If you have service with AT&T and need help with any issue, I would highly recommend visiting Crystal at this location. Her work ethic and tenacity helped us resolve a situation for a family member and successfully get him back online after losing his phone. What started as a seemingly simple problem turned out to be quite complicated. Crystal didn't give up. She kept working on it until she identified the issue and, more importantly, resolved it. But what really impressed us was that Crystal offered to "check in" later with our family member to make sure everything was set up properly and working as it should. That follow-up ultimately proved to be key to resolving the problem completely--something she absolutely did not have to do, but chose to do. Long story short, Crystal went WAY "above and beyond," and we are truly grateful for her help. A 5-star employee made this a 5-star experience overall! Thank you, Crystal!!! You'll need to be very clear with what you're asking for -- and even then, restate it and double-check what they enter. I'd recommend asking to see the screen before they charge your card. I went in to upgrade one watch and add another to take advantage of a promo. I mentioned this right at the start. After the order was placed, I noticed on the receipt that two new lines had been added instead of upgrading the existing one as requested. That mistake led to the hassle of canceling the order -- something they couldn't even do in-store. The associate didn't seem familiar with the promo until he looked it up himself, and overall didn't appear very motivated to complete the sale. Maybe that's because it was a ship-to-home order, but either way, it left a poor impression. Important note: this is an authorized retailer, not a corporate AT&T store. There are only two company-owned stores left in Tucson. You can find them using AT&T's store locator (top right of the website or in the menu) -- just make sure to filter for "Company Owned Stores." Worst WORST customer service! Not only did the employee treat me and my daughter with full disrespect but hid when I asked him for his supervisors name. Then told me he would not tell me his supervisors last name. He asked me to leave then threatened to call the police (even though I work with the police dept retirees). We came in to get two new phones too (taking service from Verizon)!! We were excited and his lack of professionalism and lack of knowledge was embarrassing at most! Never go here if you want to be treated like a new customer! Brunette in his late 30's. He's a punk and should be fired asap. Horrible customer service by Kevin and Mas (?). I waited for over 15mins and when I approached "Mas" to ask how much longer I was completely ignored. Then Kevin came out of the break room without introducing himself and I felt like I had disrupted his nap. He had no name tag and looked disheveled and immediately sent off a negative vibe. I have often received average customer service from At&t in the stores and typical go thru the Customer Care line where I actually feel like they care, hence the name, but these two really need to be retrained. I should have gone to the At&t store on Grant & Swan. Several months ago we had what we thought was an excellent customer service experience with an employee named David, and I wrote a glowing review (but it must've been on Google because I don't see it here.) We just found out he'd seriously miscommunication with us and misled us. We were very explicit that we wanted AppleCare and not the AT&T service program and he said ok, but he didn't tell us they couldn't do AppleCare for us and set us up with AT&T's program, and we were charged for it. He also told us we could get a free extra line on our account, something we could use as a throwaway number if we had to give a phone number to somebody but didn't really want to be contacted, then we got confused about why we were getting charged for it. It turns out that he had actually given us a deal, and when we got the extra line it actually meant a lower monthly family rate, but the extra charge was confusing. We ended up having to go back and have a long conversation with the manager, Cecil, who explained everything. The problem now is that because we didn't sign up for AppleCare within 60 days of purchase (because we thought they had already done that for us), it's too late and we're screwed and can't get it. Cecil is *great*, he really knows his stuff; we don't know if David still works there, but if he does don't work with him. read more

OMG Do NOT go here if you expect better than slow slow S.L.O.W. Service. I've been sitting here waiting for 15 minutes; there are only 3 CSR's on duty, one sitting there discussing family matters with a customer, one trying to explain a monthly plan to someone who clearly shouldn't have a phone and another that can't tell a customer the difference between an android and apple phone. While they, the CSR's are personable and greeted me at the door when I walked in, it might have been nice if they told me there was a considerable wait. Upgraded iPhone and had a screen protector added; after all they said it was a lifetime warranty with free replacement ... all I had to do was bring it back to them and they would put a new one on. Went in today after the corner of the protector was peeling up such that the phone's facial recognition was no longer working. That was when I was told I had to order the screen protector from the manufacturer's web-site and bring it in to them to put it on. I accepted that, although I did not like that since at time of sale it sounded much easier than what I was now being told. Manufacturer's web-site needed to know the exact product to be covered under warranty. However, since this ATT store put it on my phone for me, I never had the box and didn't know the exact screen type. Called ATT customer support, to discuss if they had record of what was purchased in their retail store. Ultimately they decided it was best to have me return to this ATT store to get a new screen protector put on at no charge and they would note in my account information this request should be honored at the retail outlet. After returning to the store I received an initial confirmation they would replace the screen protector at no charge, as noted in my account by ATT Customer Service. The store manager was contacted by telephone to confirm how this transaction should be documented. Manager told the employees not to honor the request from ATT Customer Service and do not provide me with the new screen protector. Since they had already removed my partially peeling protector, opened the new box, cleaned my screen with provided materials in new box, they decided to quickly shift gears and put the old one back on. Unfortunately for me, they did so in a way that is absolutely atrocious. It is not even properly aligned and has large bubbles everywhere. See provided picture below. Without a doubt, this was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Now I have a screen protector in worse condition than before and I still don't know how to get it fixed. The worse part is I paid a premium price to be treated this poorly for a lifetime warranty and free replacements ... just bring it back in. What a joke! While the employees recognized it was appropriate to meet the customer's needs, management of this type is not looking out for the customer's best interest. I would recommend to all potential customers ... STEER CLEAR OF THIS ATT STORE ... POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ... POOR MANAGEMENT. ***Next Day UPDATE - Contacted ATT Customer Service and explained that this ATT retail outlet's management refused to honor the Customer Service request to replace the screen protector. They were equally appalled at the way this was handled and provided a generous financial credit toward my next bill to cover the cost of buying a new screen protector off Amazon and cover the trouble of my three (3) hours trying to resolve this issue. May 6, 2022....My name is Don B., I live in Oro Valley.I have a Samsung Galaxy A12 phones. I used my phone today, and after several minutes on the phone, I noticed I could not call out.  Every time I made a call the phone read discontent. I searched where the nearest AT&T store was and I found one at 7619 North Oracle Road 101 Suite. I made a short drive from my house to the AT&T Store. I got to the store about 6:15 on a Friday night and noticed a sign in the window posting the hours, and saw they close at 7:00 p.m. I thought I might be turned away, because they were to close at 7:00. I was greeted by Michelle, and she asked me what phone I had, I showed her and she told me to put my pin number in and she would take a look at it. I forgot to mention I had my phone in before with the same problem. She checked several things then she handed the phone back to me and asked me to try calling out. Yes, it worked and I thanked her and asked her who the other employees and techs were. I want to thank Michelle again for taking the time to look at my phone, Milton, who was helping some other customers, and Rey, who was off but I remember he was the one that helped me last time l brought my phone in. I am getting 10 robo calls a day saying that my account is eligible for upgrade and surpris, I do not have an account, I block the calls and get another call 10 min later. I have called customer service and they were absolutely horrible and would not let me speak with a supervisor. I called a local store to see if I could get some help that way and they said they couldn't help me unless I come into a store. We shopped in this store to purchase new iPhones and renew our plan with ATT. When we had an issue, the salesperson didn't respond to multiple texts or emails. We left a message with the store voicemail; no one responded. So we went back to the store & were told that the phone didn't work. At an ATT store! And they wouldn't help to resolve the issue. Walked in today to upgrade my 11 pro max to the new 12 pro max. It was inordinately difficult for Brittany to understand that I wanted to do a 24 month installment plan as opposed to the 30 month installment plan. Brittany then proceeded to lie to me by saying they don't exist. Brittany then failed to agree that she is obviously incompetent to be working at a cell phone store after I showed her on the website that such a thing does exist and it's called "AT&T Next Up" I don't understand why AT&T hires these incompetents but it's definitely diminishing their image. My family has been with AT&T since I was a kid. I prefer buying phones in person because they transfer all your data and it's nice to leave the store with a fully functioning phone. THIS store... I don't really know what happened. My husband and I were greeted instantly which was nice and to be fair the person we were working with was new and friendly. We were there to buy the new Samsung phone. There were no models to look at to see how the different colors look and the phone wasn't in stock. The salesperson couldn't tell us if it was in stock at any other stores in Tucson and made it sound like it would be such a hassle to call for us and ask. They also didn't know how to sell us the phone for cash instead of setting up monthly installments, or how to transfer data from the current phone to the new one. Another sales person said we would have to go home and sync the current phone to "iCloud" (yes they actually said that for a Samsung phone) and then sync the new phone. We asked if there was a tutorial on how to do this properly so nothing would get lost and they said "We could write you a note." We were baffled at the lack of training and support for the new worker. We ended up thanking them and leaving the store to just purchase the phone online directly from Samsung instead. read more

I submitted my documents and waited... 10 weeks to hear that I was denied due to misinformation the person selling me the phone gave. I have had it with these multi billion dollar corporations that think they are so rich they stand above the law and above common decency. My bill has been wrong and ever changing since June. I have tried to get it fixed online, over the phone and now in the store. Every single method has been an experience in futility, ineptitude and mistruths. While some of the reps have been kind and empathetic to my situation, I have really grown sick of the employees who are not. I have grown sick of these new generation employees that try to defend their company despite acknowledging the fact that I am getting what the FCC has come to call crammed. Maybe you heard about the FCC slapping AT&T with a hundred and five million dollar fine for cramming in 2014? Well not a single employee of AT&T can explain to me what I am being charged for and why my bill went from 293 to 800 to 415 in the space of 2 months. I have heard every excuse and attempt at justifying why a company like AT&T is stealing from us, the working class. There is nothing more sad and steeped with nievity to hear a twenty something Att employee making minimum wage, explain how hard it is for a company to catch up with mistakes after 4 or 5 billing cycles! Bhaaaa! Yet if I don't pay my bill the minute it's due Att hits me with fee's, damages my credit and immediately cuts off service! Well I'm sick of it and am moving my service to any tele-com that isn't part of the monopoly that gets away with stealing and extortion! Join me in standing up against this abuse! No more AT&T and T-Mobile and Verizon support the little guy.... report every penny , every misprint , every weird fee to the FCC and FTC. I want to give a huge shout out to Eddie Vera at the AT&T store on N Oracle Rd. We had a dead phone and expected to have to spend up to $800.00 on a new one but Eddie performed some magic and wala...had it up and running again. This is after spending an hour in the Apple Store and they couldn't even get it to charge at all. Eddie also told us that we had insurance on the phone which we had completely forgot about. Now we can at least replace the 6 plus and wait for the new phones to come out in Sept. Never a push to buy just amazing service and he was so very helpful. Ask for Eddie!! Customer service is horrible! AT&T made a mistake on my upgrade and so they told me I could come here to fix it and nothing was fixed!

My repaired "old" cell phone needed to have the memory card returned to it and the files that had accumulated in the substitute phone transferred to my "old" cell phone. Sounds easy. I visited the store and was asked to please wait until someone was ready to help me. A nice guy named Anthony was assigned to me. He was friendly, helpful, patient and persistent about fixing my phone. My phone was so old that he didn't have a cable that fit his device that would have made the job happen instantly. He had to manually transfer all the files. When I checked it, some of the files had not transferred, again with lots of patience and kindness, he did what was necessary and completed the job. All the time being just a nice, kind person with a lovely personality. So rare these days. With some much caution these days because of the re-opening of life (COVID) that extra comfort at a store was very much appreciated by me. read more
