Good beer and fun events. At Ease Brewing is located in downtown Sacramento on I Street and is a good place for the Sacramento community to get some drinks and maybe participate in a fun activity. I came to At East Brewing Company on a Saturday evening for plant bingo. The event was free to play and consisted of 10 rounds of bingo with the prizes being plants provided by Hydro Bliss Sac. Although I didn't win, I had a good time, got some good drinks, and was able to participate in a fun event. The plants looked really cool and whatever plants that were left at the end were for sale. From the entrance, the venue didn't look very big, but it was long and narrow and the back patio was more spacious. I ordered the Set & Drift, which was a black currant and orange sour. It was really good. I tried a sip of the Rucksack, which was a rice lager. Not bad, but not my beer. The beers were about $7-$8 a pint, but they have smaller options and a flight option. They also have a complimentary pretzel station and treats for dogs. Tip - go early for the plant bingo event. Even though we were on-time, the place was packed and it was standing room only. People who went 15 minutes early couldn't even find their own table and had to ask others to share their table. This event is only once in awhile so check their social to see when the next one is. They do have regular events like DJ bingo, trivia night, game night, and the left, right, left run club. They also have some special events - girl scout cookies and beer pairing, books and brews book fair, and bird watching and beer. They are closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
I enjoyed the beers I tried during our visit a last month. They have fun events like music bingo and have a tv, which was nice since the day we came I had wanted to watch my Oregon Ducks play. The beer flight was reasonably priced and even though I liked the West Coast IPA the best, I liked everything, which is rare for me. The staff was friendly and helpful and I'll definitely be back to check out music bingo the next Friday my friends are all free!
Came for their Girl Scout cookie flight promotion! They have a great outside layout which is perfect for those nice sunny days. When I came, they had a food truck/ food pop up serving food. The beer tenders are sweet people, create a great environment of fun people and great beer. I loved that they had a seltzer and sour option. But the concept of pairing cookies and beer is amazing! Definitely will be coming back.
At Ease Brewing Company is a great local spot that needs to be explored more often. Check out their social media for all the happenings at At Ease. There's posts from Bingo to meet ups. This place is definitely worth checking out. It is small but packed with a good time. There's limited street parking and you can always walk or bike. They have good beers. I did not care for their seltzer. It tasted awful in my option but I did not mind their lighter beers. The inside and outside have a great ambiance with the lighting. My local brewery. Everybody that works here seems to be cool and chill. The environment is great, they have both tables inside and outside with TVs in both areas which is great to catch the game(s). Music seems to be on point. They have a great selection of brew that has a good rotation, I really dig the seasonal stuff. Easily one of the best breweries here in the Sac area.
We had a lovely experience and time at this local Brewery in downtown Sacramento. It is a really spacious far with lots of seating indoor with fresh cool air. They even have a courtyard where you can sit outside and enjoy the misters and the music and the trivia with music theme going on on every Friday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.. during the music trivia there is a prize at the end of each category so it is great to check out on Friday evening. . I really like their cream ale draft beer which was very refreshing and great for a very warm day to wind down for some great relaxing time with friends and playing music trivia. They also have a food truck that rotates so you can enjoy some food with your brew and with your friends and having a music trivia to work your brain. The service was really friendly and welcoming with letting you try different pour before you commit to a glass. The beer here was very reasonable and I do like all the choices that they have and they were very informative with letting you know how strong or each one taste like. If you are in the area on a Friday evening come check it out and let me know where is your favorite Brewery to visit in the Sacramento area and I wish I'll check it out. Love this little whole in the wall brewery. Usually start with a 2 mile run. Owner arranges the running club called left right left around 6:30pm and finish my night there with DJ bingo on Wednesdays. I'm loving their sour beers. They also carry non-alcoholic options, as for food they usually have a different food truck every week.
Good beer and comfortable outdoor seating, they had a food truck when I was there as well. Service was fast and friendly. Check this place out if you want to try local beers.
My wife and I really enjoyed our Saturday afternoon at this brewery. They offer both interior and patio seating, which is also dog friendly. Although the interior is small and a little crowded, it is clean, well organized and functions well. Staff was welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. We ordered two flights, which consists of four beers per flight, and sat on the patio to enjoy them. The beer selection and the taste was outstanding. Clean, correct tasting for the style, and matched the tasting notes on the menu. They offer free pretzels in a self serve area, which is a nice addition not found in other local breweries. Although there was a food truck open at the back of the patio, we didn't give it a try because the food type that day didn't seem appealing. Overall it was a great experience that we will visit again.
At Ease Brewing is a quaint family owned brewery in Midtown a bit away from the thick of things Nice outside patio in the back & a few tables indoors . Tasty cream ale & IPA's. They showcase local artists works on their walls. No food served but there are rotating food trucks. Pet friendly. Very chill spot. Enjoyed a simple game & good conversation. Really liked this spot
This is a great spot I was invited to see a jazz band play and have some cold craft beer. The bar is very clean the staff friendly and very welcoming the bar serves a huge inventory of craft beers. The have plenty of seating indoor and out side patio Dog friendly always a plus for me. The night was a success K MC Jazz the live music was fantastic. I definitely recommend this place
Came for the second time thinking after initially trying them quickly last year. I really dig this brewery. It's nice and homey inside and they have a good sized outdoor patio with misters. I got a flight and chose their Italian pilsner, summer wheat, hazy IPA and sour beers. Each beer was excellent. I also like how they had free Wi-Fi for customers along with TVs to watch sporting events. The staff was really nice as well. They have no problem letting you try beers before you commit to buying a larger pour and are able to answer whatever questions you may have. Can't wait to go back if I'm ever in the area again.
Such a cute brewery with fun events! I saw on instagram about a Lego building and beer event and had to check it out. All the beers are super yummy and the staff is nice and knowledgeable about the selections. I will definitely be back!
I usually don't really drive down I Street that much. So one day when I was driving in that part of town for an errand I was running, I happened to spot At Ease by chance. Always on the look-out for new beer spots, I stopped in for a cold one. You will find the beer menu has something for everyone's beer tastes. No food is prepared or served here, but they do have various little bags of chips for purchase, and complimentary bite size pretzels. Check the website for the schedule of local food trucks are usually set up at the back patio area at certain times of the day and night. Cool selection of T-shirts for sale here as well. I absolutely love this military-themed brewery:everything about it reflects thoughtful military-inspired detail in the decor and atmosphere. Parking: Free street parking (2-hour limit) Kids and dogs friendly!!! They also brew their own beers locally!!! The owner is an Army veteran with 27 years of service, which is reflected in the identity and pride of the space. The brewery also won a 2025 California State Fair Gold Award in the commercial craft brew competition. The unisex restroom is even called the "Latrine," staying true to the military theme in a fun and intentional way. What to Order: * Presidio: West Coast IPA (6.7%) * Fog of War: Hazy IPA (6.7%) * Colonel Concord: Seltzer (5.2%) They also offer 4-pack and 6-pack mix-and-match to-go options, which is a great bonus if you want variety. Seating & Atmosphere: There is both indoor and outdoor seating, with misting outdoors during the summer for comfort. It's a community-focused brewery that hosts scheduled events, such as Thursday trivia nights. There is also food trucks on occasional events!! Both beers I picked were not good in my opinion as an ipa lover I prefer New England IPAs and they almost tasted flat I will probably not be back. I'm not from the area just brew hoppin. Only plus is that its dog friendly. read more
This spot had a cool vibe. We just stopped in for one drink on a day of bar hopping. My husband tried the "Got The 6 Pale Ale" He said it was a solid pale ale with a great color? Is that a thing? I got the lemon and strawberry seltzer. It was light and refreshing. I remember a time when I would have to get a cider or sour beer at a brewery because that was the closest thing to what I would normally drink at a full bar. I wish I loved beer... I do. But having things like this on the menu keeps me happy while my husband gets to drink his beer. Thanks guys :) read more

This place is a little hidden gem brewery in the middle of midtown. The staff here is so friendly and will let you taste anything! They have a good size outdoor space if you have a big group, or tables inside. There's 2 tvs inside. They are super pet friendly and even have dog treats. I really like their beer, but also love that they have a seltzer for people that don't like beer. I did a beer and almond tasting a few weeks ago and they gave us a great amount of almonds paired with 4 beers and was a great pairing and deal! They also do trivia on Thursday. Support this local, caring business! You'll notice when you walk in all the love and care they put into the little details. The design and fixtures of the tap room have an industrial military chic thing going on and I'm here for it. And that's just the design! The beers are crafted with care, which shows in the balanced taste in every style served. And to top it off, the humans running the place are lovely. I've been served by Taylor, Cooper and Sam. They make me feel so welcome every time I visit. Make this your "Cheers" - stop and have a beer and chill. Bonus: they are super pet-friendly. There is even a jar of treats out for pups to enjoy. These folks thought of everything. Trivia happens at 6pm every Thursday night - arrive around 5pm to snag a table because it gets busy! read more

Cool concept. We enjoyed tasting a flight of specialty beers. They have a wide selection. You can choose from. Most interesting one I tasted was made with chocolate and raspberry. The lady working there was sweet and informative. The Interior of this place looks nice. My only recommendation is to upgrade the exterior patio's ambiance. It felt kind of cheap, and the view of the parking lot was not enjoyable. read more

My Favorite Local Brewery IS OPEN! SITREP If you have gotten that craving for a fresh brew, LIKE I HAVE, we're in luck, because "At Ease Brewing" is open, albeit take-out only. THE SETUP I've been a fan of At Ease Brewing ever since I met Taylor, who runs the front-end register of what is and remains a bustling family business! At Ease is a great time! I've been twice for trivia and I love that it isn't too packed like Bike Dog. It feels a lot more intimate as well. Service is super fast ordering at the front and prices are great. I appreciate that they have different food trucks as they don't serve food. Only good things! read more
Cool people, and even cooler beers. Mmmmm. Thanks big time to Michelangelo S. for cluing me in about this new brewery in your hood and inviting me out for my first visit! We came back to At Ease last month for Baos & Brews and were pleased to find an Oktoberfest flight available. 4 German style beers in hearty sample sizes, yes please! The baos were supplied by Noodo in a pop-up nestled on the patio area attached to At Ease. The meat-filled and the vegan fried mushroom varieties were both tasty. They were little Bao sandwich type dealios, with fluffy steamed "buns" stuffed full of savory and sweet fillings. Yum yum! So far that's been two great events sponsored by this place, and I'm more than ready to come back. Each of their beers that I tried were varied degrees of greatness. They have A LOT of different kinds and it always seems to be changing. Their entries on untappd are up to 54 now as I'm writing this! We had some minutes to spare before our escape room slot was open. So, we wandered down a few steps and stumbled on At Ease Brewery. Sooo, we enlisted. Upon entering we were warmly greeted. Turns out this place was started up by a retired Army colonel about three years ago. The ambiance is subtle with music in the background. It offers in and outdoor seating. Restrooms are clean, unisex, and accommodating to disabilities. We were both impressed. If you are in the area, stop in. If you are not in the area, jump in an Uber and head over. You will not regret it. Beer and patriotism... cannot go wrong with that. read more
