I only gave one star so I could post this review. August 8th I was assisted by Nancy. She was wonderful. Nancy had me almost ready to walk out the door until we realized my license had expired. I was shocked that AT&T would not give me a break since I have been a loyal customer since 2003. I have jumped through all the hoops AT&T has told me to jump through. I am now going to end up being charged for a phone I did not receive. On August 8th I was told to come back in the next day with someone who has a valid license to add them onto my account. Then I can get the phone. August 9th my friend and I go back in. We were told customer service was closed. Come back in tomorrow, earlier so customer service can be reached. August 10th we both took off early from work and met there. This means both of us lost time and money to accommodate AT&T. When we went in on August 10th we were treated beyond poorly by Nicole. She made it very clear multiple times she did not want to be helping me. Nicole told people she was talking to on her cell phone she was having to work through her lunch to help me. She repeatedly went through the back room door and screamed at the top of her lungs. I don't know why she would think we could not hear her. Maybe she just did not care. We were in the store for over 2 hours. After speaking with few customer service reps on the phone we got a supervisor. She said my friend had been added on and it would show up in the computer in 10 minutes. Nicole kept checking and telling us it was not there. Because my friend said a few times, " I can't believe this" Nicole kept responding "if you don't believe me you can look at the computer" I had to explain to Nicole she was not saying she did not believe you. She is saying she cannot believe what we are going through. All Nicole had to say to this was "oh." After 1/2 hour we left the store. I then spent approximately 3 hours on the phone being transferred from person to person. I finally got a number I could call the next day. August 11th I called the number I was given. I spoke with a few people and ended up with Jai. He got his supervisor on the line to listen to our conversation. I was assured that they would send my watch out the next day. I was also told that Jai would be the person to call me back the next day and arrange for my phone to be sent out immediately after they got things settled with the store. August 12th by 2:00 p.m. no one had yet to call me. I phoned the number I had been given again and of course got someone else. After being on the phone with him for well over an hour I was told the only way to fix my problem was for me to go back in to the store and tell them to put the phone back into their inventory. The fact that myself and my family have been loyal AT&T customers for almost 20 years did not seem to matter. (I have been with them since 2003). The utter frustration that I have had to deal with on a daily basis since August 8th is exhausting. Not to mention the fact that my phone is not working properly and I miss texts and am unable to send texts to some people, my daughter included. I am certain my friend that was with me on August 10th can add even more. I do not blame you. This has been a huge AT&T system fail. Not one manager or supervisor has called me, even though I was told several of our conversations was being recorded. Until this total catastrophe I was quite happy with AT&T. If I could give this store 0 stars I would. It has been the worst customer service experience of my life. This is a 3rd party store- the meaning of this-DON'T GO HERE! I regrettably stepped foot in this store about a month ago. I asked for a iPhone 13 Pro Max and unbeknownst to me was given an iPhone 13 Pro. It wasn't until I ordered and received a case for an iPhone13 Pro Max that I'd realized, I'd been given the wrong phone. When I called the store manager (Kumir) to let him know about what had occurred, he refused to help and said there was nothing he could do- btw, Kumir is the one that initially helped me and gave me the wrong phone to begin with- he's a cocky little liar and shouldn't have a job working with the public in any capacity. Did I mention that Kumir signed me up for FirstNet (a first responder network) after I told him I was a therapist? Kumir also told me that FirstNet never verifies any eligibility so not to worry if therapists aren't listed as first responders. Well, here's a shocker- Kumir was wrong. I've received eligibility texts and emails almost daily and when I submitted my license number, it turned out, I'm not eligible. So now I'm locked into a 3 year contract that will jump in price- from 39.99 to 65 per month- awesome. I could continue to share all of the annoyances, lies, and wasted hours I've experienced as a result of dealing with Kumir and his store but I do not want to waste another second on him. All I can say is DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! AS FOR KUMIR- YOU NEED TO GET A NEW JOB AND FIGURE OUT HOW TO NOT BE SO SHADY- YOU'RE NOT FOOLING ANYONE- IT'S OBVIOUS. read more

Wow I had the best experience ever at this store! Nick Novick was extremely professional and helpful to the max. Was only coming in to ask about my service on my tablet. Not only did Nick take care of that issue he also reviewed my account and offered me a better plan catered to my family. Saved me about $50 a month on my plan, offered me a new S9+ (which I basically got for free) and advised me of all the great deals AT&T and DirecTV had to offer. To put the cherry on top Nick saved me about an extra $15 by switching me to DirecTV Now from the expensive and overrated YouTube TV. I'm a DirecTV Now customer and like McDonald's slogan says "I'm loving it"! Beware of solicitors at your door from AT&T they offer you a special price. But, the day of the installation the price is not what they offered at your door. The day of installation a man sits in front of your house and waits. The installer comes later then he starts installation, the man in the car later comes to discuss what the solicitor offered. All of which is not what the solicitor told you it would be. Make sure you get it all in writing. However, I had it in a text from the solicitor. The guy from the car says that the solicitor is not an employee of AT&T. This happened to me many years ago. I told the solicitor I hope he was honest. If I had known there wasn't a self kiosk to pay a bill I would have never came to this location!! Run away at all risks if possible so you don't get sucked into being harassed by employees! We all know these cell phone and cable companies are committing highway robbery every month when we open our bills, it's like do you give up an organ to pay your bill or food on the table?!! Loyalty doesn't exist with any of these companies! My sister hates coming inside a store to pay her bill so she leaves me with that task LOL! I've never been to this location so I assumed it would have a self kiosk just like the Santa Ana location boy was I wrong! I felt ambushed when I looked around and didn't find one and had to deal with a pushy employee! What also didn't sit well with me is their manager, she ignored me and didn't look up to greet me, she proceeded to continue with her personal phone call and acted as if I didn't exist. Luckily the pushy sales employee helped me but then wanted to go in depth about my phone carrier and my cable bill etc., you know how the rest goes.. LOL I don't trust these employees at all, they've done us dirty so much in the past, they all promise they can lower your bill but when you get your statement it's either higher than before or they've taken something off without your permission! If it sounds too good to be true then it is! Run far away and never look back! Terrible experience. I would have to agree with all the other posters. The salespeople at this location are like used car salesmen. They constantly try to upsell you to add an additional account for a free iPad/tablet, charger, case, screen protector. It's exhausting... they literally do not stop talking unless you say yes. Horrible experience with Alvin Harry. He had me send my pay stub to him via email for update include my corporate acct discount. After calling AT&T several times directly to confirm, the FAN still has not been applied. Three months + 4 calls + 4 follow up emails later, I send Alvin one final email and cc the VP of Sales for Spring Mobile. Within 24 hours I magically receive a phone call from him and he says he's been trying to reach me for months. He's been promoted and cannot help me anymore. What a joke. These guys are borderline criminals... fast talkers trying to make an additional $1/hour if they make a sale. They'll likely be selling subprime mortgages soon so keep your purses close and watch your back. I guess in full-disclosure, I've never had particular luck in any AT&T Authorized Retailer. They always make it feel so smarmy & you always feel like you are just being up-sold constantly. I have never walked out feeling good about my purchase, just a little bit ripped off. I wish I could say that this was not the case here since my mom had told me they were great when she had recently upgraded. But, seriously after walking out of here with 2 new phones for my daughters, I felt a little violated. The guy who helped did so begrudgingly. When we made our decision we literally sat for 35 more minutes (I timed it) while he tried to up-sell us (a case, a protective screen, insurance, a free iPad mini for only $40 a month if we also bought a protective screen) even though I said we were in a rush & I just wanted the phones. And then he tried to sell me on a new phone too since I was eligible. I also said I didn't want insurance (but guess what when I checked my first bill---there was insurance on there). That awkward moment when you go in to inquire about trying to change your plan to save you money and the sales representative tells you "That sounds like a great idea, you should look more into it." Waaaaaaaiiit, what? Is this not an AT&T store and isn't that your job to assist us? My boyfriend and I went into this AT&T store for a different issue that didn't end up pertaining to us. So while we were there, he inquired about upgrading his data & found out that his mom recently got DirecTV. Because my family has DirecTV and AT&T, I knew already about if you were to combine your bill into one, all the lines in your family plan get unlimited data because that's what I have currently. Let's just say, we basically wasted our time trying to inquire because the guy was not responding to the many prompts I gave him to get the ball freaking rolling. He was so concentrated on things irrelevant to the next move we were trying to make. Honestly I'm still looking back on this experience wondering what the hell do they pay him for because he was just taking up space. Might I add that we were the ONLY customers in the store. I have never been so frustrated with dealing with someone who was not responding to the requests we wanted him to do. I kept asking him to make a new plan so he could give the account holder the information. Omar repeatedly kept telling us that my boyfriend was only a authorized user and couldn't make big changes like this on their account. And I kept asking Omar "Although he cannot make big changes, can we get a estimated plan to see if it's going to save them money or not?" And Omar said "yeah, I could help you out with that." I went into this store today and i wanted to buy a wireless charger for my husbands Samsung Galaxy S8. His charging port got wet and it would not take a charge. So i thought maybe a wireless charger would work. Well the employees Gabriel and Samuel told me no it wont work for that phone. So my husband went to the store and purchased a new phone the Samsung galaxy 10 and a portable charger. He gets home on puts his old phone the S8 on the wireless charger and guess what it works. After 7 hours with customer service and two trips into the store, he was able to fix the issue along with another lady from customer service.
