I should have checked yelp reviews before coming here. Salesman ordered me the wrong band for my wife's ultra 2. Instead of making it right he offered a $50 restocking fee for a $100 band. What a joke. I can see why their reviews are so bad. Avoid this location, or better yet switch carriers. I hear Verizon is solid. read more

Staff was alright, friendly enough but not the best when it came to the actual quality of service. Really dragged their feet when I went in to change my provider away from AT&T to T-Mobile. Wait time is pretty poor as well due to the aforementioned slow service. They do offer an alright amount of seating, but compared to other cell carrier stores AT&T Medford seems to take a while to solve relatively small issues. PROS - Mostly Friendly Service - Adequate seating - Clean store CONS - Slow service for basic issues compared to competitors - Drag their feet on certain issues, further slowing service - Often 30+ minute wait times due to the slow service - In-store Wi-Fi not available to customers, annoying of trying to get work done while waiting for service or having a device fixed/replaced read more

The AT&T on Rossanely drive is the absolute WORST! I ordered a phone for pickup in store, went in and they completed the transaction, then had trouble the stores wifi and told me it was still loading and waiting for reciept to print. At this time, since the transaction was completed, it ported my number to the new phone, however they would not give it to me because it was still showing in their inventory. Since my number ported from tmobile, I no longer had service on my old phone and was stuck in Medford in the store for hours with my two young kids. I went to the corporate store on delta waters and they were super helpful, but unfortunately unable to transfer the phone to them since my account t was already active. I ended up needing to put a prepaid sim in my old phone and get a new number otherwise I would not have cell service. The corporate store called the GM, Linda, who called the manager of rossanely drive, Zach, and when Zach tried to call her back, she didn't answer so he basically gave up. Meanwhile, I live two hours from the store and am being charged for service on a phone I do not physically have. Save your time and go to the coporate store on delta waters rd!!! Lousy Customer Service - Remember that old slogan, "We're the phone company: We Don't Care. We Don't Have To"? Upgraded to an iPhone 12 but this store was out and I had to order it; I was told when it arrives, to bring it in to change everything over. When it came a few days later, I went to the store, but it was five minutes before closing and they asked me to come back another day. Came back a third time to find out that AT&T had sent the wrong phone. Sales associate "Isaac" said we had to send it back and though they had the right phone in the store, AT&T would have to get the phone back before they could exchange it for the right phone. And no, they couldn't send it back, we had to take it to the post office ourselves and no, they couldn't expedite delivery. "I'm not the post office", he said. "Well, your salesman made the error, I would think you'd want to rectify things as best you could. "I'm just the sales associate, talk to corporate." Since they had the one I wanted, I asked if they could hold one for me since they were out the last time I was in. He said no. I said you already have my commitment to buy another one, I've got to wait at least another week or more now because of your store's error, and yet you won't hold the phone I ordered from you?" "It doesn't work that way." These stores are all set up so that there's no one to talk to, no manager to complain to, and the people there have no motivation to do anything for you unless they're actually making a sale because they aren't accountable to anyone and they know no one wants to call 611 and get put on hold for an hour. Once the sale is made, not only are you on your own, they (or at least Isaac, in this case) practically sneer at you. He said we might get charged a $55 restocking fee that we can probably get back if we fight it. THIS WAS THEIR MISTAKE. I told him that this was pretty lousy service for stuff that costs nearly a thousand dollars, he took offense. "I've told you everything you need to do." Emphasis on the "you" since this guy at this store had no interest in doing anything himself. They were horrible to me, after the swiped my card for money they didn't care if I even was able to sign in and use the phone. They almost sent me out the door just blaming apples iPhone products. After leaving I was able to fix everything myself. They only want money, they don't care. No knowledge of products and they didn't give me a receipt either. read more

I advise that you go to any other Apple store other than this one. The people here are not very knowledgeable and do not have a desire to help you. Been in here twice and have a "Not so Pleasant experience" popped in on my way home to grab a glass protector for my phone. No one was in the store except for one customer service representative. He made it seem like it was a inconvenience that I interrupted his iPad time. Through the whole transaction he was very snarky and even Mumbled stuff to him self as I walked out. read more

I went in to help a disabled friend. His phone had been submersed in water, and he needed a replacement. They were able to issue another phone thanks to insurance, but it would take 3 days to arrive. I asked about solutions meanwhile, so that my friend could have help in case of an emergency. When we declined to pay $80 for 3 days of service, the employee named Ashleigh physically threatened me. I asked Justin, the manager, for Ashleigh's last name. The 'manager' threatened to call the police!! The police told me I should never visit this location. The DEPUTY told me to go to Delta Waters location. read more
