One of the staff, MARIO, was right there to help us. The trade turn in went smoothly. When that was done we asked Mario to help us with another problem we were having. My email used to be on the cox.net domain. When Cox abandoned their cell customers I was concerned about having to change my email address. I had the cox.net email for probably over 15 years. It was the first and only email I ever had. I found a "fix" that forwarded the cox.net emails to a Yahoo account. That worked ok but when the transfer of info to my new phone was done the Yahoo account did not transfer. Trying to fix this was WAY out of my level of techno knowledge. That is where Mario came to the rescue. He was amazing. So knowledgeable , patient, polite and friendly. Got everything working like a charm. If you ever have the need to go to this store for help with a problem do yourself a favor and ask for Mario.

We stopped by the Verizon store and talked to Mariano. He indicated that he wasn't necessarily trained on how to do this, but he would give it a try. He spent 15 to 20 minutes working on our iPhone and finally got it to work. We were very happy that he was able to get our iPhone up and working at no charge. Great work.

Also, I was told that my bill would only increase five dollars a month when in fact it's going to increase more like $20-$25 a month. I don't feel that they were very upfront with me while transitioning me to a new phone. Don't buy into any of their antics . They're more concerned about getting a commission for getting you a phone than anything else.

Yesterday, I received a new cell phone and tried following the instructions T-Mobile gave me to transfer my phone number from my previous cell phone to the one one unsuccessfully. I tried using online resources before giving up and deciding to go into the store. In the past, I have always had quite a wait before an employee could see me to assist me. Today, I was one of the first customers in the store when they opened, and I had two employees assisting me until the transfer was completed. When I arrived today, Canyan quickly welcomed me and had me sit down and go over what I had done already for the transfer. He reset the process and started following through with the various steps. As other customers started showing up, he had Sebastian take over with assisting me while he helped others. Sebastian was able to help complete the process, and when I left, my new phone was now working and receiving calls and texts. While I previously wrote a review where I rated the service low, I would now consider the service of staff to be rather high though without appointments or an official sign-in process, customers do not initially feel valued upon their arrival. I do wish that appointments could be made for assistance the way that Sprint used to do before the merger. Now I know that If I show up just after opening, I can have a very positive experience though if I was showing up in the middle of a busy day, then I would rather consider looking for answers online or calling into customer service. I was very pleased to learn that a new iPhone 16 promotion allowed any iPhones from the 11 version onward to be worth $830 towards the cost of a new iPhone. Prior to this promotion, I could maybe get $110 give or take towards a new phone if I traded in my current phone. I appreciate this and other T-Mobile promotions relating to cell phones, Internet, and more. I look forward to see what I can get with T-Mobile in the future!

I went to the back of the store where the customer is supposed to pick up a paper slip for the hard drive desired but alas, no paper slips in the one I wanted. So I go to the check-out and wait for the clerk to check out the two people in front of me and then I say that I want these two hard drives. Naturally, she knows nothing so she shouts out into the store, "Hey, Joe." Joe doesn't respond. The clerk tells me he's with another customer. So I wait. She checks out the guy behind me and he also cannot find what he needs. After five minutes, I lose patience and leave. It's frustrating because I know they have what I want; I just cannot get to it without a long wait. My suggestions: 1) maintain a sufficient supply of paper slips with the hard drives. 2) hire enough staff to handle customers. I will go elsewhere to buy the hard drives.
