I spent an hour in this store today working with Justin and at times his co-worker, Haylie. These two went above and beyond to help my wife and out in getting new iPhones. I went to Walmart to purchase a phone . When I took it to T-Mobile to be activated, I was told to return it to WM because I could get a better price from them (T-Mobile). I did as they said. When I returned, again I had a long wait time. I was feeling ill and fell to the floor 4 times. I was given a chair to sit in while I waited. Finally got the phone and service. I returned with a friend to sign up and again had a long wait while the male employee was messing with the store thermostat and was treated as if we were a bother to him. My friend left without T-Mobile service. I think they need retrained or need to hire some more people.
