In the case of LA Fitness it is an Olympic size swimming pool. It is a low-impact workout, making it ideal for people of all ages and fitness levels, especially those with joint issues or recovering from injuries or surgeries. The Aquafit class lasted 50 minutes and involved movements like squats, jogging, lunges, and kicks. We used water weights and water noodle to increase our resistance. My least favorite thing-they have spray and paper towels for cleaning, which is old school to me compared to wipes. Also, if you want your locker locked in the locker room, make sure to bring a lock! I then Got a email in December stating I needed to update my my payment info, I called to speak to someone one over the and was told my account was still active and I couldn't cancel my member ship over the phone it would have to be in person. I told them to check the cameras cause I for sure was in there to cancel and was told the cameras don't go back that far I told them I no longer lived in Texas. They told me there's nothing they could do and to try to email some guy who they said was the owner. I sent a 4 emails and never got a reply. It's February and I just got a call from a debt collector saying I owe 260. What a fucking scam of a business. Definitely will be hearing from my lawyer.
