Victra eventually made good on my refund, NO thanks to the extremely rude boys running the store. When I returned my iPad in a timely manner, they refused to refund the money and kept repeating "it's our policy " like robots. They said there was a $50 restock fee, which was never mentioned at purchase. But more than that they were contemptuous and rude, laughing at me for expecting some modicum of customer service, which they clearly could care less about. Do Not Trust this store or anyone who works there!!! We were in Sequim and my phone died. We went to this store because it said Verizon and seemed trustworthy. Brianna was our Rep, I explained our stressful situation regarding managing my dying brother's care from afar (he being in Arizona and us being in Washington) and how I was desperate for a phone for that very reason. She seemed excited to help us get another phone, which was appealing as we just wanted to purchase our phone and get out of there. First of all she said she only had the iPhone 13, so we had to go with that. Then she proceeded to just randomly take items off the wall not even asking if I needed them, like a charging cord, wall charger, Tempered glass protector, etc. and acting as if they came with my purchase. Items that I already had and did not need, one being the 10ft charging cord! Then she starts putting this liquid glass on my phone saying how wonderful it was. Never once asking me if I wanted any of these items. Always talking and acting as if these items came with my purchase. It wasn't until I got home and had a minute to review my receipt that I saw I was charged for all of the items that she acted as if they came with the purchase. I called Verizon, but they were no help as I learned that it was a Franchise. The name I found out was Victra Verizon. I called them as well with no resolution. All I can say looking back is that I feel sorry for anyone who walks through those doors. You will be duped! We are elderly and were under duress. Buyer beware... avoid this store and all Victra owned stores. I was told several times by our sales rep Alex our bill would only go up $5 with our iphone 16 upgrades. Instead, he changed our plan without our knowledge, doubling our bill. When we went in to talk to the manger Erik (a day after we got our new phones), he told us not to worry about it, the promos and discounts hadn't kicked in yet, and he couldn't actually tell us what our monthly bill would be. I didn't believe him. I had received an email from Verizon showing otherwise. So I went to the Port Angeles store the next day to figure out what my monthly bill would actually be, the rep confirmed that Alex had changed my plan and the bill would be double what we were paying. The rep also told me the Sequim store was known for this behavior and what had occurred was fraud. I was given an email to contact Victra at wecare@victra.com to report the issue. I emailed Victra. The next day, I called Verizon customer service, they were very helpful. I was informed the plan I had was fine, that upgrading it was not needed for the promo (which included the full $830 trade value for each of our old phones). She fixed my plan and bill back to what I was told it would have been. We go back to the Sequim store and speak with Erik. He admitted he never looked at our bill/plan and assumed Alex had 'given us the best deal.' I informed him that was not the case, that what Alex and him were doing is fraud and that it is a crime. Victra emailed me back saying my plan had not been eligible for the $830 phone trade-in amount, and to receive the full amount, I would have had to upgrade my plan. (None of which is true, according to the Verizon rep I spoke with over the phone, nor was I ever told this over the several times when we were in the store). And for my trouble, they lowered my bill even more??? So add bribery to the list... Clearly the sales reps are 'upgrading' peoples plans and hoping they don't notice...and if you do notice, they'll bribe you to keep quiet and go away. Overall, a pretty sad way to do business. read more

I wanted to upgrade my iphone so I called Verizon and they insisted they make me an appointment for this store at 6pm. They also advised I get there 15 minutes prior. Which I did. I donwloaded Verizon app so I could "check in" and did that. Was told by staff "Be with you in just a moment". All three of staff were already helping customers wwhen we walked in. After waiting at total of 40 minutes I asked why they make appointments they can't keep. Other than point to the Verizon sign and blame the whole fiasco on "corporate", they were no help at all. Extremely poor customer service. We purchased an iPhone 13 Max Pro during a promo in September 2021. The trade-in rebate on our iPhone 8-plus was $800 and the transaction was handled by Timothy and Isiah. It's now January 2022 and we still don't have the rebate. We visited the Verizon store three times to inquire about the status of the rebate and each time we spoke to Eric and was given a different excuse each time. He told us we would have to call Verizon directly for assistance. The run around tactics were so obvious. The issue remains unresolved and it's left up to us, the customer, to pursue a resolution. Very time consuming. Update: Today, I spoke with a Verizon Escalation Agent who was appalled at the treatment we received at the Go Wireless store representing Verizon. She said Eric should have called them directly to resolve the issue. The Verizon Agent called the store while I was on the line to obtain information to process the trade-in rebate. Adam, the Assistant Manager told her he could not help her because he was waiting on another customer. The agent referred this to her superior to address the issue with the store manager. We have to go to the store tomorrow to meet with the Manager with Verizon on the phone to obtain the information Verizon needs to process the rebate. On another note: We were not aware that this is not a Verizon store. It is a third-party vendor so buyer beware. read more

My husband Blake and I just recently PCS'D here to Port Angeles , and Found a home in Sequim, where our last phone company At&t had ZERO service out here! we Switched over with Verizon today, and we are SO happy we did! As soon as we walked in, Tyler the store Manager and other employees, greated us and were Very friendly. Tyler the manager is absolutely amazing! (I recommend asking for Tyler if you go) he was not only friendly and professional, but he was very helpful with answering all my husband's questions, concerns, and Needs! on top of that, he made sure we new about every single promotion and deal that came with the phones ,plans,and store in store in general, so we got totally hooked up when we switched over! I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years and have NEVER had such horrible service until I went into this store and encountered Timothy! I needed to open a personal account separate than my business account. He ran my credit for a new account which was approved. But he neglected to tell me that non of the newer model phones were in stock before he ran my credit. Now I've been told at other stores that after they run you credit for a new account you are locked into using that store unless you want to go to another location and re-run your credit application. Which all consumers know is a very bad thing to do as it significantly drops your credit score which we all work so hard to keep in good standing. He said he ordered me a phone from one of their Lacy stores and it should be here in two days but he would call me the next day. He never called, I came in twice and called twice, all times he or his associate lied to me about the situation. Finally I had to lose my cool and demand that I get the truth and see the email he sent to the lacy store as all 3 Lacy WA Verizon stores claim he never contacted them! He refused to provide me with proof of the email, I demanded to speak with his manager as I was going to report his inability to do his job at and and then lying about it! Instead of giving me the email or having the manager call me he chose to threaten to call the sherrif to have me removed. WHAT??? Really???? You have to threaten someone who you damaged instead of taking responsibility for your total incompetence! What great customer service! He needs to be fired as his behavior and business ethics are unreasonable and severely damages the consumer. Horrible experience! THEY WILL SCAM YOU! This issue began in JULY. Our original issue was my V20 battery had exploded and we were still paying it off, but had insurance on the phone. When we went in, we just wanted to use the insurance to replace the phone. That's why you get insurance, right? Turns out it wasn't going to be simple and the phone had fried when the battery blew and the insurance only replaces the battery? Doesn't fix my issue. While in the store dealing with this dilema, we were prompted on the monthly special "Buy One - Get One Free: S9 and S9Plus. The sales associate guy (Jade) had told us more about the special and an additional special of a free 64G SD card with each phone purchase (takes 4-6 wks) We decided to go ahead and get an S9 and S9 plus. This meant paying off the bill off our current phones. Okay. We were in the verizon for well over an hour, and left happy with our new phones and awaiting our SD cards. We ultimately were going to save each month because we paid off our old phones, and now we only have to pay for 1 phone a month - since we got the phones during the Buy-one Get-One Free specail. We end up having to pay for the S9 AND the S9Plus on the next bill. ? We also didn't recieve our SD cards yet, but it was only 4 weeks at this point. We called THE STORE and were told to call VW customer service to have them explain. VW said it might take one billing cycle to take effect and we would be reimbursed by the next bill for any extra charges. *IMPORTANT: we are NOT upset with Verizon, but this store! By our next bill, we still hadn't received our SD cards, and the bill was the same as before with NO change. We called the store. Jake answered and said we'd have to call VW regarding the bill, but "Great news! We just got a shipment of SD cards. Come in and we'll give you them in store." We went. Jade was there, and said he had "No idea what Jake was talking about. Not only do we not have them, but we can't give them out like that." ? Bear with me.. After another round of calls to VW and customer service going through the acct, they said the only thing they can see is the notes from out previous call that stated what we talked about, but they didn't see the discount. We were told to wait another billing cycle. Ugh, but we had done EVERYTHING we could. Next month, NO CARDS - NO BILL CHANGE. We call the store, AGAIN. We are told that the promotion should have taken effect and to call VW for a break down of the bill. As far as the SD cards - they would send in the request to have them sent again. We call VW and a rep digs into the acct and sees the Buy-One Get-One, was NEVER applied, they show that we just went in and got 2 new phones for FULL PRICE. WHAT?! He sees that when we went in, we were INDEED there at the time of the Buy-one Get-one promotion. That we should not only had it applied, but the request for 2 SD cards were NEVER sent. The VW rep sent out the SD cards and put in a request to the sales department to review and confirm we got the phones and were never given the discounts. Got the SD cards, not exasurating- the NEXT day, and were told the bill would be adjusted accordingly. Fast forward to our NEXT BILL. The bill is STILL wrong. We call VW who said the sales/markting department found we didnt qualify for the promotion back in July? How could that be? It's because the store rep, Jade, never ONCE told us or said ONE WORD about the promotion only appying if you got a NEW LINE?! NOT ONCE, in all the calls and trips to the store, were informed of that tiny important detail! WE WOULD HAVE JUST WAITED, DID THE INSURANCE ON THE ORIGINAL BROKEN PHONE AND GOT NEW PHONES AFTER THEY WERE PAID OFF!! Today, after 2 hours on the phone with VW, we got on a group call with the store manager in Sequim (and the VW rep) and the store manager HUNG UP ON US! Because HIS employee failed to scam us? He blamed us, said we should have called sooner. WE DID! VW has helped tremendously, and said this has happened MULTIPLE times and HR will be dealing with these representative. CAUTION! read more

I went in with my cracked iPhone screen protector expecting a hassle getting a free replacement. Let's face it there is usually a catch and there certainly was from the last retailer I purchased one from. I was very pleasantly surprised when Jade told me there would be no hassle and he even put the new one on for me. He was so helpful I even purchased a new phone case from him. I was asked to take my original poor review of this Go Wireless store by District Manager (?) Sean, who stated he would help me. He did not. So, back on with the review.....As a previous reviewer stated, they will SCAM you at this store. Jade did not provide me with the true info about the "special" on a Tab A8 when I purchased a Samsung S9 Verizon phone in the store. The tablet was "locked" into my Verizon phone, costing me a monthly fee for the tablet, a monthly fee for the TABLET'S phone # and an activation fee for a new phone # which. I was told nothing about this by Jade. I was told I could return the phone within 2 weeks after purchase. I did not know the truth until I got a HUGE bill after 1 month. I called Samsung and was informed there were 2 A 8 tablets, one locked and one unlocked that would work with any WiFi for $149.00 Amazon. I was told by Jade at the store I would have to pay a price of $175 if I tried to return this locked tablet . After writing a review here and some emails about a being a Sr.Citizen duped, I was contacted by Sean the District Manager who promised to help me if I took this review down. He did NOTHING. I spent HOURS on the phone with Verizon Customer Care for 2 weeks. I was able to get credits towards my bill. The store manager Jason was incompetent, could not find email he received from Sean, could not follow through with returning this tablet I was SCAMMED into buying, etc., etc. Sean told me just this week he could not get me a credit for me from Verizon. However, I was able to call today 12/27/18 and get some credit relief. Do not go to this Go Verizon store and do not trust these people from management. I took my original review down because I trusted. Also.. Verizon . When I paid half the huge bill while still trying myself to get help, I was charged $7.00 because I paid through a PERSON on the phone. I have switched to T-Mobile. read more

I'm being generous with one star. This store needs help!!! As a Verizon customer, I need to utilize the GoWireless store in Sequim. It is managed poorly, and that is an understatement. The last three times I've visited the store in attempt to receive service for the same issue, I was ignored, and, after a lengthy wait, twice had to leave without any help. The third and last attempt, I again was not greeted upon walking in. One of the associates who I was told was the manager, appeared to be under the influence and acted more unprofessionally than I've ever seen anyone act. Thankfully, by the time it was our turn to be helped, by Jake, we were met with a highly trained, helpful, knowledgeable, professional young man. If you need to use this Verizon location, make sure you have lots of time to sit and wait. AND, hope that Jake is working ask for him He'll get you in and out! read more

Jason set us up flawlessly with several new devices, made excellent recommendations, and was the friendliest, most helpful and most knowledgable professional I've encountered in a Verizon store. Was time to upgrade our phones so we went to this Verizon Dealer. we were greeted and helped by Jake. We were immediately made to feel at ease, we asked our questions about new phones and settled on XR's. Cell phones are a stressor for me but Jake was so efficient, cheerful and was sure to get us the best prices, rebates, etc. We were very pleased with his service and knowledge. We suggested offering classes for Iphones and Android Phones on a rotating basis and were pleased that it may be something they would offer in the future. We're delighted to have a Verizon dealer in Sequim and especially the great assistance we received from Jake. read more

My Android cell phone was acting wonky. Time to visit Sequim's GoWireless. We use our cell phones as our main phone. So, a cell that is running flawlessly is a must. With Tyler's expert assistance I returned home a VERY happy customer with an iPhone 7+, all required accessories & a mini iPad. (My iPad was a relic - one of the original iPads.) Tyler copied all my data to my new phone & set everything up perfectly. He's knowledgeable & charming! This potentially nerve-wracking experience was very pleasant.
