    Deceptive sales staff. Fraudulent business practices. Note that this is not a certified AT&T store but a re seller. STAY AWAY.

    Wish I had read these reviews before I took my Apple Watch Series 4 there(Colwood Store)…read more I needed a new battery and took it in. The guy told me that there could be screen damage. I still needed the battery so I accepted the condition. He called me later that day and said it was ready, so I went and got it. I was relieved that the screen was fine. He said there was a 30 day guarantee. When I got home I realized that the pairing was not working. So I Unpaired, shut down my phone then powered back up and tried to Re-Pair it. It seemed to work, but the next day I noticed that the functionality I was used to was not there. I could not ping my phone, my incoming phone calls did not go to my watch ... and many others. I admit I was not able to take it back right away and then when I did have time I procrastinated ... it was partially working and I knew when the 30 days were up. I did eventually take it back. He kept it for 3 days and then phoned to tell me that there was water damage and there was nothing he could do. He wanted to take the new battery out and refund my money for the battery only, but still charge me for his time. So he was not out a nickel and I was out a $400 watch, which would cost me $700 to replace new. He kept implying that the water damage happened after it left the store, but the watch didn't work properly from the moment I got home and tried it out. After a 3 lengthy phone calls, (I hung up on him twice - I was so angry) it was left with no resolution. To his credit he did call me back twice and said he wanted his customers to be happy. Overnight I decided that I would ask him if he could at least find me a replacement and I was determined not to get angry but to be firm. When I got there, he had come to the same conclusion and offered me an older replacement (series 3 - ugly black case, mine was the nice rose-gold colour). So he gets the second star for effort, but ultimately I paid him $125 plus tax for a downgrade. How do I know he didn't lie about the water damage? It is supposed to be water resistant, my daughter swims with hers on and it's fine. So he trades me an old watch for my newer one and I pay him for it? I did get the impression that he was trying to make good, but still - I can't know for sure if he's just a huckster.

    we never will go to anacortes store.the manager is so improfessional ,terriable coustum service.he…read moresent out my husband first visiting and we came back again and wasted 2 hours for nothing.finially,we went to Burllington verizon store.Chad spent less 5 minutes to solved problem. we went to the store for add a sim card to an old phone since we lost the phone.the staff Joseph was really kind ,but he still tried to add esims even i reminded him so many times we have been tried via verizon online serice and failed ,it needs a sims card.he asked his manager and was told call verizon support and they tried near 2 hours and told me mt phone was loced by previous carrier .even the phone showes it is unlocked.and he recommend me add another line for 15 dollar and received free phone.i stayed there two hours,his manager only walked out his office once with a lady and ignored us and no name tag and basic greeting to customs and went out for lunch.he sent my husband out with excuse- busy and go calling verizon or come back half hour later.after 2 hours ,we went to verizon store burlington and staff Chad assisted us to add a sim card to our phone in less 5 minutes and volentery to tracked ourlast phone and secure our datas, referal Chad burlington .he is so knowledgable .
