Straight out of the can lol the burger is made with their House ground beef, teriyaki glazed onions, spam, pineapple, lettuce, cheese and gochujang mayo on a potato bun. Well it's like to patties in one burger a decent beef one and the spam. The spam gives a nice salty background but is surprisingly not in the foreground of the taste. I have been eating at at this restaurant since they opened. My family has always enjoyed the Hawaiian food here. We often order takeout to our house. Recently, we have ordered a couple times and we have noticed that the amount of food in our containers has decreased. I suspect that this restaurant has had to adapt to rising costs and their answer is shrinkflation. This is such a cute restaurant. I really liked the ambiance and colorful fish mural. I got a spam musubi and Mac salad here which ended up being around 10$. The spam musubi was great and I liked that it had egg in it. The Mac salad I didn't love though. It had carrots in it and pieces of egg. Was almost like a mix between egg salad and macaroni salad which I wasn't expecting. Although, it did have good flavor and tasted fresh. Maybe I'm just not used to this way of making it. I love this place and it never misses! I always have to stop by when I'm in town. The Mac salad is the best. I got the kalua pig and Korean chicken and the pork was super moist. I usually go to the other location but we were in this area and decided to stop and eat here. They were very busy even though it was a little early for lunch rush. Service was good but they were sure hustling to get food out. The food is the same as the other location. The portions are good and I love their sauce. They don't sauce the food too much so you can decide for yourself, but they do have it on the table along with other condiments for you to enjoy. It's pretty simple and I did notice on the menu that they offer plates with 2 options. Although I didn't get 2 items it's nice to know that may be an option in the future. This place is so YUMMY! Their Galbi/Kalbi is one of my favorites. I come here every time I'm in town. It is a little fattier than other Kalbi I've had sometimes but that's apart of what gives you that really good flavor and they give you a good amount of meat, so I'm never left hungry.
