DO NOT GO HERE. This is not a real AT&T store. This is technically a "franchise" store... you would think that it doesn't matter but it does. If you have AT&T benefits such as the unlimited screen protector, etc., than this store will not service you but direct you to a different "Corporate" AT&T store. They only care about their own inventory and profits, they do not provide the same customer support that a "Corporate" AT&T store does. Check out the one in Victoria Gardens or call to ask if they are a corporate store before going. read more

Not specific to this store but ATT in general. Horrible service!!! Beware!! Do not do business. They will hassle you and try to steal from you. I decided to try internet air and had it for less than a day before I decided to cancel which was supposed to be a trial. They keep charging me for service from February to end of May now. They have claimed past due and threatened with collections. I have not had their service! Also, the ups store mentioned they try to charge you the price of the equipment often so keep the receipt! Sure enough they have been trying to charge me a ridiculous amount but luckily had the receipt. Horrible business will never deal with them again. read more

I'm not from the area but needed assistance on reactivación of a device. I was wronfull to come to this location. They charged me for a SIM card but when I go to Long Beach locations or Compton they are given to me for free. I had to call customer service to have them reimburse my $15. And on top of that, they didn't have anything In Stock. Everything had to be ordered. I wanted an iPhone XR and also an iPad Pro 12.9 , I had to come to Cerritos location for both items. AT&T services has gone downhill but it's cheaper than Verizon so I just suck it up. I was trying to switch my line from Verizon to AT&T. Since my phone is paid off, I just needed the SIM card. AT&T failed to send it when I ordered it online so decided to stop by a store. The first time I stopped by this particular store was to transfer my phone line from Verizon to AT&T. Only one gentleman working but he was efficiently in answering all questions for others and myself. So 4 stars for good customer service. 09/06/18 Again only one gentleman working. We just ordered a new iPhone X, but for some reason the screen was black and wasn't charging. Went in to exchange it since we have had the phone for less than 24 hours. Gentleman told us that we can't exchange it there since they are an authorized retailer and not corporate branch. He suggested the branch in Upland. Okay, so we found the corporate branch in Upland. A gal helped us and was about to make the exchange and needed the managers approval. The manager said since it's an Apple product, we have to go to The Apple store at Victoria Gardens to get it fixed. Ugh! Why can't ATT train their staff better so we didn't have to run around for nothing. Then of course the wait at the Apple store is a whole other ordeal! read more

My son and I walked in today with my always cheery and loud "Hi Guys!!!" and didn't get any human acknowledgement at all, just a quick glance from the two ATT employees who were with other customers. I realized they were busy, but wanted to give them one more chance, so we walked around the entire store. Emely R. was extremely condescending immediately when we walked in the door. She sarcastically reiterated that all we had to do was "call the number" despite us having explained to her that we had called a number of times and spoke to numerous customer services reps with no success. Emely lacks basic customer skills and made us feel like burden throughout our entire visit and ended our visit by lethargically tossing the pieces to the new iPhone we were activating in the box. I first visited this store to upgrade my iPhone 7 Plus to the iPhone Max Plus a few weeks after it had come out. Moises helped me out and he seemed super knowledgable. I wanted to make sure that I wasn't going to be charged anything that I didn't know about and I wanted my monthly to be explained to me and how much it would be with the new upgrade. He worked it out with me, had me sign some forms, placed a deposit down, and then he assured me that all I had to do was once I received my new phone, swing by to drop off my 7 Plus and they would take care of mailing it back to AT&T. I followed what he told me. WRONG. I got a call from AT&T that they still haven't received my old device weeks after I had dropped it off. Now I'm getting worried because all Moises gave me was this paper that seemed like a packaging slip - he assured me that this was all I needed. I had tried calling the store and I was constantly taken to the customer service line which was no help other than to tell me what I already knew - my old device wasn't there. I was so annoyed because they're open during my work hours and too far for me to go to during my lunch. I finally got off work early and swung by. The manager - who I'm forgetting his name - helped me out and called Moises who was not working that day. He explained the Moises made a mistake and what I was supposed to do was just mail back the old device myself in the box I received my new device in. Instead, Moises had mailed back my old device with a bunch of devices for another purpose so it was basically in limbo. The manager apologized and assured me he would personally take care of it for me because I didn't want to get charged hundreds of dollars due to their employee's mistake. The manager called me the following day (Saturday) and said he got in contact with their warehouse and was able to locate my phone and the warehouse would be sending it back to their store and he would send it back to the proper warehouse. A week or so after, I received confirmation that my device was returned and I would not be getting any charges. I appreciated this manager so much and his willingness to address the issue himself. Even though it was an inconvenience, I find it admirable what he did and that he didn't let this slip through the cracks - hence the 4 stars. read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE... my fiancé and I usually drive up to the the store on campus. Passed by this location and never realized it was there we had a payment to make. The location is very nice but the workers have no personality and seemed to be bothered by our questions. First someone named moises asked what we needed we told him a payment which he told us he would pass us on to daisy so we said okay and she didn't even say hello or introduce herself.. her tone of voice was very monotoned. We asked her how much it was to pay our phones off and she seemed to be bothered by following questions we had. The phone rang and she was so rude to whomever called.. she answered a question on the phone and ended the call with "mhhhm" and hung up. We felt so uncomfortable.. first and last time we ever go to this location. When working with customers it's important to have some personality and making customers feel welcomed. read more

I just got a new phone that I could not port from sprint to ATT. Moises Estrada took care of that for me. He was in the phone with the help desk for an hour while they tried to figure out the problem. Moises was able to get it done. I came in here to get quoted and ended it up with 4 IPhone Xs! They have been really patient and informative! I'm not sure how this place has 3 stars on Goggle no way! The customer service is on point and the manager Nick Camarena is very welcoming and if he doesn't know one thing there's others that are assisting him. We also were going to be back in the morning to get our phones but they worked it out where the Manager Myles MaGee drove out to other AT&T Stores to get the color we wanted since they didn't have them in-store. It's my son's birthday and he really wanted his phone and I guess he'll be getting it! I know everyone treats you like royalty at first but I'm hoping they continue to provide excellent customer service in the future for at least other customers! I've been paying stupid Sprint for the past 3 years IDK why?!!! I hope AT&T is at least a bit better than Sprint the service sucks! AT&T Customer Service Representative Timm is a fine example of Exceptional Customer Service. I came into the AT&T ready to abandon my residential TV service, as I was spending a great deal of money for the Basic plan. Timm first calmed me down with his demeanor, listened intently to my grief, and proceed to meet and then, surpass my high expectations. Timm showed me how valuable my business is and went above and beyond the call of duty traversing through the dreaded automated customer service recordings. Timm was able to get me a better deal at a reasonable price, which I am grateful for (even if it meant signing a new 2yr contract). He spent time with me and my issue providing outstanding service in the utmost friendly, helpful and positive way possible. I left the store not with a handshake but a hug for my new brother! He is the BEST, please promote this man, for his encouraging attitude, patience, and virtue, as he absolutely deserves it! read more
