you could imagine. There was plenty of space between the aisles, shelves, and floor displays, with a smattering of promotional ads/posters about. Minimal natural lighting came through the large front windows and doors while soul-sucking fluorescent electric ceiling lights filled in the rest. There weren't any TVs while I couldn't recall any background music. ATTIRE Totally casual, so I would normally be in a t-shirt, boardshorts, and flip-flops. OVERALL La Crescenta's Office Depot served its purpose, but for future office service needs, I'll more than likely return to a Staples closer to me. I didn't find much differentiation between the two brands, I had a few Staples closer to me and where I normally was, and this particular location was simply dreadful in feeling like all life was sucked out of it. I walked around, and I saw nothing (even less!) that I couldn't get at Staples. The printing prices may've been slightly less, but it wasn't worth it. And, the service was mostly non-existent and hidden. I found good value based on the prices, service, and experience noted above (TOTAL paid experience was around $100.00 BEFORE any discounts, points usage, and/or tip). And, they accepted my credit card of choice... AMEX! 3.0 STARS
