So we had our house cleaned by this company and though they did an OK job. Firstly, it was hard to communicate our needs and/or concerns with them because of a language barrier. Though they did a great job at the basic cleaning elements but we paid for a deep cleaning and didn't get that. They missed our entire mudroom , baseboards weren't cleaned, cob webs were still around the house, ceiling fans were not cleaned and much more. We had to go behind them and do a lot of cleaning, especially since they put dirty rugs on top of everything (tub, toilet, etc.), which made them dirty again. The house was neat when they left but not clean. We didn't have time to go back and forth with them via translation with the phone so we let them leave. read more

I don't usually give bad reviews but this company deserve to be known. This is the second time I use them. First time with a larger single family home (4 bedrooms, living room, dining room, office)that the cleaning crew did a great job. So I have a smaller townhosue (3 bedrooms), I texted the guy and we agreed on a set price. When I received the text stating he will charge me more then we agreed, I was furious. This smaller townhouse which was already vacant and needs only the surface wipe down and carpet cleaned. The owner says it has more area. I told him 3 bedrooms townhouse with stairs. He though its 3 areas. When it comes to inspect the work. If they really did put the extra mile to clean the house. I might have let him have that extra charge. But the hardwood floor was not even cleaned!! The owner has to use 2 towels and his feet to mob it. I Do not trust people who will agree on a price and change it whenever they want. read more

My goodness the team did such an amazing job I just have to share with everyone!!! My loft was DIRTY and disgusting....enough for me to feel so uncomfortable. I also have 4 cats and 3 litter boxes. Initial follow up and scheduling was prompt. We agreed on a DEEP clean because we're getting ready to put our house on the market. When I was quoted a price, I was provided a list of everything that they clean for that price. It definitely did not all get done and just looked like a regular clean I'd do weekly if I could fit it in. However, I will take full accountability for telling the person who cleaned that "everything looked good" when they were leaving, so that's on me. Honestly, I felt rushed and pressured and didn't have enough time to check all of the things we expected would be done before they left (they were already packed up and one of the them was already standing by their car). Baseboards were still a mess (esp kitchen), light switches still dirty, stainless steel looked terrible, marks left on the bathroom floor that I was able to wipe up simply with a paper towel, and the front of all of the kitchen cabinets looked like they weren't even touched. I specifically pointed out that the cabinets needed extra attention due to grease buildup in the indents on the front of them. I ended up spending the next morning doing a good, detailed cleaning on the cabinets myself with a little effort! The glass on the back door wasn't touched. Basics like tub, toilet, countertops were cleaned. But we're just disappointed for the price. Lesson learned on my part to REALLY check things in detail before cleaners leave. I found this company through Google and Yelp reviews. I like most of you was extremely skeptical because we all know how hard it is to find great cleaners. I mean nobody can clean your house as good as you can, right? But I mean just to find someone DECENT was a challenge. After experiencing so many disappointments with several other large well known cleaning companies, we decided to give this one a chance. We had sworn off cleaning companies overall but were in a bind with time and needed to hire someone quick. We found this company and they had a spot open for Friday. Perfect!
