Steer clear of this AT&T store. I should've followed my gut and left when they started trying to…read moresell me "early" upgrades to my other phones. They also didn't answer when we asked if they had the phone my son wanted--a simple question. Bottom line, I bought my son a phone there and agreed to change to a shared 4GB plan for all of my phones. When I checked my account the next day they had signed me up for a 10GB plan for twice the price. There is no way that was a mistake. They also told me they could give me insurance on my new phone which AT&T later told me is not possible. The whole transaction took forever and their printers were "out of ink." I filled out a form with personal information and now I am seriously worried about identity theft -- that is how sleazy they were. It took me over an hour on the phone with AT&T to undo their handiwork. Next time I will go to an AT&T company store.

Only after the third request did he say the total would be $90, including a wallet case made of acrylic that was not worth anywhere near what he implied. When I declined the purchase, I was told the screen protector could not be removed and the employee became defensive. I ended up paying $40 for a screen protector I never agreed to at that price. This experience felt misleading and pressured. I recommend others be cautious and insist on exact prices upfront.

The customer service line said that the activation fee is never paid in advance and called the store directly to resolve the problem. The store claims that was their personal activation fee for "setting up" my phone. The customer service line could not help because this store is NOT an official verizon wireless store. The customer service line asked the manager of the store to call me 3 times to solve the issue and I never received a phone call. Skip this store and go to a real verizon wireless store. This store plays by it's own rules and scams.

No they do not waive the extra fee for paying it in store. They don't tell you all the information you get a Wi-Fi mobile pack it's not secure. You call customer service they're a little bit better. You let them know about the app issue they go oh we'll look into it but nothing changes. So minimal coverage unlimited talk and text and whatnot $145. That's pretty high if you ask me. Would I recommend them no. Port Chester location. It's extremely frustrating. They fixed the issue with the app once next month you have to do it again next month you have to do it again just to pay your bill. Not worth the aggravation in the frustration it causes. I don't recommend AT&T either in Harrison New York. They basically say one thing and do another and then blame you as the customer. I wish we had old service like we used to landlines and an actual phone company. Classic is always better. New technology new advances and improvements isn't always better.
