Well, that won't happen here at least it hasn't to me yet. From the moment I walked in and was signing in to their kiosk a nice representative called out to me from the other side of the store to tell me not to bother signing up that she was coming over to help me right now. That was a surprise and a pleasant one at that. She was as friendly as can be even though she wasn't 100% sure of how to fix the problem I was having with my account but she at least took the issue and owned it until she was finally able to get assistance from her helpline. The problem I was having had to do with a Sim card apparently and I needed to get another one to replace it. She could've charged me the five dollar fee for that replacement but she didn't and just for five dollar unexpected savings,I was even more grateful. I know no one wants to have to go into a cell phone store for any reason really but if you do have to you should be able to feel confident that they do have employees that are cheerful and ready to help you and won't try to pass you off to some anonymous person on the phone from another country that barely understands the language.

Back in June, I went into this store to ask about getting a promotion on a Galaxy Watch 6 Classic. I asked the person that was helping me several times how much my bill would increase by and he said 4 dollars a month every time. I later realized that it was not just 4 dollars and they had added a plan for the watch without discussing it with me. The only reason that I did go back and argue was because I had researched this promotion myself before going into the store and knew that it should have required a new plan to get the 4 dollar a month price on the new watch. I am writing this for future customers so that they can realize that they need to do their own research before going to this store. They will leave out information to get a sale

We had previously gone to another cellular store within that same strip. I must say you can completely tell the difference between Sprint's customer service and the customer service at its other competitors. Upon arriving there was a line, and there were only three sales representatives with one of them including the manager. We waited for about 30 minutes to finally be attended, we were not greeted whatsoever upon arriving, just glanced at and disregarded. After finally being attended, the individual who stated he was the manager, helped us but upon asking if the phone could be unlocked he quickly dismissed us. He even stated we had to give him a good review for his service. For which, he did not provide good service whatsoever. In addition, upon exiting the store, he had given us the receipt for someone else. Major confidentiality violation. The receipt had information of another member, number, and etc. Will not be returning here whatsoever. Horrible customer service, they need to improve their customer service skills or they will not retain customers.

However after I left the store I realized that there was a white spot on the screen but didn't bother me much but after a couple of weeks I took the phone back there to see what was the cause he actually changed the screen and replaced with another new one but we figured out it was the body of the phone that was causing the white spot on the screen.
