I have already spoken with two staff members, Igor and another employee whose name I do not recall. They were supposed to pass on my dissatisfaction to the new store manager, Osiris, but it seems they have not conveyed the information, and the manager has not contacted me. I still have this open issue; I remain with the problem unresolved, and no one has contacted me so far to solve it. I am being harmed by this, and I am not receiving the standard attention I would expect as a customer. I want to highlight my dissatisfaction with the company in question.

I believe my phone was hacked when I used someone else's computer at a car dealership, or I did…read moresomething to a Google setting that royally screwed up my phone. Google voice was overlaying over my regular number, I couldn't access any of my Gmail accounts etc. I went to Geek Squad and got some issues resolved, but my ability to actually use my phone to make calls still wasn't working. I then went to Spectrum store who was useless, except they said remove Google voice so that helped me make calls. But everything else was still a mess. Being new to Orlando and driving around blindly because my map wasn't working, I had to ask people how to get somewhere and stumbled upon ubreakifix by accident. Giuseppe was very nice and professional and after playing around with some settings got some more of my phone to work while I was in the building. I didn't leave my phone, or have anything cracked to fix, but he did help me with what I needed so shout out to him. And for the record, all phones are designed to fail by the manufacturer so I would keep that in mind when trying to revive an older model phone.

When I dropped it off they said it would be done by that Friday at the latest, Friday came and went- I visited over a week later to ask about the progress- they said they had called me to ask for my permission to get it sent out to be repaired although I had never received a phone call from them. Another week went by and I visited the store again and they said that they had called me twice now asking for permission to get it sent out and I STILL had not received a single call or email, I said yes please send it- and they said it would be done within 3 days and be sent out that same day I visited. Come to today (about 5 days or so since my last visit to the store) I call them for the 5th or 6th time and someone actually picks up the phone (which has only happened once this month) and they told me they still have not received my permission to get my Xbox sent out- they said they've called me (which they have not) and supposedly it is now getting sent out. It's genuinely shocking how this business is handling repairs and customer service. Please god just return my Xbox to me fixed. I've received 3 different dates that it "should" be fixed by and all but one have passed. PLEASE just call or email your customers- keep communication open and don't make empty promises! I will never return here again :)

Brought it in for a warranty claim and after 4 weeks of promises and finished by dates I just picked up the broken watch for a partial refund. They wouldn't refund the whole amount despite leaving with a broken watch. Stay away from this place!

I've been paying for phone insurance which offers free unlimited battery replacements and I finally…read moredecided to use it. Super easy to pick a vendor and I went with uBreakiFix here as it showed the battery I needed was in stock. The store called to make initial contact which I thought was nice. I stopped in on a Sunday when they opened at noon and was greeted quickly. Gave the employee the info and he validated the insurance claim, was quoted 2 hours for the battery replacement and informed that the screen protector would likely be shattered in the process. There was a slight issue that required another 30-45 minutes after the initial time estimate. By the end of it all the battery was replaced and phone working like new. My main recommendation would be to make it right when it comes to screen protectors if installed as some can be expensive. If something breaks in other industries the repairman will normally try to make it right and replace whatever is broken in the process I think that should be included as it'll cost me at least $20 to get a new one for something that should've been entirely covered.
