    I'm a new customer who switched over from Verizon 2 weeks ago on 11/19/24…read more *side note* I went to a different location on that day, but my goal was still the same: get a new number and a newer iPhone coz my 8+ has about HAD IT with me! However, my lack of knowledge and subsequent indecision got the upper hand in that situation; I couldn't really decide which iPhone I wanted and - although the employee at that location was nice and pleasant to speak with - unfortunately he couldn't really answer my questions or provide much info about the differences in features, so I finally said I just wanted to do more research at home. He told me I had 30 days to decide if I'd like to get a new phone via some kind of deal with a bill credit over 24 months. So. Last night, I went to this T-Mobile location and 2 employees told me conflicting information; one employee said I had 14 days and the other said, "I'm pretty sure it's 30." After a little back and forth, with one employee confirming details online, both of them eventually said they can't help me so I would need to call 611 and have customer care complete the order for my new phone. Wait, what? After I left the store, I called 611 on my uncle's phone, waited on hold for almost 40 min and followed the silly tele-prompts to "guess this song!" (to distract me from the crushing realization that many minutes of my precious life are just ticking away on this call), before hanging up in frustration. I called again later and waited on hold for almost an hour before I finally hung up. I couldn't get ahold of anybody to help me get a new iPhone and I still really want one... My experience with this store and overall as a new T-Mobile customer has been fairly disappointing thus far.

    I'm a new T-Mobile customer who switched over from Verizon in early November…read more My service with Verizon got suspended with zero notice (coz that's what happens when you're a mature, responsible adult in your 30s and fighting with your parents who still pay your cell phone bill). My experience with that T-Mobile location was super frustrating and annoying, and my experience with this location on 119th was better but I really wish Jo would have tried just a little to sell me a newer iPhone. It wouldn't have been difficult, and I'm sure he could have easily talked me into getting a new phone, and probably a more expensive one than I would have originally wanted. Perhaps there wasn't much incentive for him? Unfortunately, my experience overall as a new T-Mobile customer has been fairly disappointing thus far. I might call 611 again today to find out if there's SOME way I can get a new iPhone!

    I came in to get my screen replaced today. We had an amazing experience like usual. CJ helped us…read moreand was very helpful and relatable. He was very quick with the replacement and even helped answer all of our extra questions. I would definitely recommend the screen protector plan they have, it's such a good deal for anyone who cracks their phone a lot.
