What could improve? Everything to be honest. They had horrible customer service, and were standing around doing nothing. I came in to get a screen phone protector, since mine was cracked. They looked annoyed I was there, and even more annoyed when I told them I had insurance and wasn't there to buy anything. They said they didn't have any, after not believing me because my receipt was on the T-life app and not a physical copy. They said they weren't sure when they were going to get more but could order one to my home. Rolling their eyes, asking for my ID and pretending to do something for me is all they really did, because a month later I still hadn't received anything. I ended up going to another tmobile store and they gave me a replacement right away, never going back again and I hope you don't waste your time with lazy unprofessionals with no work ethics. What's worse is I'm sure one of them was a manager, which should be setting the example instead of slacking off and trying to be cool with their employees. read more

This is the worst of the worst experience at tmobile. They make up their own rules... No one in this place wants to genuinely help a customer. If there was a 0 rating i would give this to T-Mobile, they are thieves when you decide to move service. In Jan 2024 I dumped T-Mobile because they have lousy sales people. I wanted a Samsung fold and a) they did not carry at the first store i went 'too pricey not our regular customers can afford one b) could not send me in the right direction to get one and c) when i finally went to a store that carried it they did not have one on display and refused to open the box so i can see the unit - at $2K i was not about to purchase without seeing the actual product. I went to Spectrum where i saw and got to see the actual unit and looked at features, I bought the unit and dropped T Mobile ... to this date am still getting billed. I've decided to a) write negative yelp reviews b) write to the BBB and file a complaint as well as the FCC. When i called to figure this out, i was told 'your no longer a customer you have to visit our website'. BTW am saving a lot of $$$ with Spectrum - bundled by internet and cell, and got a free line for 1 year plus another $30 credit on my internet bill. read more

The store team does a great job and in COVID times right now is also taking good precautions for their customers. They also don't freak out when your young daughter is climbing around like spider-girl a bit which I appreciate #dadproblems. The 3 men who didn't help me out and work at this location are by far the most unprofessional workers I have ever met. They were very rude and did not help me what so ever. I called the store to see if they would be able to help me today and the wanted me to go to a T-Mobile 40+min away all because they "couldn't"help me. They also hung up on my call. Just walked of this store, I'd advice the management to review their service procedures. I wanted some support with multiple line and their current promotions since their online process was outdated (instruction loops to multiple pages). Ask was considering a smart watch and an phone upgrade to a iPhone X. Walked in, got greeted two person helping a couple. We browsed to store for couple minutes , until a family walked in got asked what they can do to help. Mentioned about transferring lines and got told "have you called 611? That's how you can do that" mentioned we came in for multiple things but that's the first we want to take care of. "Yes that what you'll have to do, we sell phones activate lines but transfers we don't do" Literally asked him, do you just want me to leave and do everything on the phone? I don't have to be here. I totally understand what you're saying, but can you service it in a way that you're not interested in providing a service other than selling a phone? read more

10/10 -- this has been my first good experience at a T-Mobile store since they bought Sprint. All previous 8 interactions were horrible from mis-information, to sending me on wild goose chases, to charging me more money than necessary, etc. This is the first store that not only took the time to make sure they did the job right, they checked their work, and discovered a huge egregious error in our account done by a previous store's incompetence. It's a shame that I can't give a higher rating, the customer service was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able not only resolve my problem but give me some advice on knowing what my device could do. The main reason for the low rating is the establishment itself. I couldn't even stand 10 min in there let alone what the people working there have to endure. The store smells horrid. The floor is hazardous I almost fell just walking into the store, when I brought my concern to someone in the store they apologized but still. This a horrible work environment for them and a hazardous one for customer walking in. read more

Horrible store. Computers are super slow. The phone cases are horribly over priced . $66 when you can get the same case for $24.99 on amazon. On top of that, when you are buying a stupid iPhone XS max, they don't even have all the colors to choose from. Wtf? And if you want to have the color that you want shipped to your home then they don't have overnight shipping. You have to wait two days. Oh but they can comp. the shipping price. Big whoop. A t mobile store should be properly stocked and have updated computers. read more

I was so amazed to receive services from this young gentleman called Chriss at the store...He had the most intriguing hairdo so beautiful and ethnic and talked softly behind his mask I couldn.t believe everything he was saying was so good for me...I got a new I phone with so many qualities and a great camera I thought I was dreaming...Excuse me I switched from another store I wouldn.t even mention their name I had so many problems with that phone from the beginning and now I am so fortunate to be treated like a queen and get home like living a miracle because this new phone is so good. Had the worse customer Service experience in this location. Staff and Mgr are very rude they promise items just to sell you a phone of $900 dollars really!!! They offer me a free glass cover and they said to come back next day. we came back and they denied they had offer it. Clearly, the cell phone industry is so busy trying to steal customers form each other they don't actually seem to have time to take care of the customers they DO have. This leaves the retail stores and their employees as the front line when it comes to customer interface. And they mostly suck, except for EVERYONE at this location. Stephanie and her wrecking crew will go the extra mile to bring the corporate T-Mobile drones to heel. What's truly entertaining is watching this crew take on the "customer service" reps based in Bangladesh? India? Pakistan? I got a new LG V20 last week. 7 days later the screen cracks (no, I did NOT drop it). I have insurance, but after 7 days there's no way I'm paying the $175 deductible. Just give me a new one, dammit! Stephanie made it happen. Perhaps I should keep this a big secret...Wouldn't want the masses to find out this T-Mobile location will actually take care of it's customers.
