    Do not use their screen replacement services for iPhones…read more We went there on 2/08/2020 to replace the screen on my iPhone SE which with the exception of a cracked screen worked perfectly. Thirty minutes later we picked up my phone with the new screen however the phone kept rebooting when using any app, including making calls. We took the phone back immediately and the technician blamed the case, the battery and finally when he was proven wrong on each matter, he simply said that the phone was old. Additionally he claimed that the vibrator was broken which wasn't before I submitted it to them. Later I found out that the battery wouldn't charge and I wasn't even able to sync as well. Lack of integrity with incompetence makes for the worst customer service . The technician didn't even attempt to fix what he had broken and we were not given a refund. So basically we paid $55.00 to have my phone broken and lose a lot of valuable data.

I noticed the bottom was really hot and upon further inspection I noticed the plastic on the bottom had melted. It could have caused a fire in my home. The employee refused to refund, offering only store credit. I don't want another dangerous charger and I just bought a new case. I don't want a store credit that I'll never use. I get the no refund on items you decide you don't like. However, I'm disappointed an exception for a defective product could not be made. Employees were nice and helpful with purchase but when trying to return I got the too bad, so sad, it's our policy run around. Depends on what matters to you I guess. I won't be back.

However,…read moreafter numerous emails with the owner and staff, they have yet to produce the merchandise as promised. They email back to let me know they got my email but seem to fail to do more. My receipt says the items will be shipped in the next 3-5 days. More than 3 weeks later, nothing. And this is after letting them know that I will go thru PayPal to get my money back and make a complaint at the BBB. Following my aforementioned threat, the replied on Monday. Now it is Thursday. And they have yet to update me on their 'investigation' as to where my merchandise has gone. No tracking for shipping from them!!!!!!!!!!! Not even in-house package tracking, it seems. I have given them, most generously, until Friday to resolve this. I will review again if I feel there is any change. How thoroughly disappointing this experience has been. I do not recommend them.

Well great ended there, They got my payment through PayPal, and I have been sending emails to Paypal to notify them about my concern. I have sent MTA emails and received a response on 9/20/11 stating my order has shipped. Unlike most companies I deal with online, no shipping information, no date to expect package, nothing. After contacting PayPal I have to wait until 10/9/11 before I can file an official claim for a refund. Thank God it wasn't a large order, and a large amount of money. BEWARE!!!

    Went in to get replacement screen protectors I already purchased for life of phone. The manager…read moresaid we don't have them anymore and I need to pay for new one. When I said that's not right he said it's not his problem and walked away laughing. Rude and obnoxious and I'll never shop there again. They lost my business. I called the 800 number and they said they will make me an appt to get the correct protector free of charge and the manager should have offered that. If you wanna work in retail you need to be customer focused and this manager was more concerned with talking with his co workers than helping me.
