DSL sucks!!! Unreliable!!! Over charged and unwilling to help. Switching back to Charter.

I lost my phone on a Friday. I called AT&T as I have insurance. I was advised to submit claim before 2pm and I would receive replacement phone in 24 hours. This is totally false. The insurance company they use is Assiuron or some third party. Plan on waiting a week for your phone. I so hate At&t. This is the final straw. Looking for another carrier. So long AT&T! Avoid this store at all costs. I went in to buy a new phone and was waited on by the store manager, Kurtis Coltrin. We agreed on a phone, but the color I wanted was not in stock (this was a Friday). I told him I would be back on Wednesday..and he told me (in front of my husband) "no problem. We'll have it. I will make sure its here. On Wednesday I returned. He didn't want to come out of the back room initially, but when he did, he outright lied to me. He told me he never promised the phone I wanted would be at the store... he said he told me he would "try" and get it here. That was a blatant lie. I drove 40 miles each way just to get this phone and was lied to. He ended up being surly and totally unprofessional. He had my name and number and could have called to tell me he couldn't get it...he knew I was making a special trip in. That kind of treatment from a store manager prompted me to go to Verizon, where I got a better phone, better customer service and a better overall price. AT&T has the worst customer service of any phone service. I have been waiting three days now for them to unlock my phone and they have such Moran's working for their customer service to do it right. They keep adding to a credit rather than paying the phone off like I requested 4 months ago now. Unbelievable. Thank God T-Mobile has such great customer service, they have lent me a phone so I was not without one now day three. PLEASE DONT USE AT&T. The staff is so friendly here! I always feel welcomed. They are willing to help with any issues. Jake DePoli is special needs, but does a great job with customers! Overall, I recommend this location. They're not super busy on weekdays especially compared to the meadowood mall location. read more

We have been to many phone stores and I would say that this store never fails to give a 100% percent positive experience. Annalicia is da bomb, she is always helpful and is willing to work with us on even the most minute details. Not that we have any less than a professional experience with any of the other employees but we always wait for Annalicia. I will also add that in the past 20 years, I have had Sprint, T-Mobile and AT&T and their customer service has never let us down. read more

Great service, very easy to work with when looking at new phones and options for plans. Since things are changing so often when it comes to mobile devices and which ones to use having a helpful staff here at AT&T was great. They made the whole plan understandable and pretty affordable. I was told by two att representatives that my bill was paid in full. Once on September 15 and once on October 18. I got a letter in the mail from a collections agency claiming I have an unpaid bill from 8 months ago. So I called att and every person that I talked to there gave me a different story one told me to get bank info and call back the other flat out told me that it's too late you just to deal with the collections agency. So I did. I called them and they told me I could dispute it so I did then I get a call back saying that I have less than a week to make a payment of 269.00 or it was gonna be reported and the dispute can take up to three weeks at least that is what I was told. I ended up paying them because my credit is important to me. But I'm 100% sure that I was taken advantage of! No mail no phone calls (phone number is still the same) no email. Nothing just a letter in the mail from a collections agency. I also was with att for 15 years with no payment problems. It's seemed like I was being punished for switching providers. If anyone reads this, please keep your final bills so you can have a confirmation number and name. read more

At&t is the worst place to shop for internet services. First, they charged me 20 more dollars a month for no reason, so I went into the store to see what was up with that. Store associates don't do anything, they just tell you to call support. Second, I'm suppose to get 12mbps and only get 2. Third, I have been trying for a couple of days to cancel but the dsl support is never open when I call. There is no good thing that happened with At&t. I wish I could give them a zero out of 5 stars, because that's what they deserve. Please don't shop at At&t for anything. Even if you want a cell phone just shop Sprint, its cheaper and its unlimited. read more

i wanted to lower ny $40 dsl only bill so i called them. she talked me into signing up for phone (which i told her i dont need) and internet PROMISING me that there would be no interruption in service. i have had no internet service for 20 hours thanks to ATT so they can change over this service. LIVID doesnt express how i feel after being on the phone with them for approx 6 hours - most on hold. i must be in haiti or worst. att - get with the 21 st century and take care of your customers in an honest way read more

I broke my iPhone screen after being sold a screen protector that was supposed to protect my screen. The person who sold it to us told us there was some kind of lifetime guarantee with the screen protector and that the screen itself had a guarantee as well. That sounded like a deal, so we made that investment. Along with the screen protector, we got a case that doesn't flap over the screen protector. Now we know that's what you must have for the most protection, but our salesman failed to mention that. The man also said we can sign up for the guarantee after breaking the protector for the first time. Today, we visited to talk about replacing my screen, which broke despite having the protector on. The sales person we chatted to began looking really confused and told us that the guarantee was only for the screen protector, not the screen itself. It feels like we were ripped off. The screen broke despite the protector so I don't know why we were even sold it in the first place. We were also sold a car charger that was useful for about a month before it broke. Be careful of the up-sell. read more
