Big shout out to Renault who worked tirelessly to figure out the coding on a new ATT promotion that literally sliced my monthly bill in half! ATT silently announced a new promotion starting June 1 that requires sign up in the store because you need to show your Driver's License and I printed out the advertisement. When I came in there were 3 associates working and none ever heard of it and they could not figure out how to give it to me? Renault got super focused and started researching but hit a few walls--but he was persistent and went into tech chats and the ATT web and eventually figured out the bill coding and it worked! Afterwards he showed me some new Samsung phones I may need soon and some helpful S25 accessories. If you only speak Chinese--this is the place because all 3 associates were fluent in Chinese. They also speak English if you prefer that. Parking is free in the lot in front. This is a licensed ATT store and not a corporate owned ATT store. read more

Horrible customer service. Like other says, they are pure salesman. If you don't sign contract with them, they not going to help you. You're a waste of time in front of them. I really hope A&t reading this. My story, Att business account holder here. Been spending a good $200-300/month and been a customer for at least 3.5 years. All i want to do is to activate my tablet. My call was Transferred 5x now, i got all the phone number for each dept. First call fraud, then got transferred to u-verse and she tried to sell me u-verse product, got transferred again.......and again...... And again..... I'm trying to speed through 5 steps of grief here, but it is so hard. So now, after 50 mins, still on hold, I'm writing this review. The only good thing is my dividend from AT&t, but as a a customer, ATT is the worst. Fyi, sales team at Irvine ATT trying to sell me more stuff. Lol. Unbelievable. This location is kind of garbage. When I went it on a Saturday there were three workers in there who barely looked up when I came in even though there were zero customers. I needed to upgrade my phone which also involved a plan upgrade. The guy who helped me was nice enough but he did not know what he was talking about. First off none of them spoke good English, but this store is in an Asian plaza so that doesn't bother me, what does bother me is that they didn't seem familiar with the details of the terms and conditions and if they did, couldn't communicate it with me. He also quoted me wrong and said the plan upgrade would be cheaper than my current which is wrong, and failed to explain what the new plan included. I did not get anything done at this store because I couldn't- I need to know details of contracts before I make any decisions. Maybe it would've been different if my Chinese were better and he could explain it all in Chinese. But there you have it. Information was misrepresented and I'm glad I didn't make any decisions at this store. read more

The staff and the service here is awesome. I was fortunate to have Mike and Jaye help me when I got my new phone. They were super patient, honest/earnest, and helped me with transferring everything I needed to my new phone and setting up my screen protector and phone case. Not only that but my mom comes here all the time and the guys are super patient - seriously she comes here when she doesn't know how to download certain apps onto her phone and iPad. The staff definitely didn't have to do that but didn't mind and the fact that they're bilingual in mandarin is awesome for our older Chinese population in the area. read more

I don't typically write reviews but I had such a positive experience the Woodbury AT&T store here I am. It is all about Chris and the excellent service he provided. He did not have to go above and beyond and help me figure out what was wrong with my Apple password but he did a lot to get my issue resolved. I did but a new iPhone and contract - but honestly the service Chris provided made me feel like I did the right thing by continuing with AT&T even though I was tempted to take my 7 lines/contracts and go to Verizon so I could get the promotional iPad, apple watch and new phone with each line contract. On a separate note- AT&T that's a pretty serious incentive- you should properly recognize Chris because it wasnt just 1 new phone & contract he sold- he saved AT&T from losing 7 lines/contracts and future new phones. read more

0 stars if possible... About a week ago, my friend came in to trade his iPhone 8 for an iPhone 12. Going to the store, the saleswoman encouraged him to purchase the iPhone 12 Pro Max, saying it was basically the same price as the iPhone 12. But later, he found out that the iPhone 12 Pro Max was $400 more expensive. The saleswoman, in turn, replied and said he could return the iPhone within 30 days and receive a $700 credit. However, coming to the store TODAY to trade in the iPhone 8, the saleswoman THEN told him the trade-in value was only $350! Half of the originally proposed trade-in value! What a f**king rip-off! If any of you are even remotely considering buying a phone there or even doing business with these people, don't bother. I've read some of the horrifying 1/5 star reviews about this place about how the salespeople would do petty shit like marking up the price for a service, but THIS?? This was just straight-up manipulative, deceptive and scummy! I would NEVER associate myself with these people, and I suggest any of you reading this do the same! Do not EVER associate yourself with this business unless you wanna dent your own wallet! UPDATE: When receiving the receipt for the $350 trade-in, we questioned why the final trade-in value was listed as $75 FLAT. The saleswoman assured him that he was receiving $350 CREDIT, but after a closer examination of the receipt, he was misled by her and was only able to receive $75 for his iPhone 8. read more

Let me start by saying that I am not an AT&T customer. However, Jared was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to service me despite not being a direct customer. I was helping my elderly uncle change his old phone with a used replacement phone that I found for him. The replacement phone required the smaller nano sim card, but his original sim card was the larger mirco sim card. My uncle's phone is through AT&T so I went to this location to get a new sim card. The primary account holder for my uncle's phone line was out of the country for vacation so I was not able to get a new sim card. This was perfectly understandable considering that I am associated to the account, and I understand the security concerns. However, Jared still assisted me with trimming the old sim card so it could it be used with the replacement phone. Jared also helped me find a cost effective phone case and a glass adhesive protector so my uncle won't crack his replacement phone as easily. He even helped to install the glass protector for me as I am horrible at putting on those adhesive protectors. I wanted to make sure my uncle would have a working phone as soon as possible without any hassles or having to wait for the primary account holder to return from vacation. Jared took the time to resolve the situation even though his store was pretty busy during my visit. Honestly, he didn't have to help me as I am not a direct AT&T customer. I didn't even buy the replacement phone from his store. Thank you for the great service Jared! You will definitely generate a lot of business with this level of service and the store is lucky to have you! read more

I went into the store to get an iPhone for my son and was told I could get an iPhone for free on my existing plan. I ordered the phone and was reassured many times that it was in fact free. I also told him I didn't want a 7 plus just a regular iPhone. When the phone came in it was not only $349 but it was also an iPhone 7 Plus.
