I'd give this place a zero if possible. My entire family cancelled their business with this company and will never do business with these scammers again. I was charged $800 for a 45 bill because they put in the wrong information on my account, took my money then deleted my information from their system to cover it up. My mom kept getting outstanding overage charges when she has unlimited and lied to her about being in a contract when she's only month to month. While trying to cancel her service Verizon charged her $10 to talk to a human on the phone instead of a computer 3 separate times and dropped the call charging her a little over $30 for literally nothing. I've been going to this site for years. The service is hit or miss. I have a corporate account and the use of a phone is a necessary evil so I make sure to update my phone every 3 years. I went here 3 times before I reached someone that acted like they gave a damn about my need to purchase a new phone and they actually had some knowledge about the products they were selling. He was friendly and actually communicated very well. For many of us, purchasing a new phone is stressful and my retail sales rep. this time was able to handle my stress. Each time I like to try a new type of phone so this time I purchased the iPhone X. The process was long, expensive and draining. I was sold things I did not need and in my stressful state I thought I was getting a deal...I was not. Thankfully, I stopped my purchase of $180.00 ear buds! I thought my phone required these wireless earbuds due to the type of phone I was buying. Holy crap, who has the money for $180 ear buds? I was also told I had to buy the $13.00 monthly warranty coverage. I was so exhausted I kept the coverage but have written myself a note to cancel it as soon as possible. Upside, I've had the new iPhone X for one week and I absolutely love it! To clarify, this review is for the the store, not the Verizon Wireless Service. Every time I walk into this store, my mind immediately bristles in anticipation of stressful service. To begin with, this place is busy on weekends, and if you don't want to be standing around waiting, then I'd advise making time on a weekday to go. My last few visits have been less than helpful. The sales reps have shallow knowledge of the technical abilities of several phones. Sure, they'll tell you all the cool stuff it can do, but best research it yourself first. Second, they constantly try to sell you overpriced accessories. For example, a certain iPhone battery pack priced at $50 on Amazon was $80 in their store. What a joke. I sat there and scanned accessories just to see how much they were marked up by Verizon. Don't buy accessories there and don't let them push them in your face. My last appointment was a rather complicated plan change, so I decided to do it in person. Big mistake. Rampant computer problems, accessory and crapselling, and general inattention led to a near 2-hour appointment. That being said, I like their system of taking customers. I just wish there was a way to tell sales reps off the bat that you don't want their tiresome accessory pitch, just get done what needs to get done. read more

I hate going here. its the closest store and I have a corporate account. all they do is try to sell you things. They have never been able to fix anything we have brought in and their technical knowledge in general is severely lacking. They are also fond of telling you that they don't make the phones or software as if that absolves them of any duty to help the customer who just bought the phone and software from THEM! Ridiculous that they use a TV screen queue system even when they don't need to. Last time I went there we went about 20 minutes after they opened. No other customers there. 6 employees that we could see. The gal at the front put my name on the screen and then we waited 14 minutes for someone to help us. I asked "nobody clocked in yet?" I always walk away from any visit tense and disappointed. I just hate the way they do business. read more

There is so much to review for a wireless provider. I was only in there briefly to check on insurance for my husband phone but I had a pleasant experience. This location is spacious but it was not too busy which surprised me because I went in on a weekday evening after work. The woman who was greeting and checking people in was actually able to help me. But I noticed that there was only one person in front of us waiting. It was a little frustrating to learn that the insurance claims are handled through another company and Verizon will not do it for you in the store. However, I understand. read more

I have gone to this store many times over the years for new phones and it is usually a fine experience. This time I had a female sales associate push multiple products on me that I said no to but I just "had to have to protect the phone". Upon declining the 13.00 insurance she got the manager and he came over to be pushy about it. Everything they said seemed like a way to scare me into buying more. I am not one to say ill never go to a certain store again but that was the worst customer servic ive ever had. If I could give a 0 star I would. I never leave comments, but this well deserved. I walked in a couple months ago looking for new phones for my dad, brother and I. We were help by Tyler. Everything seemed super cool, and was going well. Tyler really seemed to know what he was doing. We then asked about smart watches. Tyler told us how there was a promotion going on "buy 2 of the same watches and get $250 off." So the 3 of us added watches. After hours of being there a couple things seemed a little illegitimate but we still said ok and walked out thinking it'll be resolved. Then we were just waiting to receive our new phones and watches. After hearing about the deals we "got", we had a fourth that wanted to get a phone and watch as well. So we go back in to get the other phone, and watch. Spent a couple more hours, and then left. We received our phones and had a quick change up, but it was fixed. When we went in for the the phone turn in Tyler was not there. We ended up getting another gentleman, but he had no idea what Tyler did on my account. My brothers phone was cracked on the back, but Tyler said we would still get the full $800 for it, because of the new customer appreciation. Well the other gentleman came out, and told us we would get $23 for the phone unless we got it fixed and came back. Of course we were irritated with that, and said Tyler needs to figure this out then. The guy got a attitude at first then went to the back. He came back with everything "figured out". Long story short Tyler seemed to mess everything up on our account. We we missing promotions along with stuff added to our account that we didn't add. The watch promotion was not active, so that was a huge problem because that was $500. We had enough, and went in to talk to a manager. She COULDN'T even find the promotion at first! Then when she found the promotion she said it couldn't be added, because the watches weren't bought at the same time. Even though Tyler promised us we only had to buy all the watches within a month to receive the promotion. Well after getting even more and more upset she finally said she can, as a manager, fix it and give us the promotion. She even gave me her phone number to directly contact her with any issues, because of how many issues we had with our account along with 10+ hours in store. I could have worked a whole day shift there! But it wasn't done from there. I had to text the manager to get a few more things resolved. Needless to say all the employees are complete scam artist. They will tell you whatever you want to hear so they can make there commission or something. Then you're gonna have a world of problems after you leave. They will also tell you to buy Invisible Shield screen protectors, and you can get them replaced at CPR Phone Repair for free, because they have a contract. Well that's lies too. You have to pay half the price of the screen protector to get it replaced. This is a long review but it's hopefully helpful to someone out there. It's a horrible store, and I definitely would not recommend new customers to get a new phone or plan there. Unless this is how all Verizon stores are. Horrible experience!!! I will never go back... you would think for people working on commission they would be friendly... think again! I expect when I spend $600 on a new phone I will leave the store with the thing actually working. The only way it would work is if I paid an extra $10 for them to do it for me... and that's after I already paid the $20 activation fee. I can only hope and pray that by he time I need another new phone - AT&T and Sprint... or anyone else will have better service in my area!! I've been with Verizon since 2000... Like Kelly S., I have been a custimer at this particular store for years. In mid-July 2018, I purchased an S9 phone. I was shuffled through the sales process without any instructions whatsoever. In fact, I was asked to download the Tech Coach app and transfer all the information between the old and new phones myself. I was informed that the store had gotten rid of their transfer equipment. Needless to say, I was upset at the lack of service and the assumption that this was an easy tack that ANYONE can do. I went home and began a three day stressed fill endeaver to transfer the information from one phone to another. Shame on Verizon and its sales people for assuming the EVERYONE is on the same playing field with technology. If it weren't for the two VERY patient, friendly and understanding tech support individuals, I would have had to return the S9. Thank you John and Gabriella. I know the tech world is ever evolving, but to think the average customer can just download this, upload that and everything will come up roses is WRONG! In order for an individual to process information, one has to have some prior knowledge stored in their brain. Case in point: I had to return the old phone but had to remove the SIM card first. WHAT? I called tech support again and was told to get a VERY SMALL PAPER CLIP to fit in the hole at the edge of the phone in order to reject the SIM card. Another assumption. I was furious! And frantically looking for a VERY SMALL PAPER CLIP! I will never go back to this Verison store. I have made a formal complaint with corporate but know it will do nothing. Once you hand over the money its adios amigos and good luck. Everyone has apologized but so what! Pay for my S9 and I might be OK!! read more

I found the wait time reasonable and the service great. Leana upgraded me to the iPhone 11 and set up my new phone and paired it with my apple watch. She also added a cell connection to my apple watch. I had lots of questions and Lena and the store manager patiently helped me with. The store manager resolved an ongoing billing issue for me. Stay away from this place! I was eligible for a free upgrade. Went into the store to inquire about the free phone. I liked what I saw so I got it. The bill came and as it turns out the phone was NOT free. There are monthly equipment charges on my bill that I did not agree to. I could of bought the phone on Amazon for $300 new. The phone I got from Verizon was refurbished and when my contract ends I will be charged more than $600. When my contract is up I will disconnect my services and NEVER RETURN!!!!!!!!! read more

Please avoid this location at all costs. I went in to switch my family from AT&T to Verizon. There was trouble porting one of my lines over. So I suggested to the salesman that if he wanted to work on it and call me back the following morning. It was very late and I didn't want to make him stay. So the next day came and went and I never got a callback. So I had to call multiple times to reach him. Finally when I got a callback I was told I possibly couldn't port my number and that it had been escalated. Again I was assured I would get a callback the next day. That never happened. So I waited until the following day and tried to call again. Never got a hold of him. So I called the store and asked to have him call me. When that didn't happen I called and asked to speak to a manager. I was told the manager was busy and would call me back that night or early the next morning. Again no callback. So I tried calling only to find out the salesperson had blocked my number from being able to call. Just absolutely horrible service. Sure they're nice enough to your face. But that's where it ends. Anyways 1 month on and I'm still dealing with issues from this. Just a nightmare. read more

This place is awful! They have the rudest customer service reps and even the manager could care less about a customer's experience. I was in there for over an hour and the "boys" that were there to help me were disrespectful and used profanity on the selling floor. Specifically, Habib and Brad are the two worst workers there. I call them boys because they were not men, men do not make a woman feel belittled and insult her for asking how to use a device. I filed formal complaints all the way up to the regional department - stay away from this location!! My front camera was not working on my S7 Samsung went into the store waited about 20 minutes a lady named Yaya took my phone and started pressing a bunch of buttons I said wait a minute tell me what you're doing cuz the last time I came in here the lady messed up my phone and put things on there I didn't want. she said I just do this I don't explain it to people if you want it fixed that's what I'm going to do and I said please can you tell me what you're doing and she said if you want me to fix it I'll fix it if you don't then take it somewhere else so I stood there not saying anything she looked at me and said what are you doing shutting down on me now? when she finally handed me the phone back all my voice messages were erased. The only thing I got out of this was a loss of my voice messages and she wanted me to pay more monthly for a different upgraded monthly warranty plan her name was Yaya what a horrible human being she should not work with customers. read more
