Its interesting how Sprint is located on the same strip where you will find Verizon, and AT&T. We arrived here with the mission to pay off our current phone and switch plans. We had previously gone to another cellular store within that same strip. I must say you can completely tell the difference between Sprint's customer service and the customer service at its other competitors. Upon arriving there was a line, and there were only three sales representatives with one of them including the manager. We waited for about 30 minutes to finally be attended, we were not greeted whatsoever upon arriving, just glanced at and disregarded. After finally being attended, the individual who stated he was the manager, helped us but upon asking if the phone could be unlocked he quickly dismissed us. He even stated we had to give him a good review for his service. For which, he did not provide good service whatsoever. In addition, upon exiting the store, he had given us the receipt for someone else. Major confidentiality violation. The receipt had information of another member, number, and etc. Will not be returning here whatsoever. Horrible customer service, they need to improve their customer service skills or they will not retain customers. read more

Went with my sister since she has a Sprint account. So glad I have a different carrier. This place sucked. They were short handed. The guy that was left alone to work was not capable of much. Not trained or maybe didn't have the authorization? Not sure which. read more

How can I mark this with negative stars? No matter what is going in your life...DON'T EVER GO HERE! Even the Sprint customer service representative said 'whatever you do PLEASE don't go back there!' The regional manager (that's what she calls herself) is useless, arrogant and has ethical issues. read more

I've had issues with other stores, but this one is super chill. The other store down the street is a total zoo, and I always feel like Im getting shuffled along. At this store, they took their time, answered all my questions, and helped me set everything up. They even went over my bill with me, and we found a way cheaper plan. read more

Sprint Store - Mobile Phones Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

I was so angry at Sprint. I understand that they have dirt cheap prices but there is no excuse for selling a useless phone that spontaneously stops transmitting text messages and then gets stuck in a startup loop at no fault of your own. The sprint operators informed me the phone could be checked for structural damage and replaced free of charge, however this business did not agree and said I would have to pay $75 for the world's oldest phone repair no matter the blame. Needless to say, I have switched to a company that costs more but at least respects years of continued business. Now I have a smartphone for $25 more and life is good. read more

I came into the store angry with AT&T for overcharging me and one of the sales reps ( I can't remember his name, short and has blonde hair) helped me out so much. He was nice and excellent at explaining things I didn't understand. Not only that he was able to get my daughter into a free phone it saved me so much money and I've never been happier. 10/10 definitely would recommend. read more

I have never been treated as poorly as a customer than by their store manager (short guy, black hair and glasses). I went in to get my phone unlocked. I had switched carriers and was gifting the phone (purchased from Apple) to my parents in Florida. The store associate was very pleasant (tall blonde guy) and when I explained what I needed he deferred me to the manager. The manager instantly said he was unable to do it. I had previously called sprint and verified that any location could unlock a phone. He instead told me that my parents needed to switch plans to use my phone- which is bull. He explained that the type of phone I had iPhone 5s was unable to switch carriers and tried to sell me on another more expensive phone. I had previously switched carriers on the same phone. I ended up leaving in order to keep my composure. Bottom line this guy acted like an angry teenager and toward the end of the conversation was giving me only one word answers. Not helpful and blatently lied to me about what they were able to do in order to make a sale. I called sprint customer service and the gentlemen confirmed everything I said and was super helpful. I'm a long time Sprint customer who usually has rave reviews for Sprint. Went to this store today to request a repair on my back-up phone. I had my own parts, just didn't have technical background to repair it myself. By the way, I purchased these specific repair parts per instructions from the previous manager of this particular Sprint store a few months ago. The guy who tried to assist me a couple of months ago is no longer there and was apparently replaced by a jerk manager with absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. The workers tried to help me, but the manager absolutely refused to change the parts even though I didn't expect them to guarantee the repair. He went on and on about how it would violate their contracts and he can't do anything for me. I know I was upset, but he was downright rude, hostile and intimidating. He didn't offer another solution for me, nor did he recommend that I try a different store. He said I couldn't even get the number of a tech at the store because he would terminate the employee if he found out they were serving customers, as a courtesy, after hours. I called customer service and found out that THIS IS A THIRD PARTY SPRINT REPAIR STORE - NOT AN ACTUAL SPRINT CORPORATE STORE. Customer service referred me to another Sprint store where I received my usual great service from Sprint and had my phone repaired (with my own parts) free of charge. Stay away from the Sprint located on 1604 between 281 and Stone Oak Parkway. The manager is an absolute jerk! read more
