Dude!!! What part of "I want a prepaid card" do you not understand when offering me a plan. Despite what your corporate overlords brainwashing say... a monthly plan is not pre-paid. Pre-paid is where I put $10 or $30 on it and the card runs out when the money runs out I don't want to re-pay you every month. So I replied no that's not what I want to this is for an old dude that is, most of his calls are gonna be made on Wi-Fi but if he need to reach us from the grocery store can you to have a cell phone signal. I asked again and he said "oh you can do this thing where it say it's a low month to month subscription" again you brainless goober monkey drone I want pre-paid. Oh well that thing that we offered for decades or we don't do that anymore because customers like that and we have to screw the customer over so we can continuously break profit records. I went in to this store on Dec. 21 to inquire about transferring a landline from Comcast to AT&T. The person who helped me was such a liar. First he said AT&T no longer offers landlines, I would have to transfer my landline to a cellphone instead. Then he said I would save ~$50/ moth by bundling the 4th wireless number, so I did. 2 weeks later I got a bill that was $130 more per month than the previous month. 2 weeks later the phone line is completely disconnected and turns out this person didn't actually port the number over correctly. I've had to spend countless hours in the last 5 days trying to clean up his mess. Still trying! What a scam artist. He should be fired, better yet, this store should go out of business! read more

The worst service I've ever gotten in any wireless store. Choose any other carrier (T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint) before you go here. Customer service was extremely lacking. Guy was not helpful, could not address my issues, didn't introduce himself, nothing but was all about getting a customer in and out, and making money. These guys suck. I brought my newly purchased hotspot to these guys to activate. When I told them that the only plan available for this device was the 5GB Dataconnect, they gave me attitude and didn't believe me. I didn't take it any further, grabbed my device and walked out. I'm now on the 5GB DataConnect. Learn your product and remember that the customer is always right (even if they aren't). I'll be writing to corporate about this one too...idiots. read more

I needed a case, for a new iPhone 5s. Chris showed me groups of cases. When I winnowed to two groups, he described the differences. I selected an Otterbox, which came with a screen-protector or two. Chris kindly and expertly applied the screen-protector in perhaps 3 minutes (I don't recommend rushing the protector application process). Really disappointed. When I came in both associates where busy, there was someone ahead of me, but either of the associates showed any interest getting us any attention or assistance. No one greeted me or gave me an eta of how long it will take. I waited about 20 - 30 min and the person before me left. I waited another 5 min watching the the associate flirting with his customer. I decided to come up and ask how long I have to wait, I had to ask twice before he answered "another 10-15 min", which would equal to an hour or wait time I was there. I decided to leave as well, very unprofessional and no interested in customer great service! I'm not exasperating, come in on Sunday and find out yourself. read more

I've been into this store about 4 times and everytime I go its a nightmare. Guliano is very helpful but they simply do not have enough staff! One guy in there is not enough. Dealing with a customer can take a long time its not like checking out at QFC so if you are 3rd or 4th in line waiting you better have a few hours to hang around in the store. read more

Didn't ever think I'd be writing a review for an AT&T store, let alone a good one. :) I went in today to this location to get a very basic prepaid for my mother, who just needs a mobile phone for emergencies. The associate, I think his name was Jay (or Jake/Josh, tall tanned dude) showed me a couple of their options, none of them quite worked out but I chose one. He sensed my hesitation and suggested I drop by Fred Meyer because they have a wider selection of phone that'll work better for my mom. I never thought that someone would give this kind of service in this day and age, rather than making a quick sale. I ended up getting the prepaid thru AT&T at FM. As a long time AT&T customer, I'm very pleased and definitely going to this location for anything that I need for our mobile lines. THANKS dude! read more

I have been to numerous AT&T stores, called tech service, spent endless amounts of time trying to get our expensive cell service with AT&T to work ($300+ monthly). Their only suggestion is for ME to by a micro-tower and install it! No reimbursement. Cell service in the downtown Kirkland area is very poor and they know it, but don't have ANY idea when it will be upgraded. REALLY! ??? Be warned--you will get better reception with Verizon. read more

I had tried the Woodinville store, who had been ignorant, incompetent and discourteous. What a contrast the guys at the Kirkland store were ! We wanted to transfer 4 phones over from T-Mo, and get a discount based on my corporate plan. It was quite an involved process, but the folks at the Kirkland store knew what they were doing, and were super-helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. This is the AT&T store you should go to on the Eastside - Redmond and Woodinville stores both suck big time, but the Kirkland guys are awesome. read more

This store is TERRIBLE! I went in to get an upgrade on my phone. There was one person ahead of me being helped. Well after 30 minutes of waiting, while all the employee was doing was putting a screen protector on the phone of the customer ahead of me, the employee rudely asked "Do you need something?". I told him what I was there for, and without even looking at my account he told me I don't qualify for an upgrade. Then told me there is nothing he can do. I went to another At&t store where I got my upgrade done quickly with no issues. This is the second time I had problems with this store. Never going back. This store is a joke. read more

Basically robbed me. I went in for a phone upgrade, filled out the paperwork, DECLINED the "phone finder" feature for $5/mo only to have it show up on the bill. I called to dispute it but they refused. When asked for proof that I requested the service they couldn't come up with it and still refused to refund my money. I just canceled the extra features and paid the fee. Terrible employees who were completely unknowledgeable about any phones other than iPhones. Go anywhere else. read more

.TheAssistant Manager, Ali, was awful! During a long trip to Seattle for week long meetings, I accidentally dropped my phone in a toilet at the airport. I have always been good with technology and reviving phones after they are dropped in water but after trying everything I could for 3 days, I was forced to buy a new phone and wanted to get it before my flight home the next morning. I was greeted by Tuan, who was the most pleasant and professional ATT salesperson I have ever dealt with in my 20+ years with ATT. However, when Tuan couldn't get the phone to activate after trying several things (and over 1.5 hours -- what patience!), as it neared closing time, Ali came over to rush things. Tuan explained all that he had tried and Ali suggested just getting a code on my old phone to activate. I told him it did not work AT ALL but he didn't believe me. Note: Ali had been sitting on a stool watching TV the whole time until it got close to closing time. He said I just needed to be patient and it would activate; I told him it had already been 1.5 hours and Tuan had tried everything but nothing was working and I had NO confidence that when I flew out the next morning that my new phone would work. He basically fussed at Tuan for taking too much time with me. I was only 1 of 2 customers in the store the entire time I was there! Ali kept pacing and coming by to hover and was clearly agitated that Tuan was sticking with me until the phone activated (which it finally did at 9:15. Ali was condescending toward me and was unprofessional in his behavior toward Tuan. I think he was basically just trying to get out the door to get a Big Mac and Fries -- very obese and lazy! Thank you Tuan for sticking with me as I have stuck with ATT over the years. read more
