I had a major three story fire at one of my rental properties in April...nearly $175,000 worth of damages! Needless to say, it's been very stressful. Within days of the fire, I met with ATI Project Manager, Phillip, who spent over two hours on his initial visit with me to discuss the renovation and offer me his valuable expertise. This wasn't just about emergency water and fire clean-up. I needed a company that could handle everything from start to finish....engineering, permitting, framing, electrical, plumbing, exterior and interior renovations, etc. Talking to Phillip was like talking to a trusted friend. He put me at ease, without making a bunch of unrealistic promises like so many other contractors are willing to do just to get the job. Everybody from ATI was very professional and provided outstanding customer service, especially Frank, the on-site project superintendent. I can't say enough good things about him! He is a very good natured guy and it was a real pleasure dealing directly with him throughout the entire project. I'm not the easiest person in the world to please, but Frank and the rest of the team at ATI did a fantastic job meeting and exceeding my expectations. The best news...the tenants moved back in today...just 4 months after the fire department arrived to put out the fire! The place looks as good as it ever has. I'm so pleased with the way it turned out. ATI came through on budget, and on schedule. They aren't the least expensive general contractor, nor are they the most expensive. ATI was sent to my 87-year old mother's home to pack up the contents of her home AFTER demolition and asbestos removal. Needless to say, it should have happened the other way around, and I was facing an overwhelming mess. (This failure was on the part of Allstate....not ATI). When Allstate recognized their error, they called in ATI immediately. All I can say is "Thank God." ATI's staff was truly a Godsend. They were amazingly efficient, but more importantly, they were warm, understanding and compassionate. They stayed on task, packing and boxing, taking inventory, taking pictures. A finely tuned operation. My thanks go out to the amazing team: Maria Valtierra (lead), Francisca Sanchez, Roberto Arellano, Erick Salgado, Joseph Campos, and Richard Gutierrez. After the fires in Ventura began to subside, we needed to have our rental house smoke abated. Because we were trying to help a family who had lost everything move in quickly, the work needed to be done immediately. We have nothing but high praise for ATI, and especially the two employees, Nick Colletti and Alex Manguia who were on site the day after our call for help. Nick, especially was most helpful in answering all our questions, carefully walking us through the procedues for setting up the equipment, and getting the house readied for occupancy right away. I have nothing but the greatest of praise and thanks for Nick and Alex's work. Their professionalism, knowledge of craft, and concern for our situation, speaks volumes as to this company's work ethic and concern for its customers. Great service, great results. In response to the above 1-Star comment/complaint, at the time of the inspection of the property, the owner, tenant, and/or representative had not hired the services of a third party industrial hygienist to assist in supplying a protocol for proper clean up procedures to the home, due to a sewer flood loss to a portion of the home. A previous contractor was hired to perform the bacteria clean up prior to contacting ATI. However, for whatever reason decided they did not want to complete the job themselves. ATI recommended to the party involved that a third part consultant be contacted, but was declined. ATI therefore, furnished the individuals with three very capable contractors that could do the work that was being asked in an attempt to assist the parties involved. read more

I am a fire victim and I can't say enough good things about ATI. From a very organized Phillip Johnson who kept us weekly informed with intelligent progress reports to the very charming Frank Gongora the project manager who was sooooooo professional and detailed. I found a that my toilet supply line had been leaking for about 2 weeks. The light in the bathroom had been out so we were not using it much. We found the leak 5 hours before we had to leave to go out of town. ATI was quick and responsive and resolved the problem. There was a big mix up because the tech did stated that the job would be about $1000, however what was submitted to my ins was significantly higher. I spoke with Buck, the regional manager, and we got everything resolved. Buck really made every effort to make sure I was satisfied with their service which I appreciate. ATI does great work. If the tech does quote a price make sure they write it down to avoid any confusion. read more

My house flooded on April 1st, I called ATI which was recommended by my house insurance, They were at my house in the morning the same day my house flooded. Mike Saykally was the project manager and took charge and made everything happen. He was my advocate in dealing with my insurance company. He took care of all my needs and made this disaster more manageable. He had my house done and ready to move in in a little over a month. He kept me informed on the progress of the repairs.
