    Customer service is horrible! AT&T made a mistake on my upgrade and so they told me I could come here to fix it and nothing was fixed!

I never received or activated the device, but the charges still appeared and my bill jumped significantly ($350 the first month, then about $250 in the following months). The follow-up with the representative (Mohammad) and the manager has been exhausting and disappointing, with repeated calls, transfers, and no clear resolution. If you have to use this store's service, verify all account changes in the Verizon app before you leave and insist on a printed order summary/receipt. Dont trust them but Chris.

I worked with Ali who was pretty nice. The new box was okay but I was having slow service. It finally worked well after two weeks. Then I get my monthly bill and it was more than double. No one said anything to me about my bill going up. I go to the store with my bill because the issue originated there. I got this guy, Jesus, who was very talkative. I explained that the bill had to be wrong. He quoted me a Bible verse and I asked that he not do that. As we talked through the bill, he said I was talking "crazy" and I asked him not to use that word. I did not yell, swear or curse. I was just being direct. Turns out I was overcharged because the account linked to the first box was not closed. And there was a charge to open the new one. Ali never said anything about an activation charge and why he didn't close the first account, I don't know. Jesus would not stop trying to bait me. He said maybe I should have called Ali, he said I should probably go home and call customer service and I said I wanted to solve the problem right now. He called customer service and then got very quiet. The rep talked me through everything. I thanked the rep and we hung up. I looked at Jesus and said, "Do better" and he said, "God bless you." Again with the religion. Very offensive and off-putting because I already had said please don't talk about religion. Suffice to say, I won't be going to that office ever again and I think they have a real problem with Jesus.

    Cancelled my personal account after 7 days. Ive been a customer of Verizon for over 20 years on my…read moremoms Verizon plan. I decided to get off my moms plan and get my own plan. From day 1, Ive had nothing but problems, CSR rep from another country deleted my account and my promotions, added a new account and someone tried to order a phone on my new account and Verizon didnt take responsibility for it. Also, my bill each day for the last 7 days with Verizon was more and more. Started out as 133.00, then 146.00, then 162.00, then 196.00, and finally 204.00 for a 1 line plan with no extras!!!! On January 18th, cancelled my account and switched to a different carrier. Was told by the CSR of Verizon (5th person), I could take my devices to the store where I made the purchases. So, we went to the Arizona Pavillions Cortaro location and it was there I explained about ALL the things I went through in the last 7 days with my new account. The CSR went to the "supposed" manager, Guadalupe, and she straight up stated she was not taking back the devices and it pretty much was not her problem!! She was overtalking both me and my husband when trying to explain everything that had happend and she was not willing to provide the "excellent customer service" that Verizon says they provide. She was resistant, rude, not helpful and could care less about my situation or what we had to say. She should not be in a management position, or any kind of higher up level, she is not for the customer, unless you are there to make a nice, big purchase!!! I will NEVER go to this location ever and BUYER BEWARE!!!! Verizon practices Bait and Switch methods. They are friendly and helpful when you want to spend money, but after, you are just another customer and could care less about helping you. Verizon will mess up your account, say they are there to help, but they dont even document your account. After only 7 days, I have switched carriers and will continue filing my reports to the BBB, Federal Trade Commission for Bait and Switch tactics, and the Attorney generals office!!!!

Eliana and Jennifer went so far above and beyond, it was unbelievable. I had what turned out to be an insurmountable problem with Verizon and my garbage phone. (After talking me out of an iPhone, the sales person at a different Verizon store talked me into a Motorola. Which I have returned/replaced THREE TIMES since June 2023. It shuts down, and won't turn back on until ... I don't know, the planets align correctly?) Eliana primarily, but also Jennifer, worked with me and the people at Verizon for close to three hours (while also helping customers who came in). What I wanted was a non-Motorola phone. Verizon would not allow that, nor would they let me use my Samsung which Motorola replaced.) Ultimately, as this was the ONLY option Verizon allowed, and much to my disgust, I paid off the Motorola, so that I can go to another carrier. Again the service and ease of ordering a new phone and deciding on a new plan was outstanding. The young lady that assisted was amazing and so knowledgeable. The phone arrived in a few days. Went in and it was like visiting an old friend. While my phone was processing we watched her assist an elderly lady whose brother had passed away. She was having issues returning the phone. She handled the issues with ease. Cannot say enough great things about this location. Next time we need anything, you bet we'll go there.
