Quick Fix fixed the Mac screen much faster than other shops had given me an estimate for fixing, and at a lower price. The quality of their work was excellent! I would use Quick Fix again if I needed a device repaired.

She warmly greeted me, "Take a seat and I'll be right with you!" 25 minutes later the agent had not said "Boo!" to me. She made no effort to multi-task even though there was lots of idle time in their transaction. I finally stood up and asked, "Should I keep waiting, or will this [I pointed to the 3 of them] take all night?" The agent responded,"This will take all night! Come back tomorrow at 10:00." Not once but twice, I was sent a different phone which was so much smaller than my original phone and I needed a large phone because I have been in a work accident and it affected my eyes severely,that being said- I went into Verizon to ask them what I could do maybe they could help me?
