Store manager, Sam, was able to remove the promo offer and he provided great customer service although the store was short staffed for a Saturday. Once I was home I contacted Customer Service and they were able to give me a goodwill credit for the months that were double billed. Overall, I find the T Mobile and T Life websites a mess and do not understand why there are two websites when all most people want to do is expediously attend to their needs and logoff.

They acknowledge their mistake say they'll fix it then all of a sudden they backtrack they don't want to fix or compensate all the distress they've caused for their mistake. Awful carrier check the reviews and google about T-mobile. Nobody has good experiences with this scamming carrier go anywhere else.

During the transaction, the employee informed me that purchasing iPhone insurance was required under a "new AT&T policy" in order to complete the upgrade. I was explicitly told that I had no option to decline the insurance at the time of purchase. I later learned that this statement was false and that device insurance is optional. Additionally, my wireless plan was changed from Starter SL to Extra EL, resulting in an increased monthly charge. This change was made without my informed consent and without disclosure that it was optional or that it would increase my monthly bill. Based on my review of AT&T's published promotion terms, neither the insurance purchase nor the plan upgrade was required to qualify for the device trade-in credits. LIARS LIARS LIARS The manager of the store told me if I…read moreactivated my son's watch today, he had a $150 credit he would apply. It would come in the form of $10 per month for 15 months. I told him I didnt really need it for another 60 days or so, he told me the offer may not be around so I accepted it. Well, the paperwork had $10, he ensured me he just had to make a call to let them know it was a Verizon watch (I had just replaced my other sons watch) and it would make the credit $150. I told him I trusted him that he was being forthcoming and told him I wanted to wait for him to make the call. He acted like he did, leaving and coming back telling me I was all set, and the credit would show on the 2nd billing cycle. Well, it's never shown up, and on top of that Verizon charged me 300% more for the BS fees for a 19 day pro-rated month. 3 watches on the account, one has $1.79 fee, this one, $5.49. This was the case for all the different fees. So, the managers lies cost me $140 in credits for the watch, 2 months worth of service at $20 or so each, and Verizons rip off pro-rated fees for a total of $200 in added costs. They have told me 3 times they are making it right, but that doesn't happen.

So if you want fast reasonably priced high-quality work with a touch of smarmy coparent, this is your spot. You can opt out of the coparent aspects, but it is pretty hilarious.

They do not do refunds for those. I paid $21.00 for it - thinking they would have a higher quality product. I was wrong. Do not purchase this unless you go to astore and have them put it on before you purchase it and see that it works. I will not be giving them a good review going forward. I'm very disappointed.
