But after years of steadily declining service, I finally decided enough was enough. I'd heard great things about T-Mobile's coverage from friends and family, so I decided to give it a shot. That's when I met Destiny Burns at the T-Mobile store--and let me tell you, she was absolutely amazing! Super helpful, incredibly knowledgeable, and patient as she walked me through everything I needed to know. We did run into some hiccups while trying to port over my number--thanks to some frustrating issues on Verizon's end--but Destiny went above and beyond to get it resolved. She spent over two hours with me, even calling Verizon herself and figuring out that one of their reps hadn't completed the process like they said they did. If not for Destiny's persistence and professionalism, I might have walked out still stuck in the Verizon mess. Now that everything's up and running, I couldn't be happier. The coverage is phenomenal--I actually have service at my house now, which I never had with Verizon! Huge shoutout to Destiny and the T-Mobile team.
