Nicholas was wonderful helped my mom and I transfer data on two phones, helped me understand the 55 + plan, added a line with a new number and I upgraded my phone. I thought the upgrade fee was high charged me $95 plus whatever the next bill will be for start up fees etc but I understand. My priority is making sure my mom has a phone that works. I came in and Luis immediately took me. No waiting time. He looked up my account and got me a new phone. Set everything up, and I got a rebate on my old phone. Luis greeted the next ladies who came in and helped them while mine was setting up. Best service I have ever had in any at&t store. Thank you Luis! I found both employees to be rude, unhelpful and deceptive while purchasing a new iPhone. Worst cell-phone buying experience in 25 years.

The person who was there 22 of March around 5:30, was either other clients. He looked up, asked if I had question and told me it would be a bit. No problem. While helping those two, a young male was hanging around him (employee) whole time. When the two customers were getting ready to leave they asked if the person hanging around was a work buddy. He replied, "Nah, he is my street buddy." Then he asked what I needed, I explained I wanted to get a new line but want to port my tn to extra line on my service. He said "we don't handle land lines". I know that, but his attitude and smirk was enough for me to leave. I'll head to Santa Rosa anytime. Never going here again. read more

I don't know about you but normally I hate going into an AT&T retail store. That is until I happened to chose the Sebastopol AT&T Retail Store (right next to Starbucks on 116 as you are getting into town) simply due to it's geographic proximity to where I am staying. I needed to purchase a new iPad and get it connected to our business account. The guys were super friendly, upbeat, knowledgeable and efficient. Long story short, I made 2 trips to this store (not because of anything they did) needing to purchase an iPad from them. The process took a while due to extenuating circumstances but they never acted like I was taking up their time. They educated me on how to save money on our account. And I was able to purchase a new screen cover for my Samsung phone and Joseph put it on in no time flat. (Other stores have taken up to 25 mins putting them on.) Every employee I interacted with was top notch at this store. And the District Manager came in during the visit and he was awesome as well. None of the employees at the store changed their demeanor when he came in which says a lot about all of them. This store has a good inventory as well which is more than I can say for other stores. You won't be waiting too long for assistance either. I walked out 100% satisfied. I will drive out to Sebastopol every time I need to go to the Retail Store. I am done dealing with the other stores in SoCo. Hands down the best employees at this store! Thank you Joseph, Manny, Victor and District-Manager-who's-name I forgot. Well after 18 days and 1 hour on the phone I've been told this is NOT AT&T's policy. He was suppose to give me my money back at the store and no check will be coming. Guess he needed lunch money. Wow! This is the worst company and the worst store I have ever encountered! For one, ATT does not work in Sonoma county! It doesn't even work in the ATT store! One bar of their own service in their store. And if the service doesn't work at your house they will still hold you in the contract even though they tell you they won't. Then, they lie left and right and tell you they are giving you a free phone with their buy one get one program but then they held us responsible for paying for the supposedly free phone. An extra $900 more than we ever agreed to pay. Then when we paid off both phones at an unexpected $2100, they refused to unlock the phone! And they just bounced us around and say there is nothing they can do. read more

I walked in to the retail location and notice 3 guys working granted one of them was 4 days new. And one of the other guys was assisting a member. I totally understand waiting my turn I have no problem with that. But I was asked why I came in and let them know I'm trying to close my line since I opened another line on a family plan. The guy told me to have a seat and walked away. After 25 minutes of waiting I decided I couldn't wait any longer since my break for work was almost up. I went back to work to try again the next day. Well today I went in to try again and I was told immediately that they would have to call a phone number but then said I could call on my own. When I asked why I wasn't given that portion the day before he had no response and didn't seem to care he had wasted time out of two of my days. Who knew they would make it almost impossible to cancel a line. Sad I'm still on an AT&T plan. Just wish people had respect for those of us trying to get stuff done but end up on a wild goose chase. AT&T is easily comparable to the indecency of the government. read more

I can sincerely not begin to describe how helpful Mike Allen was when I went into the store last Friday with my Mom. The story is too painful to describe but Mike made it so much better. After 5 conversations and being jerked around a lot by AT&T Central, Mike was so patient and cleared everything up. In fact, he went to extraordinary lengths to make sure that my Mom was satisfied.
