He told me that he couldn't tell me how much was owed on my bill, but that have in the past. Best of all, when I paid $159 for one phone line and a watch, he asked me "do you want a receipt or no"? I said yes, obviously. The receipt reflected a different phone number & name. The name on the receipt I believe was rep that works for Verizon, with a phone number that wasn't even close to mine. As I was walking out reading my receipt, I released the "mistake" , the Verizon rep was prepared but hoping I wouldn't have noticed as when I turned around to confront him, he was not surprised at all of this "error". This place, company and employees for Verizon are some of the worst I've ever experience through the years. And now to stoop this low.... T-mobile or At&t her I come.. Finally, the $20 discount since there system shut down for a day is a sham, has never been credited to my bill and probably will not. We had previously gone to another cellular store within that same strip. I must say you can completely tell the difference between Sprint's customer service and the customer service at its other competitors. Upon arriving there was a line, and there were only three sales representatives with one of them including the manager. We waited for about 30 minutes to finally be attended, we were not greeted whatsoever upon arriving, just glanced at and disregarded. After finally being attended, the individual who stated he was the manager, helped us but upon asking if the phone could be unlocked he quickly dismissed us. He even stated we had to give him a good review for his service. For which, he did not provide good service whatsoever. In addition, upon exiting the store, he had given us the receipt for someone else. Major confidentiality violation. The receipt had information of another member, number, and etc. Will not be returning here whatsoever. Horrible customer service, they need to improve their customer service skills or they will not retain customers.

It'll adjust on your first bill. Called customer service told them what happened and nothing could arise from a fix. We are stuck with the bill unless we go in and hopefully they still have our phones to do a return. Which they can lie and say it's gone regardless. Very predatory practices. Whatever they comment under my review understand i already talked to customer service instead of going to the store and the store has bad communication and horrid leadership to allow this to happen while in earshot of the whole conversation.
