Great. Not only does Best Buy have an extraordinary amount of disdain for its customers, but they don't even want to talk to them directly any more. I get it. Customers are hard. They ask questions... ugh... what a hassle, right? When I finally got through the barrage of abrasively upbeat music which threw in a melody from a whistling chorus (because there's no way of saying "I hate my customers" more than bad, upbeat music with a whistling chorus), I got to Bernie. Bernie seemed nice if a bit beleaguered. He sounded defeated in the way that came from a long, drawn out existential crisis that he seemed be losing. Bernie apologized that he did not in fact have the capability to transfer anyone to any department to any Best Buy anywhere. I can understand why he sounded so defeated. When I asked him why he could not, poor, defeated Bernie simply hung up. It's nice to know that Best Buy's corporate policy of disdain and utter hatred for its customer is so much a part of their corporate ethos that it makes down to even the lowliest phone operator. Well done, Best Buy. You did it. I called to check on their selection that I was not able to find on their web site. I guess they demand that you, and me, mere plebeians, must actually drive to their stores. I wanted to ask about the price of an item and it's availability. I'll buy elsewhere. I'll go back when they actually answer their phones on site and show a modicum of respect to their customers.

However, if you been to other Targets stores around here, it is still by far one the largest, well stock and fastest around. Its one of the oldest too and needs some major renovations but I really appreciate the kind long time employees that work here. I really appreciate that they open at 7 AM and closes late. Drive up Pick up has been improving a lot. Just PLEASE upgrade your bathrooms or at least clean it more frequently. I try to hard not to use their restrooms and go to the mall since it is close by. Its a nightmare inside.

I heard a clicking sound & had to unplug/re-plug the TV a couple times to turn it on. I called Jim. He said, "Clicking sound? The TV is on its way out & I can't repair plasma any more cuz can't get parts." I asked him to come over to confirm the diagnosis & he did & he was right. And he also noticed a burning odor, not good. That was yesterday. So I figured I'd have to go buy a new TV & then get Jim back to install it. Until Jim offered to go get me a TV, bring it to the house, set it up, and I do nothing. And I'd have the new TV next day. Music to my ears. Jim & his son just left my house. They delivered my new Samsung flatscreen, installed it, set up the existing Tivo for me, hauled away my super-heavy old plasma. They were in & out in a flash. They were exactly on time, as always. No 2-hour windows or any crap like that. How's that for service? I'd say as many stars as in the sky but I can only give 5.

When we went to the store to report the issue, we were told to call the next day to talk to a manager. I called the manager 3 times before he returned my calls. He said they did not have a replacement dryer and it would take 2 weeks to order one. He offered to contact LG . LG referred us to a repair company MTG who sent a repair person who didn't have a replacement part even though we had sent MTG a photo of the broken part and description. After the repair person left. Two lint filters arrived from LG. I went to Howard's this morning 12/6/2025 and it is closed with a sign on the door that says CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
