My fiance and I went in on Monday, September 1, to upgrade her phone. Henry, I believe his name was, was training a new employee. He greeted us, stated he had the phone in stock we were looking for and would be back up. While we were waiting we saw a flyer on the table advertising the phone we wanted and it's partner watch for 17.50 per month. When our sales person returned, he had brought the watch out with him, no need to push the deal we were already on board. As he was attempting to make the figures work, you could see he was getting frustrated as the math was not hitting that amount. He said it was at 35.00. He stated he didn't think the sales price was active yet. I let him know that it's an advertised price, it needs to be honored. He called over Jane who looked at the flyer and she stated, "I'm just going to be taking this from you now." She itteratted that the fine print stated there needed to be a service activation for the watch. I said that's fine but the advertisement is outright misleading. We walked out no deal. I called the store on Tuesday morning to request to speak to a manager, I was told, no manager in today but Aris, our assistant manager is in a meeting, let me get your information and I'll have him call you back. Wednesday morning came around, still no call. I called the store again, they stated they had my message and Aris and the store manager were out of the building. They also mentioned that Jane was a covering assistant manager from another store. The only reason to go into a physical store is the customer experience. This was an absolute miss on so many levels. A complaint has been filed with the Department of Consumer and Business Affairs of Los Angeles County as well as The California Department of Consumer Affairs. ****Last update. Mari called me, introduced herself as the store manager. She advised the flyer was provided by corporate, which given att's history, not hard to believe. While she was apologetic for the incident and invited me and my fiance in for any further needs, she was still unable to do anything to honor the price as advertised. I asked her if she could make sure that Henry received any type of recognition/ commission for the lost sale due to Jane's incompetence in the customer service field, she said she would look into it. While the resolution is not fully satisfactory, it's understandable given the fact there is only so much lead way given to employees by the higher ups. Thank you for the great customer service Mari.

What amazed me was there were employees in the store at the time. Instead of one of them attempting to help us, both came to help. One spoke mandarin/cantonese to my gramps and the other spoke english to me. Instead of trying to sell us some bogus plans we didn't need. They asked us questions such as, "how many minutes do you use a month?" "what are the main features you're looking for?" I felt that they really wanted to cater to my grandpa's specific needs. All he wanted his phone to do was to for it to be able to read/type Chinese. After signing the contract the lady spent an extra 20 minutes (TWENTY MINUTES) with my grandpa. Helping him and teaching him about the software. My grandpa is old, as all grandparents are, so he is kind of slow and he does ask a lot of questions. Some how the lady helping him began to laugh. She made my grandpa laugh as well and that is why I rated this place 5 stars!

Anyways, I've started getting my upgrade phones from Premiere Mobile probably a few years ago when they opened up this location. At first, I dealt mostly with Roger, the head honcho there. Awesome guy and really great to work with. I've gotten my past 3 upgrade Blackberries and my wife's Samsung Galaxy 4G from this place. Since it opened, understandably Roger has gotten busier with more back office work. Being a business man myself, I don't blame him one bit. Recently, Roger has needed to hand me off to some of his employees there and level of quality of service hasn't dropped off one bit. Since I've been going there for some time now and I have since moved to the valley, I do most of my dealings with them over the phone now. It's nice that they are able to take care of my mobile needs and I'm confident enough in them that I have them keep my info on file. Any changes to my account, I'm able to contact them and they take care of it and get me squared away quickly so I can get about my day. Roger and his crew at this location of Premiere Mobile has earned my repeat business and I wish them nothing but the best for the future as well.

I finally had it and called Spectrum to cancel the service and returned the equipment on the 4th of March 2026. Customer service over the phone advised me to return the equipment before the next billing cycle which is the 16th of the month. Instead of send them back by UPS, I took them to a Spectrum store and got a receipt. Today the 16th of March, I got another charge on my credit card for $101.25 from Spectrum. Just got off the phone and this so called "supervisor" told me that I had to pay for the month of March in the middle of the month. I was shocked and told him the equipment was returned and customer service had told me I will not be charged again. I also asked him who would charge monthly service in the middle of the month for the service month? It's usually at the beginning or the end of the month and that's not what the customer service told me earlier when I called and returned the equipment. He insisted he is the "supervisor" and couldn't do anything about it. Well guess what..... it's my decision to let everyone know this is how Spectrum put its hands in your pocket. Just like people around me said. They charge more on the loyal customers and bite you when you decided to leave. Take my advice.... STAY AWAY

My 70+ mother went to this Tmobile location to port her number from AT&T to Tmobile and had a…read moreterrible experience. If I could give zero stars I would. As I was unable to go with her because I am in the middle of a move, I sent her there with her Tmobile SIM card because I was under the impression it would be a seamless transfer since Ive already set the accounts up. It was not. The reps there (specifically Stela and Chen) were rude, terribly unhelpful and honestly in my mom's words "a b****" Mind you, she has only ever used that word probably 3x in her life. They stressed my elderly mom out. I was placed on the phone with Stella and not only was she rude, she basically accused me of being a bad daughter for not being there with my mom and since she's been there, she's had to use her inhaler twice??? I think ya'll stressing her out, not me. I ended up having to call Tmobile customer service and they wondered why the people in store were not handling it. So i am in the middle of a life transition while on the phone with the rep and texting my mom while she's stuck in the store. All they care about is opening new lines (commission) and not actually the customer service part of their job. Mind you, this is my first impression of the in store reps. Don't bother coming to this location. The Pasadena location was much more helpful and kind. If I could report this entire thing to their corporate office I would.

I was very happy with the service until my screen cracked from a very light touch in May of 2026. I was puzzled that a simple touch to the screen would crack it so easily. After the initial repair, I have always been very mindful of how I interact with my computer, as I work from home and need my computer on a day to day basis. I brought it back to Gadgetneeds to explore solutions. While I was telling the reps what happened one of them asked me "do I believe I the words I say? You must have done other damage to it." I told them that it is really bad business to insist that a customer is lying, and that I refused to pay $350 again to only be faced with the same issue in 4 months. I recommend avoiding this business. It is unfortunate that Gadgetneeds is not only able to stand by their work, but also questioned my integrity while trying to make this repair happen. I will find a business that is able to listen to their customers for this next repair.

I planned to switch to T-Mobile but thought I'd first see if Verizon had a better deal. This was a MISTAKE. I was approached by some heavyset dude with glasses and a big grin who introduced the idea of switching to a Verizon business account because it's "cheaper". Don't listen to this BS! It has been a total nightmare. They (the guy in glasses and the General Manager whose name I won't say) convinced me this was the best option because I would get a better deal for home WiFi and my phone. Complete garbage. This plan is loaded with additional fees, large upfront costs as well as taxes, and the internet router is very expensive and exceptionally slow. The WiFi speed is nothing even remotely close to the slowest charter spectrum speed available. No big deal right? WRONG. I immediately sought to cancel my business internet, which has yet to actually occur it seems. I was told that I cannot give the router back to the store to return the router. No. I must send it back via UPS and go through an extremely irritating process of taking to some random person in India (or whatever country) to complete the process. But before any of this, I had to spend an unknown and significant amount of my time waiting and getting "support" over the phone with these people who barely speak English to cancel the internet. The cancellation NEVER HAPPENED. It is still on my account and charging me for this service. This is after numerous efforts to cancel this horrible feature on my plan. They claim the warehouse has to receive the equipment to close and remove this from my account. This is after I gave them all of the information regarding the equipment return. I also was assured by multiple phone workers that I would longer be charged yet here we are. I was so pissed one day that a support service worker sought to give me 50% off on my bill for 24 months! Of course I agreed. My recent bill however has the addition of $152 pertaining to the business internet. My bill thus came to $170 and this was the initial month to include my discount. Verizon's customer service has either always been terrible unbeknownst to me, or the customer service has exponentially plummeted due to cutting corners and using offshore workers who at times can barely speak English. The general manager has virtually no power to help you. He himself must call these offshore workers to get anything done, and he will direct you to do it yourself. Things did not used to be this way. I'm okay with doing it myself, but these people have assured me on multiple occasions that I would not be charged anymore and that the business internet line and service that I have never even used nor have the equipment for would be canceled and removed from my account entirely. This has been lie and a scam. I need my refund ASAP.
