All of the employees are kind, knowledgeable, and very generous with their time They had an excellent selection of all the accessories I needed. Israel was very patient and got me out the door in a timely fashion. It was a very professional transaction and I look forward to coming here again. They have a great selection of whatever phones or devices you want. I highly recommend this establishment if you're looking for great value for the money and dependable service, this is the place. Is it ignorance, incompetence, or vindictiveness? Yes! The sales rep in this store (can't remember his name but recall he's a strange looking fellow with a unibrow, some weird teeth, and could really benefit from cardio; this is to say that he rocks the "angry incel" look) added a charge to my account (Protect Advantage) that I NEVER authorized. He also placed some weird block on my account that has confounded subsequent AT&T reps. To make things worse, I call AT&T customer service to fix, and they tell me they will remove the charge "going forward". NO. I have to argue with them to remove a charge entirely that I never authorized or even discussed. Fortunately they quickly folded and agreed to remove the charge entirely, because fraud, duhhh. This store and in particular, Israel and Alan, saved me. I had switched my biz phones from Verizon with a door to door ATT sales rep who largely ghosted me for a month. Out of nowhere, the phones switched providers in the middle of a business day and stopped working. Israel sat with me for hours to fix the issues my sales rep caused. AT&T had their own problems and opened an hour later than posted this past Friday, As we pulled up, one of the 2 employees advised us of the problem, was sympathetic, empathic. When we returned later, he & his colleague could not have been more helpful and gave us A LOT of time, shared their expertise. When new customers came in, they were friendly, greeted people & said they would be with them asap. Beware employees and service at ATT store Los Feliz. They don't know their own company's policies, and will put you through extra time and expense just for fun. I was told that I would be billed for a router I wanted to recycle, after their own company said I would not be, and had said so in writing. They said I should ignore their company's written instructions to me, and make an extra effort to cover my ass or I might be billed regardless of what I was told. When I suggested that this was incompetence at its worst they just shrugged it off. They were two arrogant, entitled young men who seemed to be having fun making me angry and worried. My old Iphone cracked so I am in need of a new phone and a new plan. I have been on GoPhone so signing up for an actual plan was making me nervous. AT&T's website was stuck and I couldn't move forward to research current plans. So I went to the nearest location to my home thinking that I could experience the interface of a Samsung Galaxy G5 before I buy it, because who wants to spend hundreds of dollars on a phone, and commit to a plan if they can't experience the interface, and see if they like it. I got to the store and was told they were not able to plug in the phone to make it work. That they could if I was going to buy it???? Um.. I don't know if I want to buy it that is why I want to play with the interface first and compare it with the other phones. OR I was told I could go to the Wilshire & Western store to see if one was available and on there. This is LA and it was 5pm, I am not driving in rush hour traffic, this is why I picked a location convenient to my home. I also asked for information on the actual phone plans, like if they had a brochure or something. She said no, offered to email it to me. There was only ONE other customer in the store, so I don't understand why the customer service here was so poor, inattentive, and unaccommodating. I WILL drive to a different location rather than give this place my business, but not in rush hour traffic like I was so neglectfully suggested. Now I have to spend another day with an Iphone with a cracked screen. Skip this location they are not very helpful. Go somewhere else. read more

Had a really great experience here. Smaller store, but nearly no one was inside and this was the same day the S7 and S7 Edge came out. We had to wait maybe 5 minutes, and then Wendy came over and helped us. She was awesome. My girlfriend was trying to get the S7 Edge on the day it came out, and Best Buy across the street was all sold out. We came here on a whim, and she said they had plenty of them available, which was surprising. The hardest part was that my girlfriend has Cricket (blehhhh) but since AT&T owns them she was very helpful and willing to work with us. Because of Wendy, my girlfriend is now the owner of an S7 Edge. Awesome customer service! read more

I had a really bad experience with this store so just beware of it. I worked out a deal with this dude Fabio for a 12 Pro Max & AT&T TV. I was promised all sorts of things but all I've had is issues for 2 months. My credit card was charged for close to $500 due to the ineptness of that sales guy. I was scammed that I'd have a low monthly payment for the new phone but it's 4 times the amount I was told. I never got equipment from him for AT&T TV. It took me HOURS to resolve issues with AT&T. I couldn't get him to fix any of it nor the alleged store manager Jessica. She was barely listening to me while she talked to whom ever else was in the store. She said she would "research" the problem & get back to me. Well, it's been 5 days and I've yet to get a calm back. I was also promised a $100 VISA gift card. Do not go here. Entire staff is incompetent. I called in to ask for a product (AirPod Pro) to confirm it was in stock. Employee said yes. Come into the store 15 minutes later, none in stock and no one recalled answering a call a few minutes before, but they did confirm I called their store number. Waste of my time and during covid, not safe practices to confirm you have a product when you dont. That AT&T store has given us such fabulous service when switching over to our new provider. Not only did they spend over an hour manually transfering our numbers to a sim card but, while out of town on vacation they accepted our long distance calls teaching us how to use our new phones.
