Sprint offered us a free $200 phone or $200 off any phone in the store. We've been with Sprint for almost 20 years and all they can offer us is a cheap, no-name brand phone?? And to top it off, the free $200 phone was actually $216 so we would have to pay out of pocket!! Well, we've had enough with Sprint and the crappy service and not so great customer service, so we decided to switch to Verizon. We visited the Taylorsville location on 12/12/21. There was only one person working, wish I got his name, but he said he was the only employee willing to work - I thanked him for coming to work that day!! Even though this young man was the only employee in the store, he held his own!! He was able to hook us up with great phones and made the transition from Sprint to Verizon super easy!! Not only did we get a great deal on two new phones, but our bill with Verizon is $50 cheaper!! Thank you so much for coming into work and for the great customer service.
