Here to pick up the AirPods that hadn't been released on the day my son got his new phone. The attendant was available when we walked in. Dana the attendant is questioning , trying to say we are lying, that my son got the AirPods I feel like she was completing a process, and I stated this to her out loud that she should've done behind the scenes or in her head because how and what she presented was not excellent customer service it was very stereotypical and. and racial profiling. She later came back with the document that supported my son wasn't it wasn't charged for the item, but that is not what she referenced. Initially she stated are you sure they weren't in the bag? She said several things that was mentioned to our presented to my son when he came back two days after my other son's phone was purchased and it bothered my son which made him leave and asked me to come back there with him . And yes, she was the same person the bad assisted my husband and was given credit for my son's purchase because it was under the same account. read more

It's always super clean and decorated (compared to other stores i've been in that give bare minimum). When we arrived, let's just say we got there at the right time. We were immediately greeted by Lauren and she was super easy to work with. Day of activating a line in this store it was not compatible with at&t after manager said it would work a few days before. Hands down the best customer greeting I have ever received at any AT&T Store, given by Ariane J, along w superlative customer service. This store is located within Town Square, across from the Apple Store a few doors down. I had just bought a new iPad at Apple bc my old one was out of space. Apple had updated iPad SIM cards now making my old AT&T SIM obsolete. Well, so much for easy peasy... Apple ended up sending me to AT&T, after several failed attempts to access my AT&T cellular data account. It was hot (100 degrees out), and I was frustrated upon entering the store. Then this calm, cool and collected angel appeared. Ariane quickly seated me while putting me at ease, and transferring her calm demeanor. A few Q&As later my new iPad was registered under my account.
