This is the worst store we have ever visited. We found out it's not a corporate store so they zero interest in helping you unless they receive a commission. I would give them negative scores if I can. The store employees were rude and lack of knowledge. 1. Only one employee was actually working and helping 3 groups of customers when I walked in. The bigger guy who said his name was Michael was sitting on the chair the entire time without acknowledging any customers except 2 white guys. And they were just randomly chatting. 2. Inefficient operations. When I walked in, there's no one acknowledging anyone and I didn't know who would be helping me. The black employee Cash was the only one seems like he's working. 3. Cash helped me with my cellular plan for my watch but it wasn't working properly (later I found out there's errors that needed to be troubleshooting). But as he was working with multiple groups of customers, I was there left along without any help for about an hour. 3. The BIGGEST issue that I had was with the white guy with larger physique, who claims his name was Michael. After 1 hour of waiting without any help from store employees, I asked for help and he reluctantly came over to help me. I was texting my husband at the time and in our text messages my husband mentioned that the employee there seems new and a bit clueless. Michael saw the message and told me that I am rude. And told me literally "you came here on Black Friday (mind you Michael, it was the weekend after that in case you have limited knowledge on that), what do you expect?". This was absolutely unacceptable behavior. It wasn't my fault to come in to a store that opened. And if you as an employee decide to work that day, you should treat people with basic respect and courtesy. 4. At the end, he kicked me out of the store. And based on all the reviews here, it felt like this store is very DISCRIMINATORY towards non-white customers. 5. Also, I specifically refused the ATT internet service at the store. But STILL received their equipment without any notice. All in all, it was an extremely horrible experience there. Please don't come to this store since they don't seem like to work at all. read more

In-person confrontation Extremely aggressive and rude employee My experience at your store on October 21, 2025 at approximately 1-2 pm was very upsetting. My daughter and I came into the store because the customer service on phone told me to go to any ATT store for help. My daughter came in 1st and unbeknownst to me she already asked the question. I had a simple question/request about resetting the password on my account I have with my daughter. Suddenly, like a bomb hit me, the employee he said he is the manager, behind the room, became immediately confrontational. He cut me off and said I am rude, pushy, dismissive, spoke in a very aggressive and impatient tone. His behavior was completely unprofessional and made me feel disrespected and unwelcome. This is not the type of service I expect from your ATT company, and it made me leave the store feeling confused. Very disgusting!!! Probably the worst AT&T customer service I've been. Customer service representative didn't even bother standing or approaching us the moment we come in. He remains on the chair the whole time and there were no single customer in the store and there are 3 of them doing nothing. We asked for help regarding some roaming set up but we were sent to a different store instead, it feel like the rep doesn't even know what he's talking about nor want to help us. He suggested to dial 611 and I get it but we already called and they told us to come in to a store, which is why we come there to begin with. Do not sign up with AT&T! They will overcharge you at every opportunity and it is nearly impossible to find someone at AT&T to discuss these overcharges with. When you finally reach a customer service rep they will shuttle you around until you get tired and give up. Plan on spending an hour on the phone to get a $6 rebate or credit! Also AT&T is worthless overseas! If you use your phone while out of the country get ready for a very big bill when you return! Just a warning. read more

Waited 20 minutes to be helped by an employee that knew he had no supervisor. The first employee told me wrong information without knowing anything about my case. The employee I waited 20 minutes on knew I was there just to turn in my old phone from the previous day's transaction and was not motivated to help me because there was nothing in it for him. I was one of 2 customers in the store. AT&T needs to rethink their business model. I don't hold out any hope that this review will have any impact on AT&T but at least I can feel like I warned other customers. My dad and I came in to activate his phone we received through the mail. As we came in we were immediately greeted and set up, the rep (although busy) gave us great service and great attention. As a matter of fact, two other reps came by when our first rep had to step away, to make sure we were doing okay and the phone was still processing the information. We were very please with the level of service, knowledge and friendliness of the staff. We had come over from another store that was understaffed, did not acknowledge us when we enter the store or place on the the wait list. Others stated they had been waiting a while. So glad we changed stores. We will definitely return to this store again, if we have any issues or need assistance. read more

This review is for our recent experience with Cynthia, one of the store managers who engaged in unethical sales practices to shiest my elderly mother. I'm writing this review to warn others to stay away from this store so the same thing doesn't happen to you. My Mom went into this store, being an AT&T customer for more than 20 years. Her phone had broken and she needed a new one. Cynthia came along and offered her a $50 LG phone, saying she could return it if she needed to. My Mom bought the phone (which was a terrible phone that's been discontinued but that's besides the point). A few days later, she went back to ask for a refund, and was told there is a $55 re-stocking fee. So she would pay more just to turn in the phone. Cynthia never made her aware of this. My Mom asked why she was never told this, especially given that she would end up spending ANOTHER $55 on top of the $50 just to return the phone. The sales associate kept going to the back and talking to Cynthia, but Cynthia would not come to the front and talk with my Mom, even though she asked for her. Unethical cowardly business practices. This isn't the first time AT&T has left out important details just to make a sale. I'm working on transferring over all our lines to another provider. LaShawna was very helpful. I called in advance to have an iPhone be put on hold for me since I needed to purchase a phone ASAP and most AT&T stores were out of stock. When I arrived, Melissa helped me out but it was not organized at all. She applied my screen protector without the kit for whatever reason and there were a bunch of air bubbles that I had to ask her to fix multiple times. Not only that, but I wasn't asked whether to be on an installment plan or pay in full...I also found out I was charged for the $17 AT&T Protect Advantage, which she also failed to ask. Mixed bag with this place. On the plus side, the employees are fairly knowledgeable and you get clear answers to your questions. The problem is that they are incentivized to sell you as much as they can, and they are constantly pushing "deals" which really aren't a very good deal, or there are hidden details you don't know until after you sign up and get the bill. What is my advice to you? Research the phone you want in advance, show up there, buy it, and don't let them upsell you to anything! Also, be aware insurance isn't a thing you necessarily want. If you break or lose a lot of phones, by all means get it. If you are pretty good with keeping your device safe, then skip it. I don't ever get insurance and I've never once lost or broken a phone. Saved myself a lot of money! Of course they tried over and over to tell me why I needed insurance, until I finally told them I won't be getting it no matter what they say. Finally be aware a lot of this can also be ordered over the phone, which is especially better to do these days. You probably don't need to go into the store unless you really need help with something. I had a unique situation so I had to go in, but you probably don't. read more

Years ago, I marched in here with a flyer from a competitor and told them I wanted to close my account. Not only did the employee comp the rate, she gave me a car charger, case and screen protector for my iPhone and gave me my mom's phone for free. Customer service is always top notch here. Today I set it up so my mom is authorized to do things on my account when she gets her new phone (she lost another one; I don't live up here and it's difficult to make trips during the week). This is a corporate store; I refuse to do anything at authorized retailers. Service is fast and efficient... no long drawn out phone calls to At&t customer service because they do everything on the spot. Also, they don't charge for sim cards like non-corporate stores do. They don't sell a great selection of phones here, but it's easy to shop online and bring one in to activate. Overall, I like coming here to do business. At&t as a service provider does not have the best rates, clearest calls, etc, but I've been with 'em for over a decade. It's just comfort I guess. When my stepfather "bricked" his iPhone 6 Plus I bought him by leaving it out in the sun and on the hood of his car, not every AT&T rep was immediately helpful. But VATIMA was quick to assist me, guide me toward an inexpensive smartphone replacement, and work toward transferring the pertinent data. Very misleading sales person and he was the Manager of the store of all things! We set up a new phone there and he told us all new phones have to get the mobile insurance and after 7 days you can call into At&t and call them to cancel it. I thought that was suspicious and questioned him about it but he said it was an automatic thing that happens. After calling asurion to cancel the insurance confirmed that he was lying to us and failed to mention on top of $8.99 you pay a month there is $49 deductible every time you have to use their services. This store is a joke. This assistant manager named Jose put a screen protector on my s10+ and it didn't go on correctly, but he said it would be better in a day. Of course it never got better. So, I brought it back in and he said that he couldn't do it. He actually had his employees tell me that while he hid with the other manager Eric in the back room. I waited for 10 minutes and they never came out. I asked for his ID, but he didn't give it. I work for att as a technician and they know this but they still give me bad service.
