If a customer pays for insurance like we did they should honor it and pay for any damage to our furniture but, they choose to ignore us and not pay. They show unprofessionalism in my opinion. Highly don't recommend this business that doesn't honor their policy!!!

I hired Greek Movers on three occasions: Once to do a junk pick-up from my house and a second time to take a queen bed to San Diego and third, a long distance move from CA to AZ. Service and communication was good. Their workers have sticky fingers though. The workers (Jose) know the exact terms of the company liability and then they grab something valued at less than a $100 and no one can file a claim. What a racket dude. The item is just "lost." Bullshit. I call it the curse of the generous tip--whenever I tip well something goes sideways. I was present for the loading of my household goods, was assured that the truck was in a locked yard overnight and I was present for the unloading the next day. I called the storage space company and they said they found nothing remaining. This was a small move--about half a truck load. So my office chair "went missing." The blue blanket that covered the chair in storage made it to my new place but the chair underneath it never made it. I'd like my chair back, assholes, and the $100 tip I gave you. I'll be telling your big realtor client about Jose and that stupid-ass chair that was "lost." It's the principle of the thing. A return phone call would have been nice anyway. Get a new worker--and his accomplice.

Unprofessional, things just thrown anywhere.

If I could give less than one star, I would. I hired this moving company recently, and it was a total mess from start to finish. They sent around 12 guys, but only four of them were actually doing the work. The rest just stood around talking, watching, or pretending to look busy. The ones that were working weren't careful at all shoving items improperly, not wrapping things right, and moving way too fast like they just wanted to get it over with. It honestly looked like none of them cared about what they were doing. They were also super unprofessional,no coordination, no respect for people's belongings, and not even taking care of their own tools or equipment. Everything just felt chaotic and sloppy. I ended up with scratched furniture, wasted time, and a lot of frustration. Definitely not worth the money or the stress. Would not recommend this company to anyone who wants their move handled properly.

Moved my stuff from CA to TX. Picked up my stuff on Monday Oct 6th gave them 2 extra days for travel and still showed up at 1:50pm on Friday October 10th. At least 10 guys loaded my items in Ca but only 2 guys delivered and offloaded them in Tx. I had to help the guys unpack my belongings the entire time here and they still left around 10:30pm! They took my dolly (they won't admit it), broke two TVs (bubble wrapped and covered in moving blankets, damaged my newly painted wall and tried to hide it with my end table and broke an office desk piece. These guys WILL not respond or take care of your claims (which they say in contract will cover $.60 of the dollar amount of the item damaged). do NOT fall for Peter's initial sweet talk he is a con man and not a man of his word and his workers are unprofessional dirty and unorganized. These guys take ZERO accountability. Sad thing is I not only helped them from 5pm till 10:30pm but I even bought them dinner and provided unlimited water soda and energy drinks. All my calls are being blocked or forwarded to their "office" line where they won't pick up nor call me back NOR respond to our emails. I really hope and pray to god justice is served to these guys one way or another and that nobody else falls victim to their bs.

I've never enlisted the services of a moving company prior to yesterday. I wanted and needed to know that someone would love and care for my piano on its journey going to a new forever home. I met Kevin and Dom from Greek Movers & Junk Removal. Very reasonable and accommodating. They hardly notice the tears in my eyes when they closed the door to leave.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! I can't stress it enough. Two polite boys showed up but they were ineffective, inefficient, and slow. Contracted them to move a 1 bedroom apartment heavy items only no food, clothing, pictures office equipment or small items. Everything cleared and/boxed ready to go to 2 locations bedroom to one everything else to storage. An hour into them being there they get a call saying they have two more jobs that day in Riverside & San Dimas. They were not happy & very vocal about it. Now my job stretched into over 9 hours. These guys got my love seat stuck in the door even though I suggested they take the seats off &/or the legs for 30 minutes. "No it's faster this way." They took the boxes downstairs and set them in a puddle of water several times I had to move them out of the water. They were constantly on their cell phones leaving the apartment to take calls. I kept asking Scott why is this taking so long just to move the boxes & living room. His response, "It must be the steps and the distance from your apartment to the front gate because you don't have much to move." (My point exactly) My apartment is 4 from North gate. That explanation doesn't make sense. I kept reminding him I can only pay for six hours. Okay Okay the he hot a call about the other two jobs for that day. They arrived at both new locations 1/2 hour after I did. I left both locations 15 minutes after them & staying in the slow lane to give them to arrive. It took them 1 1/2 hours to set up the & drop off the fridge. They put everything in the bed room before setting up the bed so they were constantly having to move things around. At storage I asked them to stack the boxes in one wall & the furniture on the other wall. Danny yes yes we can do that. Instead they took in all the boxes and furniture at the same time. Placing boxes on top of furniture & furniture on top of boxes. Helter Skelter is the best to describe it. See the pic of how they left my storage. I took a picture of the truck after they removed my dressers. This is how little they had to move that took over 9 hours. When they told me my bill was over $1,300.00. I was very unhappy & said no way. Peter got on the phone I asked him to call me. He told Scott I am not calling because she wants to complain about you without you hearing. So I told Peter they are extremely ineffective, efficient & slow. So slow. He then offered for me to pay $1,000 for this to go away since I paid movers the same amount last year except they moved everything. Scott you had family help with the move too. I had additional family members with me last year who help monitor the work flow not do the work. This was my mistake this time as they came so highly recommended. Peter then changed the amount to $1,100. I said I would pay $900 because I now have to hire 2 guys to fix my storage locker. Then one of the movers Danny in Spanish called me a F ing Puta. Peter response to that is I am holding them up & they just want to go home. Also I am being charged for arguing with them about the bill. Peter agreed to the $900 for it to away. I sent $500 to Scott Clark by Zelle. Then I texted Peter for a $900 invoice. His response was, "why your bill is over $1,300." I didn't respond. I had to pack my car with all the items that did not fit in storage. My 75 year old mom got out of bed to come get the items that didn't fit in my car. Top it off Scott & Danny were told they still needed to do Melissa's job. It's really hard to find reputable moving companies that don't try to stretch time to take all your money. I wish I had read some of these reviews sooner. I will never recommend this company again.

Got a quote for 3 hours for a move with 3 movers. Movers showed up over an hour and a half late. Took them over 2 hours to get a 2 bedroom apartments loaded into the moving truck. By the time we got to the new house and off loaded all the furniture from the truck, the time was over 7 hours. The 3 movers just dropped off the furniture in the house and left. Noticed multiple pieces of furniture were damaged along with damage to my door frame. Tried getting in contact Peter with Greek Movers by text, phone call and emails and no one is getting back to me.

We needed our garage organized into junk for haul away, donations, and what we were keeping for our up coming cross country move. Peter came and gave us a bid (very reasonable) and his guys, Tyree and Mario came the next day.... in fact they just left. They were efficient, professional, and very respectful. They got done in 3 hours what would have taken us weeks. We are so grateful! Highly recommend! Update 11/10/2019 Tyree and Mario came back today for junk removal. They were on time, efficient, professional and respectful. We have a cross country move coming, will definitely call again if the need arises. read more

They did an amazing job. We had Buddha and Matt and JJ. These guys moved us quickly and they respected our furniture and helped us move from our home. I would recommend them to anyone I could. They really worked hard and it was at least 110 outside. We thought we lost some furniture and I did keep calling. I wish they would have called me back and at least gave me some of their time. We ended up finding the missing furniture and I did try to talk to someone again and tell them we found it and thank them so much for their hard work. Still no phone call back. Best moving experience ever!!! My sister had to work so i agreed to meet the movers at her house for her. They called me to let me know when they were on their way. Tyler, Buddha, Chino and Jacob arrived with smiles on their faces and wonderful "can do" attitudes, working together seamlessly from start to finish. They had to deal with narrow mountain roads, lots of steps and heavy bulky items but they never once complained. Absolutely in awe of the service they provided. Friendly, professional, dependable, trustworthy and reliable. Will definitely recommend this company to all our family, friends and customers! read more

Definitely have some mixed reviews here. I'll try my best to be honest and thoughtful with my rating. Prior to contracting Peter to move my entire family interstate, I'd hired them in the past do help move items out of my garage into a storage POD. This went swimmingly without issue. This encouraged me to hire them when I had to move out of state. I contacted them again and Peter was very responsive. Nice enough, likeable guy. He came out for consultation, but was a bit later than he'd estimated as he'd "totally forgotten about it". He arrived, took notes, asked questions, and gave me an estimate. I felt it was fair, and we moved on from there with the down payment. Day-of his guys showed up just about 30 minutes outside of the estimated arrival time. Totally acceptable. Socal traffic can be hit-or-miss. Movers began loading everything up and it was going efficiently. They had to unmount my television to bring it along, but failed to bring any of the power cords, so it was useless on arrival. Unfortunately, the TV also broke during transportation and had to be replaced. I took a risk hiring an unlicensed company and knew that attempting to go after them for any reparations would be unfruitful, so I never bothered. After the move I tried to contact Peter again. Not because I wanted them to make amends, or even to complain, but because I needed to hire them for another job a few weekends out. It's been 26 days and 6 calls later, Peter has never returned my call. The biggest takeaway from this is just to understand what you're getting. Greek Movers are a bit less pricey than some of the other larger, more national moving companies, but that comes with a risk. If you're fine with the risk, then they're a great choice. If you want guarantees and licensed, bonded and insured movers, this is not the company. read more

RUN. AWAY! Do not overlook all of the other bad reviews, this is what I did and why we are in this position now. This has been an absolute nightmare dealing with this company and to be more specific, we worked with Peter. My head is still spinning. He decided that it would be a really good idea to cancel on us 8 days out from our long distance move. "For what reason?" You may ask! Well, just ask Peter because he has changed his reasoning 3-4 times. First, he tells me that the move has become "not cost effective" due to the boxes ("that are provided in the cost of the move" that he said he'd bring out and then had a problem with following thru on, then he tells my husband that we are "too needy" which in and of itself is insane to say to anyone, and now he's writing to my husband telling him that it's the way he was spoken to......... what?? You mean the way you were spoken to AFTER you lie, don't deliver on things that YOU said you would do and then when asked about it on what should have been a very routine phone call cancel the move within a week and give no reason despite being told that we just didn't understand your policies and being EXTREMELY confused as to why you were even doing this? Wow, how strange, I can't imagine why anyone would be upset. At NO point prior to this were you spoken to in any other way aside from very politely as you were in return, there was no reason for it to be any other way. If it became too difficult to deliver on promises you made then you needed to advise us, not leave your customer high and dry by cancelling a week out from their move in the height of moving season. Try taking some responsibility. We won't even talk about whose problem it should really be when a company over promises and under delivers but that is only relevant if we are meant to believe your first excuse for cancelling on us. Any way you slice it, you are 100% wrong and I think you know exactly what you did. As far as I'm concerned we were completely blindsided. You clearly don't have any concrete reasoning otherwise you wouldn't be all over the place and throwing out lies about boxes being a "non negotiable" that is absolutely laughable. You have some real nerve. You did this, being completely aware of the hell we went through with our last move and how nervous we were about hiring another moving company. This is why. I trusted you and I got completely blindsided. Thank you for confirming all of the negative stereotypes that are tied to movers and moving companies. read more

This company is shady at best, I will say workers showed up almost on time, walked in smelled like a weed shop, supposed to be 3 workers, showed up with two, I really didn't care, I was excited to move. We get to the new place they lied and said my 3yr old daughters bed was put back together, they left all hardware at old house, so just made it look secure, it split in two when she laid on it. Just a lazy unload, quoted 550 for a move, after paying for their 2+hr lunch, again showing up at new house just lit... cost came out to over 700..... beware...scam company, dirty practices, horrible follow through read more

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This was my first time using movers. Trent and Mickey made my money worth spending. They were quick, nice, and showed that they took pride in their jobs. They made sure my stuff was well taken care of and moved everything fast but with ease. If and when I move again I will be sure to use Greek movers and request them for my move. I would definitely recommend them and use them again....they were GREAT!!! We moved from out of state to take care of my elderly parents and needed help moving our stuff in the house and to storage. When I was first trying to schedule the move, Peter was great. He responded quickly, friendly, and very professional. When the day of the move came, the 3 guys we had were AMAZING! My parents have a lot of painting and pictures on the wall, and we have some pretty big furniture that had to be moved upstairs, and they did not knock one thing off of the wall and was able to get everything in. We also used them for Junk removal the following week and they did great! They had amazing customer service, great prices, and was able to schedule us pretty quickly. I would highly recommend Greek Movers to anyone and will definitely use them again in the future!!! read more

Do not recommend. They broke my mom's $6500 glass table. I'll never find anything like it. There were 3 guys. Two were good- the other was lazy, insulting and completely unprofessional. Off course he didn't say what he did in front of the others. My only impression is he obviously has never owned anything of value and doesn't give a crap. When he "couldn't" put anything else on the truck, (because it wasn't packed smartly), he told me it wasn't his problem. Absolutely the most unprofessional, lazy, in your face insulting, condescending "mover". He couldn't have made a stupider move- cost his entire team a very nice tip . If only he hadn't been a part of this move, this would be a very different review. Accidents happen. Things do break. But outright insulting your clients, the people paying you...not a smart move. read more

Justin and Alieu were outstanding! They got to our place around 7ish and we're wrapped up by 10:30 they were able to move all of our stuff with ease and care and we're even able to tackle our dining room table which is a solid I'd say 500lb. and they did it without complaint or worry. Even though we had minimal stuff they were proficient at their job and I would definitely recommend Greek Movers to anyone looking for a local move! read more

Great Movers! These guys were fast and did a great job protecting our furniture and other items. We had a problem with a stranger that approached the Moving Van, but these guys took care of it quickly. Easy to schedule and we were able to hire them late afternoon on a Sunday. These guys are incredible good, response time is quick too. We have the situation that we need to be out of house by end of last year, here they are! They kept informing us arrival time might be a little late due to the other job took a little longer, no problem with us. They work around of our clock as possible, fast and handled the items carefully. We had DJ and Andrew helping us, we're totally satisfied their professional work. We would give this company 10 stars if we could. If you are moving, definitely give them a try, you wound be pleased, they are doing phenomenal job. They saved our backs, no kidding. Keep up the good work guys!! read more

Again! The Greek Movers did an amazing job helping me rid old furniture and I am absolutely happy with their services. I have been trying to get ahold of Greek Movers since my scheduled move on Friday, January 8th, about a damaged gate which one of their movers broke. They attempted, without my consent, to take my child's trampoline up and over my roof to my backyard. This method was not successful and extremely dangerous. When one mover attempted to jump off of the roof, he jumped onto my side gate and snapped the hinge from the post. I have called and texted numerous times (with read receipts showing the messages have been read) but continue to be ignored. When I do call, I continue to get sent to the "virtual receptionist." This seems to be intentional as I have always been greeted by Greek Movers employees whenever I have called previously. I've left multiple voicemails with these receptionists since Friday and still have received no response from a Greek Movers employee. I am sad to have to write this review as they have served my moving needs well in the past but I will no longer be using them in the future given this issue. read more

Kali Douleia! (Greek for "good job") Wow! I can't say enough good stuff about Greek Movers! These guys are wonderful. We were packed and ready for them and they carefully moved all my furniture, collectibles, essentials, tools, and everything to my storage unit. They worked like clockwork and arranged everything so efficiently that I actually have no leftover space in my storage unit. It was as if they had used all my furniture as giant Tetris shapes, and they somehow had intuitively interlocked all my stuff into a cubist furniture painting. I highly recommend them. read more

They saved our day! We had originally booked Redlands movers (DO NOT BOOK THEM!!! Awful awful awful. Confirmed day before and still didn't show up, called multiple times with no answer) who did not show up the day of our move! So we had an entire house to move and had no movers! So I called Greek movers and same day they had a crew out! I called at 10 and he said since it was same day it probably wouldnt be until about 2-3, they called a half hour later saying they got a crew and could be there by 12! We chose to go with the two guy team and they brought a massive uhaul and packed everything in that we didn't already take. They were fast, efficient, very clear with their pricing from our first conversation so there were no surprises or hidden fees. The two guys we had, DJ and Kaimi were super kind and awesome to work with. Great attitudes and on top of everything. Very grateful we had them! I wish we had gone with this company in the first place. Highly highly recommend! read more

Awesome moving company! Competitive rates, and great communication. I liked how easy it was to reach Peter via email, text, and phone! These movers were very very fast, but also not rough because nothing broke. Will definitely recommend them to everyone. Due to unforeseen events, we had to move twice in four months. The first move we had family and friends help. While they were great and we're thankful for their support, the process took a long time, required tons of coordination, and we had to move on a Saturday to accommodate everyone's schedule. This time we had a limited time frame, and couldn't move on the weekend. We decided to use a moving company and are so thankful we were recommended the Greeks. Wow, a huge difference than DIYing it ourselves, and totally worth the investment. These guys were personable too and heard a little bit of our story too before they started. This company has a F rating with the BBB because they have had 12 complaints against them and they do not respond. We needed 4 movers because we have a pool table, however, 1 of them was more than an hour late and the price was not adjusted. The guys were polite and quick and so we paid the full price and tipped everyone. After they left we noticed a significant damage to the top stair of our brand new flooring. We reached out and Peter said he would try find something to repair it, but he has not followed through and has stopped responding. read more

We hired Greek Movers for a move in September. They broke the power cord right out of our Peloton Treadmill and the mover casually mentioned it to us, stating he 'Googled it and it should be $50-$100 to fix'. Obviously we weren't going to take his word for it. They also scratched 2 other pieces of furniture, dented our fridge and left about 3 large pieces of furniture shrink wrapped with moving blankets still attached to them we declined to even bring that up because the movers were nice and we were most concerned about the Peloton issue. The office asked for a picture of damage (hello, it's internally damaged) and said they would submit a claim form to us almost a month ago. They stopped answering my calls and texts. My wife called from her number and the girl in the office was snarky about how the owner is 'hit and miss' to get ahold of (what an awful and unprofessional way to portray the owner of your company to a client) and 'just to be honest, you'll only get about $90 from this insurance claim'. I don't know how many times she presumptuously said the phrase 'I'll be honest with you' but it was ridiculous. She asked if we purchased additional insurance coverage. It was never even offered. At this point we plan to escalate this further after being ran around so much by this company. Do not hire if you care about your stuff staying nice. I suggest the Greek Movers contact us and get proactive about the situation before we do! read more

My husband and I hired the Greek movers to help us move a two bedroom, two bath, 1500 square-foot apartment to a townhouse across cities and we loved the service. They helped us move a refrigerator, large dinning table, and all size furniture, etc. It was a lot, but was moved within a couple hours. We had most of our belongings, fully packed which made the process a lot smoother for the guys who had to climb three flights to get to us. On our move update, there was an issue with their truck so they had to come the next day for the move. I appreciate them trying their hardest to meet the accorded date and time as well as their honest communication with what was happening. The movers where kind, respectful, and so friendly. My reasoning for this low rating stems from the amount of broken items and items left behind when the Greek Movers helped load our truck for our move to Indiana. We hired the movers to do wall-to-wall service of packing our belongings and then to load them into the truck the next day. I paid $1000 to have them pack our four-bedroom home and then $600 the following day for the loading. During the packing day some of the movers were efficient in packing boxes, however there were a couple who made a few comments regarding wanting to be done soon and one stated that it didn't matter if it was packed wall-to-wall, Peter said they would stop at 1pm regardless. They assured me that what wasn't packed that day would be done first thing the following morning. It wasn't. During the packing I did not supervise all of the movers so I was unaware of what was happing. They loaded all of the boxes towards the front of the truck and many of them were 1/3 to 1/2 full. By not filling the boxes all of the way they were able to fill the truck and we had at least two rooms not packed and moved. We ended up giving away a lot of our belongings and what wasn't given away was badly damaged and broken on the other end. Cast iron skillets were packed on top of glass cups and plastic. Fine china was not wrapped. several green wrapping wands for furniture were packed inside of half filled boxes and 1/3 of the boxes were not marked as to where they went in the home. The unevenness of the packing job made driving a 26 foot Penske truck 2200 miles very difficult. Also, we have two Bose stereo systems that were not wrapped, dropped into half filled boxes and loaded upon with boxes containing books and other heavy items. I plan to post many pictures as to show how laughable the event was, however we are not laughing because it costs us an estimated $3000. Uhaul referred this operation so we are in contact with their Corporate office so this does not happen again. Please be careful if you hire this company, we have had a devastating experience with them and it is definitely unforgettable. They are all college students, who are very nice, but need tremendous amount of supervision so this does not happen again. read more

Really nice guys but they were terrible at wrapping my furniture and did not take care of it. While nothing was broken, instead of wrapping or taking extra care with my white couch they scuffed the corners and stepped on it. Now I'm stuck trying to get all the stains they caused on my white couch. It could have been avoided if they just wrapped it with a sheet or something. My boyfriend and I did a better job of wrapping the furniture with seran wrap. While they only wrapped half of the furniture. Literally. I gave them a $60 tip for 2 hours of work. I will not hire movers again. read more

So here is my updated review…read more As far as staff, everybody was very cordial, polite, and showed up on time. Denise specifically had a great vision for what she wanted to do. That was appreciated. We were having our pantry and kitchen reorganized because we just have so much stuff and it made it very difficult to have any somewhat of organization. Denise, another staff member showed up at 9 AM to get started. Forgive me my mind is fried I forgot her name. Things started slow, which is understandable because there needs to be some two-way communication on how things are going to be and how we wanted it to go. Once things got going, we took a step back and let them do their thing. There was a bit of miscommunication on how things were specifically being charged per hour. We had an understanding in our estimate that 10 hours at $100 an hour was what we were budgeting for. $1000. As things progressed, I asked a question regarding how late they were staying since things seem like they were moving a little slow. I was told they were working from 9 AM to 2 PM which is five hours. So the miscommunication was that I was being quoted 10 hours With five hours for each person coming. That's where there was a miscommunication. I do not believe it was on purpose. I think it was just one of those things that wasn't clearly discussed. I can take partial blame for not asking the question, but I made an assumption. The girls stayed an extra two hours to try to finish the pantry. So the kitchen portion was not even addressed. And reach out to the boss Cathy, I explained where there was some confusion. Once it was explained that we were essentially paying $200 an hour for two people to be here we quickly hit our budget limit, which did not allow for a secondary follow up for the kitchen. The girls did their best to get the pantry finished as possible. There were many items that were still left out that we were told we could now figure out where those could go. The pantry is re-organized much better than it was before absolutely. Was it a $12-$1300 worth job? No based on many other estimates we had received this was the highest we had had. But based on recommendations we wanted to go with a group that had a background that seemed to have a strong foundation in this area. This is not personal, Cathy, Denise, and everyone else were spectacular people and I do not believe that there was the slightest intent for the miscommunication on cost. Again, the pantry looks much better than it did before, but there was also a bit of unutilized space considering so many things were left out. That seemed to come from the fact that Denise needed to rework things that the second staff member had done prior. As stated before, Denise seem to have a better vision and honestly may have done a better job on her own. Communication with Cathy is fine. She did try to address the issue by giving us a slight break on how we were paying, but I did make it clear. We definitely could not afford a follow up at what was being charged. My recommendation is this. If you're looking for someone to do a house move or to deal with a hoarding situation or an overloaded garage where you just need a ton of things moved out, boxed up and gotten rid of. They are the perfect solution. If you're looking for someone to re-organize kitchen cabinets, drawers pantry space , this might not be the best choice due to cost alone. They appear to be a fantastic company that does show empathy and care but I think due to the cost loan we would not be able to utilize them again. If you're on a budget, you may have to look elsewhere. Again, if you were doing a major move or you need to clean out the top overloaded area to get things moved out and gotten rid of. They are definitely the ones you want to call. For future in-house re-organization we would have to go with a different option that's more affordable within a budget. $100 an hour per person is just a bit much for the average homeowner. I do think Cathy for her communication and attempts to make things right. Most businesses won't even bother with that. She showed integrity. Again I believe there was just a unclear miscommunication regarding the cost. Having multiple staff on site at the same time. Question apparently I should have asked, but just did not think too. I'm giving them four stars based on the fact that I think they definitely meant well and Denise really did do exceptional work in the time she had especially considered. She was reworking things that had been done prior.

BEWARE‼ DO NOT USE THIS MOVNG COMPANY…read more I was in contact with Ibrahim, the owner. He sounds nice, but don't be fooled. He is far from honest. He sent two inexperienced workers to help move my furniture. I have expensive furniture they completely damaged due to their carelessness and negligence (see attached pictures). They also did not hook up my washer and dryer properly. The gas nozzle that connects to the dryer was not tightened and caused a gas leak. Leading me to call the fire department to help assist me considering I have a small baby in my household. The water pipes connecting to the washer were not properly tightened as well, as when I turned the water on to use my washer water was sprayed all over my wash room. To add even more insult to injury I expressed my concerns to Ibrahim about the lack of experience his workers had in removing my door off the hinges to which he said was an "easy job" but when it came time to install the door back in place they were not able to do so. In addition, they do not have their own moving truck. They rent from U-Haul (undisclosed at the time I booked their services). They charge for the truck rental and per hour. What was supposed to be a 3 to possibly 4 hour job turned into an absolute nightmare ending in a 9 hour job. The movers got to my house without any wrap for my furniture. I had to ask them to buy wrap. The wrap they purchased was the cheapest wrap providing no protection for my furniture. They also did not have enough moving blankets to protect my big items from getting damaged in transit. I was in contact with Ibrahim from the beginning. I expressed my concerns to him and he kept assuring me they would take care of moving my furniture safely. That never happened. The movers arrived at 2 pm and did not finish the job until close to midnight. After telling Ibrahim of all the damages he said he would pay to get them repaired. He lied. The next day I called numerous times, also texted and he never responded. Days later, he still hasn't responded. Please think twice before using them to help you move. Response to owner (considering I've been blocked from adding another comment): Christina, Ibrahim Dababneh goes by Abe and is your husband. I Zelle'd him the deposit for this move. He's also on social media reflecting his full name and company name (see attached pictures). I did not get the wrong company. It is obvious your company does not want to take responsibility for the damages. Raul was one of the movers he sent to me along with Aaron. Raul is also mentioned in some of the reviews on yelp. It doesn't surprise me that you would lie and act like you did not work with me. It is a shame that you would use God's name in your response. Shame on you and your company. The company does not live up to its name. I would also like a refund for the deposit of $125.00. Please google this company. They are also on U-Hauls website as a listed moving company. Beware of this company they are liars and unethical.

Tia was my first point of contact and she was fantastic -- patient, understanding, and confident they could handle what others couldn't. Pricing was reasonable and transparent, and she worked with me to make it fair. Suhrob and David showed up early and immediately got to work. They were organized, careful, and clearly knew what they were doing. The desk was heavy and complex, but they disassembled it correctly and moved it safely. What impressed me most was that they took the time to explain how it comes apart for future moves. That's next-level professionalism. They also helped with a few extra heavy items without hesitation. This is how moving should be done. I'll be using them again this summer.

They left me blind and unable to find the things I needed I waited to pack until they got here, medicine, toiletries etc. They could have at least stayed and asked before they let if I needed help with anything. They were horrible people, uncaring and empathetic. Of course they were so friendly while making the arrangements'. Everytime I warned them about how much stuff I had they said no problem and that was the first thing they complained about. Im sorry my 5lb dog pooped a pellet on the floor guys but you could have been more helpful then that. I cannot read what I wrote sorry if there are mistakes. Who knows what I signed. why didn't they leave me a copy. They probably had me sign the deposit away and took the blame for the cancellation. This company has no heart.

I hate hate hate writing negative reviews but I felt I needed to after the experience we had with the Greek movers. We have had two people close to use who have used the Greek movers and they both had great experiences so I hope ours was an outlier. Short story: late, 2 of 4 workers super lazy, didn't show up with any tools, almost all furniture got damaged/broken/ripped, over charged us! Long story: 1. They stated they would be there between 7-9, no calls or follow ups that they where running late but they didn't show up until almost 11. 2. They called to say an extra person was recommended for our house since it needed to be packed and moved (going from 3 to 4 people) so I agreed to pay for the 4th person. When they showed up and looked at the house they started telling us that we needed to reschedule and buy the additional premium packing and they wouldn't be helping us pack anything after we where told multiple times through text and phone that they would pack our stuff as long as we had boxes. 3. Two of the guys where great workers but the other two where so slow, sat in the back of the truck playing on their phones and talking. At one point the two guys who where working even asking their partners to help move a desk and they still didn't get off their butts to help. 4. They loaded the truck up so poorly my 2 year old could have done it better, everything was just thrown in, nothing wrapped up or strapped down. Once they finished loaded the larger items they said the truck was full so even though their boss told them to pack boxes they refused, shut the truck door and left. Almost every piece of furniture they moved got damaged, a rip in the back of the couch, broken drawers for the dresser, scratched up and chipped cribs. Then the chairs they put back together at the new house weren't done correctly so I sat in a rocking chair and the back fell off of it! 5. When they left the old house they never replaced the back door they had taken off, they forgot screws to reassemble desks at the new house, they broke a floor transition piece, it was a mess plus it still had so much stuff that could have fit in the moving truck! 6. When I called the owner while the guys where unpacking the lead was lying directly to his boss, I called him out on it and he just shrugged his shoulders and kept saying "ok" to everything the owner asked but then wasn't following through in person. 7. The owner told me he would call and make it up but for a small 3 bedroom house that wasn't even packed up and no large appliances got moved, I paid over 1,300!!!! This was my second time hiring Greek Movers, and once again, they delivered excellent service. I found Greek Movers on Yelp. My first move was local and was reviewed elsewhere. This second experience was for a job relocation to a distant city, and Greek Movers helped me load a 16-foot PODS container while also removing discarded items. They saved me a lot of time and energy with their efficiency and professionalism. From start to finish, communication was clear and responsive. One of the standout aspects of their service was their flexibility. My PODS container was originally scheduled for delivery on Tuesday, 2/25/25, but at 8:30 AM that morning, PODS called last minute to inform me they couldn't deliver it as promised due to "drivers limitations"--even though I had already paid them. Because of PODS' failure of service, I faced much uncertainty and had to reschedule both Greek Movers and my move-out cleaners with less than 24 hours' notice. PODS kept changing their window of delivery and I had to call PODS several times . Greek Movers accommodated the changes without issue while maintaining clear, professional, kind, and understanding communication. Additionally, my discard pile ended up being much larger than I initially described over Yelp messaging. Due to delays on my end, I was not able to provide a photo of the pile beforehand as requested. Despite this, Greek Movers were understanding and quoted me a fair price on the spot. I had mostly packed boxes and bags and minimal furniture. Rafael and Oscar worked quickly and efficiently, and within 2.5 hours, everything was either neatly stacked and secured in the 16-foot PODS container using straps and ties or hauled away for disposal. Their professionalism and adaptability made my move-out process much smoother and less stressful. I found the Greek Movers through Yelp like others and had read their reviews, both the good and the bad so I had some concerns going in but I must admit, they did great work! Had to use them a little over 2 weeks ago for my move from Redlands to Banning. They advised me up front that it would take 2 trips as I had a lot of stuff, which was not an issue with me as they were honest up and front about that and I had somewhat expected that. They scheduled the 2nd trip for the next day, which was more than fine by me as I did not want to have to deal with the 2nd trip on the same day. Overall, I'd say they did a great job! They showed up on time and got right to work. They showed me the timer, stopped the timer and showed me when they took a quick breakfast break, which was no issue with me, and then kept at it till they got my move done. Got a couch up to my 2nd floor in the new home and were able to get it in the far room at the end of a hallway, which I almost thought they wouldn't make it fit but they did so I'm really thankful for that. They worked hard to make sure all my important items arrived on day 1 and we only left the less critical items as well as many heavy potted plants for day 2. Maurice, Kenny, and I can't recall the 3rd person's name (I should have written it down but I didn't get internet until a week later or so I didn't have a chance to write this review sooner). This was my first time hiring a moving company and I'm so glad I chose Greek Movers. I picked my move in date about a week in advance, and began contacting different companies for quotes and questions about the process. Many just replied with their standard quote, or said they were unavailable, or didn't reply at all. However Peter with Greek Movers replied quickly, he was very detailed in their pricing, and he answered all of my questions. On moving day, Luis and Devin showed up about 10 minutes after scheduled time, but called in advance to let me know their ETA, no problem. When they arrived they did a walk through to have me go over which items to take and which were staying. Luis had me start the timer on his phone and they got right to work. Both of them worked very quickly. I will say I was a little disappointed that they did not have wardrobe boxes available, as I didn't yet pack the clothing in my closet. However, they offered to wrap all of my hanging clothes with plastic and move them for me that way. There were also a few items I had not yet packed that I told them don't worry about, I would just move them myself later, but they brought them anyway, which was appreciated. Overall, the move took less than 3 hours, including drive time, and both apartments are upstairs units. Their pricing was very reasonable, and their service was excellent. Long overdue review alert! I moved in February and loved my experience with Greek Movers! So despite moving like 20+ times in my adult life, I've never used movers. I got a few quotes but to be totally honest I went with Greek Movers because I just loved their vibe. Booking them was so easy I kind of wondered if I had missed a step! I am going through a split and wanted this move to be as lighthearted as possible and Greek Movers delivered!! Maurice, Alieu, and Justin showed up to my house right on time, smiling underneath their masks and ready to get to work. They worked so fast and were super careful with my stuff. And really-they were just so sweet and upbeat that it just made this heartbreaking move so much easier. I was actually really nervous about using movers, but they were such pros, and very go with the flow when I was delayed getting the keys to my new place. Bonus points for being cool to my kids and asking about their names (Greek mythology names!) and not being terrified of my huge dog. I very rarely feel like I need to leave reviews, but after my encounter with the Greek Movers I felt compelled to do so. From getting a great quote to moving my entire apartment from Redlands to San Diego they did a superb job. The owner, Peter, was very prompt with allocating resources to help with my move as well as hiring absolute gents who showed up on time and had a great attitude. A lot of heavy lifting was involved i.e refrigerators, couches, safes, dressers and etc. The Greek Movers were diligent, punctual, and a bang for your buck. Yeah there were some scratches here and there but that's what happens when you move and reading previous reviews it sounds like a lot of people want to take advantage of the fact that these young college students who are working hard doing manual labor scratch something and now want services for free or a some sort of reduced price. Let me tell you I've moved multiple times for my job and these guys have been the best service yet. Don't listen to that rhetoric and give these guys a call if you want the job done right. I am very happy with my choice to use the Greek Movers! They were so efficient and were such a lifeline for this last minute move. These guys know what they're doing - we were so impressed how they cleared out our main living space in such a short amount of time. We were prepared to help out but they had a system of their own and it seemed we were just getting in their way. We let the PROS do their job and they moved boxes so quickly. They were courteous enough to let me know about delays in their workday and kept in contact with me. They loaded up the truck and met us at our new place. They got everything back up the stairs at our new apartment and put every box in its designated spot which was really helpful come time to unpack. They come prepared with all the supplies you could need, so don't worry about providing them. Our furniture was wrapped to prevent damage and our televisions were also wrapped with moving blankets. I could go on... but... Good guys, good prices, what's not to like? read more

There is a difference between paying for a service, and paying for a result. My wife and I moved from Redlands to a small town in Northern California. We needed the contents of our home to fit in the few storage units the new town had available. The movers had simply the storage unit dimensions and a visual assessment of the household items to work with. When the moving trucks and trailer arrived, seeing everything, I did my own speculating: my belief was that the day was going to end with the movers following me, with the overflow, to the next town with available storage (over an hour away). I was amazed, relieved, shocked...just plain grateful, that the movers made it work (it all fit!). I guess that's the difference between pros, and me. The two movers I had contact with were a pleasure to work with, very positive, and made for a good atmosphere. My wife said the same for her experience. I have used Greek movers 3 times and their service was acceptable so I referred them to my daughter who was moving approximately 100 miles and they quoted me $1300.00 for the move. They showed up 2 hours late and did a good job but she had to have friends help load because she wanted to be ahead of the traffic. Had they shown up on time that would have not been an issue. When they arrived at her new home I contacted Peter through his worker and told him because it was so late I couldn't drive up there to pay them but they could come by my home and I would pay them in cash. I have used the company 3 times and felt they would trust me. When they arrived at my daughters house the fee doubled to $2500.00 and they would not unload the truck until payment was made. I am not happy with them and I recommend that you don't use them as they are very dishonest! I tried to contact Peter many times and he never responded. read more

Let me tell you about these guys. They showed up and kicked ass. I had another set of movers, but they didn't have time for me today. I was in a panic because I had a storage pod and was scheduled to be picked up tomorrow. So I contacted a few movers and they either had no availability or were priced ridiculously. Scrolling through Yelp I found Greek Movers. Within 10 mins I got a response and they could move me same day! I was delighted! They showed up on time and emptied out my storage unit in under 2 hours. They moved all my things upstairs, and placed in appropriate rooms, all items handled with car, even offered to put my bed together, but my genius self misplaced the screws. Doh! Needed help to accept a shipment at house when I couldn't be there. Someone recommended Greek Movers and Peter immediately answered the call and was very friendly, professional and immediately helpful. On day needed, sent me a young man named Mathew who did a great job keeping in touch, communicating and accepting my shipment. Mathew was polite, but most importantly struck me as an honest person, so when I needed an installation recently but couldn't be there again, I called on very short notice and requested Mathew once more. Peter's brother James answered this time. Same friendliness and without hesitation said they would take care of it. Mathew did a great job again and everything worked out fine. Very grateful these guys were there and made those two situations successful and even pleasant. Have a move happening soon and will definitely call them again! read more

Great experience with these movers! We were given a short time span for moving but I contacted Peter and he booked 4 movers for us right away. He called the day before to confirm...and our lead mover called the morning of to let us know they were on the way. We have twin babies at home and weren't able to get everything packed...the 4 guys not only loaded all of our stuff (neatly wrapped and protected) but they also helped finish our packing. They were all fast and friendly. We downsized from a 4 bed house to a 2 bed apartment (on the 3rd floor!) and ended up needing a storage unit. They even took our stuff and arranged it in there! Best of all they were patient with us and our kiddies. Really great experience with these young hard working guys. Would definitely use them again and definitely recommend them to anyone. read more

Peter had 2 of his guys move me from Redlands to Irvine! I had a good amount of stuff for one person and his boys were able to move me out in around 2.5 hours (including drive time)! They were quick and careful, making sure to wrap anything that wasn't in a box and neatly organized everything in the garage at my new place! They are super honest guys and even stopped their timer when had to stop for gas. Extremely satisfied and happy and the prices were great. Definitely give these guys a try, they're hard-working young students and recent-graduates that have a great attitude! This is the second time I've hired Greek Movers and they are 2/2 on satisfaction. I always tell my family to hire these guys when they need stuff moved and I will continue to whenever I need to move! Once again Greek movers didn't disappoint! This is the best moving company I have ever used! I have had to use them multiple times over the past year, I have moved more times than I would like to but they are always available and at short notice! This time I had Kenny and Maurice, they were awesome! Very friendly and made my not so nice move an easy day for me! Going through a divorce so it wasn't a pleasant experience but they made it super easy and helped me so much! I will be moving again in April/March cuz I'm building a home, and I will def be using them again! I already told them, get ready we are gonna do this one more time!!!! Imagine upon your moving day you find out your scheduled (well known international) moving company isn't coming, thats exactly what happened the day after Christmas. I was beyond panicking because how could I find movers to come on the same day after a major holiday?! Greek movers were our lifesavers. Peter was so calm with me assuring that he will have movers come the same day and help my family of four move over 250 miles. Within an hour I got a call saying they were on their way. Of course it snowed throughout the day, but that didn't stop these studs. My family and I are so incredibly grateful to Peter and especially to Drew, Israel, Nigel and Kevin for taking on such a challenge and for being polite and professional the whole time. We had an extremely positive experience with Greek Movers! They were able to quickly accommodate our move date, even when we rescheduled last minute. Our movers Tyler and Josh worked quickly, efficiently, and handled quite a bit of problem solving when it came to moving in the dark and getting our refrigerator and dryer to fit in our new home. Our entire moving process has been a bit of a nightmare in general, and I felt extremely reassured when when they showed up on time, worked quickly, and took great care with our belongings. I felt the price was extremely fair and reasonable as well. They moved my entire house under 2hr, price was the best I could fine and I love that I just took picture and send it over then they sent over my price! I contacted them 9am everything was so last min they got to me by 10:30am! They communicated the entire time until they arrived at my house! They also helped me pick the right size storage and I was so greatful for BENNY and JOSEPH pls if u guys book and get these two men be nice treat them with love and respect and pls offer them water or something to drink! Kenny and Eli were fabulous! Request these two guys if you get a chance. Both men were respectful, kind, and extremely efficient. They were able to fit all of our furniture for a 5 bedroom house into a pod and a half (the small 12 ft ones...), saving plenty of room for the rest of our stuff (the furniture included a piano and an 8 person dining table). Further, they finished our whole house in about 4 hours, and they made sure to wrap everything in plastic to help protect it while stored. They even helped disassemble my kids bunk beds, and desks so that they would fit through the doors carefully wrapping all related hardware with the furniture for when they come back for reassembly. Definitely the best experience I have had with movers. read more
