Horrible store. Make sure you ask for a printed contract not sign anything. They added and changed contract terms without your knowledge. Rep told me I will get it in my email for review then all the add ons are there. I cancelled the transaction and somehow my account is having issues. Pretty sure he messed with my account. Called att support to get it fixed and still no success. Im switching for sure. Att has the worst customer service.12 year att customer. Horrible experience all the time. I went into this location to get a new SIM card for an older Smart phone since I lost my phone at the San Diego Fair this past weekend and the store wanted $25 for the new SIM card. My wife and I thought this was odd as we had to do this with 2 other phones recently and we got them for free. I called ATT today and asked them and no store should be charging to activate a new SIM card in your phone. Apparently ATT corporate will be touching base with this store to discuss and find out why they are doing this. read more

Liars, cheats thieves AND idiots!!! Charged me $25 for a SIM card. A SIM card is included with a phone! Said insurance in mandatory. It is NOT! Refused an authorized buy-back. When I got my phones back in aug the manager was very helpful and very patient. Helped us get all the discounts we could get. I came back a few months later to get a phone case and other things and they have been very helpful. Selina has been very helpful. read more

Came in to trade in a phone and get a new one. I was told I got the full trade in value and to bring my old phone back within the next 30 days. Less then 10 days later I bring it back in (after transferring all my info to my new phone) and they tell me I no longer get the full trade in value. Mind you this was after I had to pay off $150 on my old phone and paid taxes and fee's on my new phone (totaling around $300). Moises claimed he had never really fully checked out my phone, or that he had just glanced at it and didn't fully examine it. So keep in mind these guys will make deals with you and get you to spend money with out even solidifying your trade in value. So after Moises negligence/laziness he tried to get me to pay another $350 for the new phone I had already purchased for $100(after trading in my old phone). I refused. The next day I went it and waited to speak to the manager Xavier. He resolved the issue for me but I was surprised that he didn't really mind so much that his employees are not being mindful and taking the time to make sure they are making the correct deals. read more

I had a really wonderful experience with Ryan, a sales rep there at the Old Grove location of AT&T. He was kind and patient with the problem I had, but best of all HONEST about my options to fix it. Not only did he help me resolve my billing issue by calling customer care for me ( I had been overcharged the month before by corporate office) but he also helped me add another line to my bill quickly and efficiently. I was in and out in less than 30 mins! I'm sorry to hear about the other bad reviews, but don't sell this store short!! Next time you're in, ask for Ryan. He's awesome! read more

I spoke with a supervisor 10/4/15 she said my bundle would be $116.00 a month til 10/4/16 I received a bill today for $170.00 been on the phone 3 times today trying to get to billing everyone keeps transferring me and the line goes dead. I am switching from direct tv to dish I have been fighting with them for over a year about my bill keeps going up. I was lied to when I signed up with direct tv, he did not tell me it was going to be a two year contract and didn't tell me the specials would be going off in 3 month also I asked for grand old ophra and he said oh yes we have that, that's a lie, the channel they have just sells cd's att bought direct tv well the two of them can just cancel my service, I will call and cancel and go with dish or I can go with cox read more

Asked for help regarding my cracked screen due to screen protector failure and the gentleman helping me didn't look up from his phone once and proceeded to ask me, "What do you want me to do about it?". The worst Experience ever!! The sales associate Dianna was trying to rip me off $100 and my time!! I wanted to purchase an iPad and pay cash for it so I can save $100 from financing it so she told me the way we do it here is we sign u up on finance and once you receive it in the mail just bring it in and then u can pay cash for it. So when I got home and looked at my receipt again she had charged me for the full finance amt for the iPad so she could make her damn commission I assume on actually financing a tablet rather then someone coming in paying cash! She tried to be sneaky .... too bad I just cancelled it all together. This store will rip u off. Buyer beware!!!! read more

I am not sure where I would like to start furs let me start by saying I will never spend another dime in this store the worst customer service I have ever seen they should be ashamed of themselves for even being open I am in the middle of filing small claims against this store for false advertisement and trust I will win they knowingly have made a mistake with one of their customers and is too busy making money to care about their customers they promised me a guarantee then lied and never gave their guarantee or my money In 14 day came back in 5 days to return my product and they are no longer honoring their guarantee that is false advertisement . but they did it to the wrong person this time so my warning to all local Oceanside people if you want to purchase the phone stay away from that store. This store is horrible! My son had a problem with his one month old Windows phone and went to the store for assistance. The female sales associate told him it was his Sim card. She charged him $25 for a new one, threw out his old one, and failed to tell him he could not return the Sim card. When he was back less than 24 hours later because he was still having problems they told him 'Too bad, not refundable,nothing they can do.' We will be following up with the franchise owner and AT&T proper/corporate. read more

I unfortunately have to come here because it's very convenient for me. (I'm now paying online) This guy named ALEX who looked like they pulled him straight up from jail "attended" us. We go in there to pay our bills and we do two separate transactions. He was interigating us about the person who's name was on the contract, we didn't have a problem about it he just didn't have to be so rude about it. My boyfriend then asked if it was busy today and he said no (I can see why) and when we said we were paying with two cards his words were" your killing me" tht infuriated me this is your job , your here to serve us. I have been customer at this store sence 2003, when I approached the front door tonight at 7:30 PM the door was locked. I noticed a salesman behind the counter waveing me off to indicate he was closed. I got back into my car went on the website The sight said they closed at 8 o'clock. so I called the associate and ask him what time he closed, he said 730 he noticed I was outside talking to him in my car and I said the website said the you closed at 8 o'clock. then he mumbled his words "no we floss at 730." all I can say is. that was the kicker and I will not be stopping at that store anymore. it has gone downhill the past 5 years and I am super disappointed in their customer service. read more
