We've been here twice and had a wonderful experience both times. The first time was to upgrade our phones and the second time was to get help with minor issues with software and bluetooth. I'm an Android guy and have all Galaxy, she's all Apple. They were quick to fix our issues with both phones and were great to deal with. We moved here from Santa Barbara and the AT&T store always had a long wait to get a technician to help us. It was refreshing to get help the moment we walked in the door. read more

This afternoon I walked into this AT&T retail space for customer service. I was buying a phone from a friend and I wanted to make sure the brand new sealed unlocked device worked with my AT&T SIM card. When I walked in I asked both girls politely if I could use the space and their help. They agreed but we're not helpful and ended up very rude. There were only 2 girls working and this was August 31 2022, at 5:40pm. I was testing my new phone with one SIM card, calling and texting my second phone. A little problem occurred where my phone number wasn't matching. I kindly asked one of the girls if she could take a look. She walked over to help out and I handed her my phone. She started walking away with my phone when I asked, "could you please be careful while handling my phone, it is brand new and doesn't have a case." Keep in mind the phone is a $1,200 Samsung Ultra 22. She replied extremely rude and with a major attitude, "we handle phones all day..." as she handed the phone to her co-worker. The co-worker who was sitting down the whole time, quickly walked over to the table I was at. It seemed she didn't appreciate me asking them to handle my phone with kindness and care. She then shockingly threw my phone down at the table on purpose. This employee was frustrated, lost her control and wanted to cause damage to my phone purposely. They then directed many different insults our way. They verbally attacked us as customers for no reason. Saying to "call corporate because we don't deserve help." "It's a corporate problem, it's not our problem." They kept yelling and verbally attacking us as customers. We had to wrap up our personal belongings, because we felt extremely uncomfortable and couldn't take their actions and threats anymore. This all came out of no where, and was extremely shocking. As we were wrapping up our personal belongings and leaving the store, these two girls continued to threaten us, saying they were going to call the police. I personally come from a family of law, and this was extremely shocking. It's usually those who feel guilty that threaten. These two should not be working with such a wonderful company that offers such great service! It's a true shame and embarrassment for AT&T and the professional world. I not only felt the need to leave a review with this location. If I could leave a review with negative stars, I would. This will also be reported to AT&T corporate and a complaint will be filed with the store number and employees as well. I would love for AT&T corporate to take a look at the security cameras to see these girls action. No one should ever be treated like this ever. Not in any setting. Especially in a professional setting. How could someone act so unprofessional and threaten others on the job. If you need to stop by AT&T, this store number should be the last place you consider shopping with. An absolute disgrace. read more

Went to this store with my mother to get two Iphone 13 Pro Max on 11/26. One of the reps noticed there was a past due amount, we informed the rep that "past due" amount was paid on that day it just may not have went into their system yet. So this rep gets their manager and that manager basically announces to a store full of people that we have a "past due balance." We again tried to explain it was paid that day and if there was anyway to override that he said nope you have to pay this before you purchase these phones. We said nope and walked out. Rather than announce to the whole store we have a "past due balance" he could've have stated unfortunately the payment has to clear on our end. Well checked today and the balance on the account is $0. I will be getting my phones today and not at this location in Rosemont. Refuse to give them any of our money. read more

I never actually went into this store because I was so turned off, and I will not give them my business at this location. I called to see about switching over service. I wanted to, but I had a few questions. Instead of the person over the phone answering the questions for me or even inviting me in to the store. He said "I'm busy, don't have time." Wow, avoid these liars and cheats like the plaque. When I had an question and an issue with this retailer, Amir, the Store Manager, hid in the back room for about an hour, "in a meeting". And then, when Amir had been told I was waiting to speak with him, another employee told me Amir had gone to lunch (at 10:30 am!). And when I finally called the police, magically and immediately, Amir returned from lunch. I guess I can understand how SpringMobile could be Interested in making a buck off such a disreputable operation, but I don't understand why AT&T would continue with this place as an authorized retailer. Don't go to this store. What they promise and what is actually what your bill will come to are two different things. I've called twice now every month my bill has come and my bills been different every time. Miguel reduced my data plan to compensate for getting the new phone but when the bill came it didn't reflect any discount. Also beware that they add on phone insurance and protection at a cost of 12.00 a month and like I said I've called twice to have it removed. When I tried calling the store he said he'd call me back and never did when I called he had other people answer the phone and say he was busy. They signed me up for U-verse, promised a $200 gift card and other discounts and had no authority to do this. They are never around to handle inquiries and never return calls. I went into the store 2 weeks ago on a Saturday morning to get my phone activated. The girl working there did a poor job explaining things and had a negative attitude. It was clear that she didn't want to help and was just there to collect a paycheck. I didn't catch her name but she was in her 20's and Hispanic. If i was her manager, I'd fire her immediately. Also, my wife and brother both independently have had bad experiences with this store. My brother intentionally drives further out to the Golf Mill store to avoid this one. Walked in to get my new phone plan set up with my girlfriend - expected to be hit with charges left and right! Needless to say it was the complete opposite!! Patricia was a huge help in explaining all of the options and helping us choose a plan and factoring ALL promotions! STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. BEWARE. After going to the Niles, IL dealer location and them not having the phone I wanted I decided to find another location that had the phone. So I called this store and spoke to Susan. She told me they had the phone I wanted. So I drove over there and walked in this store, and let me say I saw three employees in their and not one customer. Anyways, Susan went in back to get the type of phone I wanted, it took her about a minute to go into the back then Susan began to ring me up. I informed her that I just wanted to upgrade my phone and keep my two-year contract. Well, this is where it all went down hill. Susan began to tell me that this store was just a retailer and they were not a dealer store and therefore, could not do the two year contract and that I would have to go to an ATT dealer store. I thought to myself WHAT? I told her, this doesn't sound right. So, I left the store a bit upset and called AT&T myself and explained to them what just happened. The AT& T rep said they never heard of this. The AT&T rep said they should have no problem giving me the 2yr contract and even asked me to go back into the store while they were on the line. So I did. A not so friendly lady asked me how she could help me and I asked to speak to the manager. She said she was. Her name was Vivian. So I informed her I had an AT&T rep on the phone and if she would like to speak with her. Vivan stated (with an attitude) I can not speak to them on your phone. I said would you like me put them on speaker or have them call you? She again replied with an attitude. She then told me there systems were down and she has to call someone else to activate my account. She asked me for my phone number to look up my account. She told me to lower my voice and I told her this is how I talked. She again told me to lower my voice. I again, told her this is how I talk. The other two employees at this time grab there phones and started texting, who knows? At this point I started to feel like I should walk out of the store. Meanwhile the AT&T guy was listening to everything that was being said. Vivian went into the back to get the phone but this time she was back there for about 5 minutes. I thought to myself what is she doing back there? Why is it taking her so long to get the same phone Susan got earlier? Again no one was in this store. When she came back out her attitude at this point was just rude. I felt so uncomfortable that I told her forget it and walked out. The At&T rep who was still on the line said he couldn't believe what just happened to me. I even went home and right away changed my passwords that how uncomfortable I felt with this Rosemont store. He informed me that this store has many complaints and that I should file one as well so, I did. I have since found another AT&T store that I had purchased my new phone at and told them my experience at this location (Rosemont) they agreed with me that Rosemont location has horrible customer service. Unfortunately because of the Note 7 recall I have been spending a lot of time at the store but they have been great helping me throughout the entire process.
