Frank is hands down the best employee ever. I've been to this location on multiple days both trying to purchase a new phone as well as with a plethora of questions regarding plans and options and all the usual confusing stuff that comes with new phones and accounts. And yet every single time without fail he has been beyond superb. He's been very patient and even made me feel as though there was no pressure to buy or anything. No matter how many times I came back with more questions, not once did I feel pressured and I was always reassured that I was not a problem or a hassle. Even when I've had to wait, I see how he treats other customers. Honesty, being up front, integrity, all of the above. Not once has he ever been rude or condescending or anything remotely like that. It's honestly been the best experience I've ever had with anything phone related ever. Even despite some family stuff he had going on, he was beyond helpful, patient and everything. AT&T don't let this employee go ever. I drive by three other AT&T stores on my way here and for sure, for this level of service and for this one helpful employee I will continue to drive all the way out here. Both times I've come in here, I've left more frustrated than when I came in, and they didn't even seem to care. They are extremely unhelpful. The first time I walked in with a question the guy told me to go to an Apple Store because he didn't know! Seriously, a bunch of lame, unknowledgeable dicks. It's always empty in there too! Your job is to help people! Tried to give them a second chance today but the guy just argued with me and didn't listen to what I was actually saying. This store help is awful. I hear they are union employees and can't be fired, so that explains the contempt and ignorance. Sold me an older phone that was not going to be available for over a month and suggested I add a new line to get it cheap. It was all bullshit. When I left a message to get my original salesperson to call me back, NEVER happened. The Hispanic man that helped me was rude and told me to call the 800# for service. After reading all the bad reviews about this location in Yelp, I have to think twice before I write this review. We went to this AT&T store today to choose the data service plan for our daughter. We met "Ivan" and he is friendly, professional and be able to answer the questions that we asked and explain it clearly. He changed the plan for us and finished it within five minutes. Came to the store to get information on the New Galaxy S21. Waited patiently to get help. Both associations were helping customers. When it came our turn Frank asked if he could help us. I asked him what was the promotion on the the new phones for existing customers. He mentioned they offer $700.00 credit on qualifying devices towers the new device. Dina his coworker corrected him and said it was $800.00. jokingly we said that we should have Dina help us since she was offering more. He got upset and walked away. We told him that it was a joke and even his own coworker Dina told him the same. He stormed off to the back office. I tried to talk to him and flipped us off and shut the door. We waited till Dina help us out. I the mean time other customers came into the store and Mr. Frank didn't even bother to come out and help the customers coming in. Instead customers waited a while to get help. I sure hope his boss look at the cameras to see what kind off employee they have working. Been a AT&T customer for over 18years. I walked into the store and Tina F. was on a speaker phone call. She did not acknowledge me until about 10 seconds later. She asked what we needed, and I said I possibly needed a new phone since the one I had the screen was black. She asked for my information, logged into the computer, then tried to sell me their cable service. I refused and said I wanted to know my options in regards to fixing the phone or getting a new one. She asked how long I had the phone and I said over a year. She then said I would need to get a new one because the warranty had expired. I told her I had phone insurance, then she said it would cost more to fix and that it mad more sense to get a new phone. I asked her about the 24 month plan and she said they did not offer that. Only the 30 month plan. I told her I saw it this morning online that it was offered, and she said that was wrong. They don't offer that anymore. I took my phone and said I would think about my options. She was rude and condescending and said that no matter where I looked that was the only option they offered and gave me her business card. I was NOT about to give someone like that my business. I have been to this location a few times before and never had such bad service. As long as employees like her are there, I will take my business elsewhere. I did buy another phone at another location with the 24 month plan and THAT employee was polite, helpful and acknowledged everyone that walked in the door. P.S. Upon review of the business card it said they are Springmobile. They are not at&t just an authorized retailer. This is misleading since the outside of the building says at&t. read more

This is my absolute favorite cell phone store ever. I went in not expecting much but my sales rep Tina exceeded all of my expectations. Not only did I get 4 new phones but my bill went down and she saved me over $100 per month on my Tv and internet as well. I don't know how she did it but I am a customer for life. Came in with my sister to get her the new iPhone 6S. We were here yesterday and was helped by Chris. He explained to us price differences and different plans--really took his time to explain them and made sure we understood. We didn't get the phone right away because we wanted to run it by our sister to make sure it was ok to make changes. Came back today and it was pretty crowded just like yesterday. I'm giving this AT&T 5 stars because of Chris' customer service. As far as wait time goes, I give it 3 because the wait is long. We waited over an hour for Chris. While the wait was long, it was worth it because we came out of there with a bunch of free things! If you are ever in this location, ask for Chris but be warned, you might have to wait! read more

AT&T is not that great for your cell phone or Internet, especially in Orange County. Recently switched to Verizon and have MUCH better service now. Never any dropped calls with Verizon but I had tons of drops with ATT on my iPhone and androids. read more

I typically have a difficult time at AT&T stores when trying to buy a new product, from the system and information to the plans and deals which get very jumbled and confusing when trying to figure out the best deal. However; I came in with my mom and sister and Jess helped us right away. She was patient and incredibly kind and made everything easy for us to understand. She helped us find the best deal for us and we walked away with two brand new Xs max IPhones. I came in because I bought a brand new expensive phone and two chargers a month or two ago. The plugin charger works excellent and I have no complaints. The car charger is a complete pain and is dangerous to figure out on road so I brought it in. The lady would not even consider exchanging or talking about it beyond the fact that "this is just how they are and this one works fine". So the service was good. They told you all the good things. I went in to trade in my iPhone 6 for 7 plus and got deal with 2 iPad. The customer service was friendly, but when they promised you things. I WILL NOT HAPPEN. I was told there will be no Activation fee on both iPad. I was Charge $90 for it. I did not told there will $20. Upgraded fee. I was charge $40 for it. I tried to call them back to see if they can resolve then issue, but so far, nothing happen. This is a big place. I don't think they should lie to the customer. I will try to call and talk to the manager to see if they can help. So far it is suck. read more

I went in to upgrade to and iPhone X. When I walked in the store wasn't busy and I was immediately greeted by Mo. he asked how he could help me today and we started on the upgrade process rite away. I knew what and I wanted and that helped. He did tell me about some amazing deals they had going on but I passed on them because again I knew what I wanted walking in there. I have never been through an upgrade that was so time efficient. Mo's customer service is amazing! While he was doing computer work we talked about the World Cup and I told him that the only sports I watch are boxing and UFC when my friends are competing. We talked about my boxing career and he was able to keep the conversation going and really seemed interested. I appreciate the efficiency he had. I believe I was in and out of there within 1hr. He also helped me cancel 2 lines that I wasn't using and helped put my insurance for my devices on a family plan making it easier and cheaper for me. Great Job MO! read more

My wife and I came in the other night to look into our accounts. We were helped by Tina. She was nice enough, a little over the top, but she seem friendly enough. She begins to give us a pitch about some direct TV promotion. Perfectly fine, I listen to hear, it's part of her job. Then, she yells across the store to another coworker, complaining about a previous customer. Totally inappropriate. Save that talk for the break room. Then, she proceeds to describe the customers as "that old man and his RETARDED son!" I couldn't believe it. I looked at my wife and she's just as shocked as I am. Tina continues with her sales pitch, but I'm so angry that I can't even hear her. My wife can see that I'm upset, so she makes up an excuse for us to leave, before I begin to yell at this sales rep. To use such derogatory language, IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS, is absolutely disgusting. I will not be back to this location and to be honest I may be changing my phone provider all together. read more

Terrible experience! Avoid phone, internet and TV service at all costs with AT&T. When and if you have technical issues it will be a miserable experience. If you still decide to sign-up make sure you very carefully check everything including personal information. Issues: 1. We were mislead in what we were signing up for. Conveniently this benefited the sales person. 2. We lost service for over 3 days straight soon after installation. Many lies and false promises that it would immediately get resolved. 10 plus hours dealing with this issue. 3. Installation date was delayed in order to transfer phone number. 4. We still didn't get the number transferred on the delayed installation date, ultimately AT&T caused us to permanently lose the number we had for years. 5. Sales person assigned us email addresses and made up billing email addresses which took several hours to resolve later on. They got the sale so why care? 6. We were given manager and supervisor numbers that assured us of immediate support. They didn't even return voice mails. 7. We reached out to AT&T's social media team. They offered their assistance if we emailed them which we did. They never responded. read more

There was a couple of kids there, and they didn't want to help me even though there was nobody in the store. They weren't listening when i was trying to explain the problem. As a long time AT&T member, I recommend you don't bother coming to this store for anything. They are only an "authorized retailer" which means they have no access to a commercial store that is run by corporate aka normal AT&T stores. Since I bought my phone and accessories at a regular "corporate store" in fullerton, this store is unable to pull my records. Don't waste your time coming here and go straight to a regular corporate store. All I wanted was a print out of my sales receipt fron when I purchased my phone, so that I could register my screen protector but since I bought everything from a regular store - this store is unable to help me. Funny considering I called the number listed for this AT&T store yesterday and they told me they could do it for me; however, they failed to mention anything about only being an authorized retailer.
