Unfortunately, the TV couldn't be located, and I ended up waiting... and waiting. After 25 minutes, I was still standing there with no update on an item that was supposedly ready. I'm a patient person, but at that point, I felt it was more than reasonable to ask for a manager. I spoke with Gracie, and while I made it clear that it wasn't the cashier's fault, something clearly went wrong behind the scenes for a "ready for pickup" order to cause such a delay. I'm not sure what the holdup was, but I found the situation unprofessional and disappointing. Customer service is what keeps a business running, and when it's lacking, it leaves a lasting impression. At this point, I'm uncertain if I'll shop at this Best Buy location again. Just sharing my honest experience -- best of luck to anyone else planning to pick up from here.

Staff came back with head phones, we were ready to make care the exchange when another staff came out of no where and said I have to go to the bar and get service there . I was in Micro Center for an hour just to return head phones. The manager Joel and another person told me to go to the bar. After waiting another 10 minutes at the bar for service, I was told by staff (Carlos S.) that it would take 15-20 minutes for a label to print out, which didn't make any sense to me. Instead it took 38 minutes for that label to print , supposedly. Make it make sense.

They fixed the issue with the app once next month you have to do it again next month you have to do it again just to pay your bill. Not worth the aggravation in the frustration it causes. I don't recommend AT&T either in Harrison New York. They basically say one thing and do another and then blame you as the customer. I wish we had old service like we used to landlines and an actual phone company. Classic is always better. New technology new advances and improvements isn't always better. Consider yourself warned if you go here for cell phone service or any other service. It's a joke not a business. Very dissatisfied. And if you have learning challenges or for technology challenges. Forget about asking for help. Your phone goes wacky and things start changing on it that you didn't make the phone do you go in there to ask them to help you. And they don't. The customer service line said that the activation fee is never paid in advance and called the store directly to resolve the problem. The store claims that was their personal activation fee for "setting up" my phone. The customer service line could not help because this store is NOT an official verizon wireless store. The customer service line asked the manager of the store to call me 3 times to solve the issue and I never received a phone call. Skip this store and go to a real verizon wireless store. This store plays by it's own rules and scams.
