I came in today (Thursday) at around 10:10 a.m. There were two employees working, and both of them seemed unhappy and acted like they didn't want to help anyone. I asked a simple question about my second phone, and they made me feel like I was bothering them. They were unfriendly, impatient, and didn't seem interested in helping at all. This was by far the worst customer service I've ever received at this location. No customer deserves to be treated that way. The young woman told me I had to make two payments on it before I could pay it off. That should have been my clue to leave. Sadly I didn't. She does the paperwork & I get the phone. That's when the horribly long wait started while she tried a bunch of things to move my info from the old phone to the new one. She 'worked' on it for about 2 hours and never made it happen... There were two additional employees present - a manager, and another staff person. The three of them were having a lot of personal conversation. I don't think that any of them were over the age of 22. (I'm being generous.) The only reason I bring up that is because the manager was clueless that part of the conversations was standard HR violation...that 1) NEVER SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED 2) NEVER BEEN SAID IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS! She asked one of the guys to take over because she had to go buy some medication. She was having a female monthly problem. (She wasn't that delicate.) In the meantime while I had been waiting...forever...I started having a medical issue & had to go. I told her numerous times to stop, that I had to leave. She was either ignoring me or just plain oblivious. (I'm guessing she was oblivious.) Finally I got angry & raised my voice. That got the manager's attention. He came over and stopped her. They packed up my stuff and I left. I was on my way to the ER when I realized that I didn't have my phone, they hadn't put it in the bag!SOOO I had to go back and get it! The whole experience was pretty much a sh-t show. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ When I first started with T-Mobile that was the location I went to & I got great service. That continued for several years. However it has devolved down to this. I won't EVER go back there again. T-Mobile Corp needs to get on the ball. They need to hire managers who can do the job. The managers need to when staff members aren't actually doing their job & wasting customer's time. They need to make sure they provide good, appropriate customer environment. And for Pete's sake have HR train managers & staff about what is and isn't appropriate in the work place. That is, unless T-Mobile likes to be sued.

Jonathan then mentioned that I could try shipping it, in order to return it but that it would not be guaranteed a refund. It was unprofessional and bizarre. I was honestly expecting the typical telecom store experience where sales reps are pushy about adding services or making it difficult to return equipment. I have had that happen at other companies before. Instead, the experience was the complete opposite. The store was very clean, organized, and welcoming. The staff were friendly and professional. A gentleman who I believe was named Reese helped me. He was kind, efficient, and not pushy at all. He processed my return quickly and made the whole visit very easy. Overall, the entire experience from customer service on the phone to the retail store visit was excellent. I went into this expecting frustration and instead walked away very impressed. The screen was washed out and I can't even imagine how you thought it was passable. I understand the whole in and out, but don't skimp on repairs and actually try and do quality work even if it takes more time. I do phone repair and I can't even believe that Apple recommended this shop to everyone. I would recommend anyone who gets their phone repaired here to double check everything afterwards. Shady company who tries to get by with shortcuts.

If I could give this place a NEGATIVE 5 stars, I would. What kind of business tells you that you will be receiving a rebate after purchasing 2 new iphone 6's then when you call to find out the status of it, you are constantly given the run-a-round by the obviously lying sales person. My friend had called numerous times and had gotten nowhere. He even spoke to a manager who "acted" concerned and helpful and he never heard back from her either. Today, he went in person to the store and, SURPRISE, it was closed and being demolished inside with no notices or anything. Completely irresponsible, unprofessional, huge liars. I guess AT&T doesn't care at all about their reputation by having such an awful store with their sign out front. But now it seems it's gone. SO fucked up. They deserve to be gone and their lying employees unemployed. AT&T is AWFUL. read more

Worst home internet in the world. I pay for 1000 MBs And I receive anywhere from 50-275mbs. I have been with spectrum for over 20 years and I always had the Internet megabytes I pay for with AT&T you're getting low quality service at a high-quality price I already called them but due to coughing 19 there a long waiting lines to get to representative I will for sure be canceling my new account with them.
