She was so sweet and really easy to work with. She made it really easy to select the shade and colors that I wanted (since there are so many options). It also helped that my neighbors already gave us something to start with, too! Pam ended up taking my blinds with her so that she can make sure that she designs the best fit for my house. She even wrote specific instructions to her installer, who is her husband, Roger. I saw the paper and drawing that she left with him! Roger came over a couple weeks after to install my blinds that I ordered. Everything turned out perfect! He was really professional, and did his thing in a really quick timeframe. He put them up and even took away my old blinds from the master bedroom (which I am glad about since I had no idea how I was going to dispose of them in my regular trashcan due to the size. I also don't have a vehicle large enough to bring it anywhere else). After Roger was finished installing our new blinds and cleaned up after himself, he came by to show me everything. He also gave me a tutorial on how to use the blinds (put them up, down, if they get stuck, how to clean them, etc). He also told me that if anything were to happen, there is a warranty and that I could call them to repair. Overall, I had a good experience with them! They were really easy to work with, professional, friendly, nice, and they showed up on time. They carry Hunter Douglas blinds, which are really high quality.
