Drove up from newberg..... same story... after the guy couldn't like Newberg but, he was attempting. He finally gave up..... drove off.... my brother on my veterans plan called headquarters....... go back... no problem? The guy apologizes..... here i am... he says oh 5 buck's for the new sim card? Whatever dude fix my fucking phone! Time goes on and on and on... keeps asking for basic information addresses social security numbers... calling my brother looking at my liscence.. multiple times..... realizing this simple task is taking 45 minute to an hour or more. My poor mother comes out of the car... he assures me.. lol.. so I play salesman back my day is ruined.. chat about his life small talk what phone do you have? What a horrible experience. I went there to get my mom on my plan and to get her a new phone. They said they would give me a certain phone for $7.99 a month and when I got my mom and brought her in there they said they made a mistake and couldn't sell it to me for that price. If they made a mistake they should Honor that. Then they must have pressed a wrong button on there computer and canceled my plan and didn't tell me. When I went home pissed off that they lied about the price of the phone, I found out my phone didn't work. Had to go back down there a argue with them for a hour just to get my service back on. Seems like the employees really don't care and don't know there job, keep saying I'm not sure. Looks likes there half Stoned all the time. I'm going too the store in wilsonville next time. Went to this store to upgrade two business phones. The salesman told us to have the phones mailed to our house and we could download information from the old phones to the new ones because he didn't have the phones we wanted in stock. We told him we wanted him to set up the new phones. Reluctantly he said he'd order two new phones and let us know when they came in. We never heard from him again and went to a different store for our new phones. read more

I purchased an iPhone SE on the prepaid plan on 8/18/18. The salesperson, Michael P., was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude. I suspect racism may also be at play here. I asked if I could unlock the phone and he said yes. When I attempted to unlock the phone, AT&T Customer Care said the plan needs to be on a prepaid plan for 6 months before unlocking. The salesperson lied. I went back to the store on 8/19/18 and the same salesperson was there. Again, he was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude. He said the activation fee was not refundable and there would be a restocking fee, which is contrary to what AT&T Customer Care said. I asked to speak to his manager, who was not there, and I asked the salesperson to call. He refused. I then called AT&T Customer Care to explain the situation and they called the store. AT&T Customer Care told us the salesperson finally emailed the manager and that he admitted fault. We were told to come back the next day. My wife went to the store today, 8/20/18, and the manager was out. This store had no decency to call us ahead of time and instead asked us to return tomorrow. Worst service ever. I'm not super educated around cell phones and what's hot and not, but I could sell a phone better than these employees. They don't know anything, it's glaringly obvious which phones they make the most commission on (they won't even show you anything else). This is why online sales are beating out in store sales. Anytime I have ever gone into the store for help I've always received nothing but the best! The employees always greet you the moment you enter the store and make sure that you are waited on in the order in which you came in. I've never had any difficulties with any employees and there, ever, and they always help me with any account changes or any issues that I needed to work out by changing a phone number or adding a new service. Overall great place to do business. Today I worked with Elisha and Colton They took amazing care of me and showed me every possible discount I was able to get, as well as bundling my television and my phone service. Daniel the assistant manager there is amazing! I went in there just to pay a bill and I ended up getting a new iPhone, an iPad, and DIRECTV and was able to save me money!! Worst experience ever! I went into this store wanting to get a new phone and have my AT&T / Direct TV plan assessed for savings and was told by a customer service agent that I did not know what I was talking about when it came to what plan I had and that if I was not going to listen to her she was going to help someone else and then walked away. She also lied about her manager was and told me if I wanted her name I could look at her badge and write it down off of that. This is the WORST customer service experience I've ever had in my life. Amazing experience!! I would recommend this place to anyone. I was acknowledged immediately when I came in. Even though I had to wait a little while they made sure I knew I wasn't forgotten. They even brought me a bottle of water! When they did finally help me they got me everything I needed in a timely matter. They even got me a great deal on a new tablet. Everyone was all super helpful and there was always at least a couple employees helping me. One even put a screen protector on while the other upgraded my phone. You have to be kidding me. This place is a JOKE!!!! Every time someone is good there they transfer them to another location. The employees did not know how to help me and were very rude. VERY VERY FRUSTRATING. I left and called AT&T on the "611" line and was helped immediately and they knew what they were doing. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME going to this store for help -- just call 611.
