Amazing service by a gentleman named Shan. He fixed a cracked screen on my iPhone 7. Will definitely use them again in the future.

This place took $169 ($20 more than we were told over the phone after they looked at the computer) to do NOTHING on my son's computer. They "fixed" it twice over a period of many WEEKS and each time we picked it up, it was doing the EXACT same thing that it was doing before taking it to them!! The first time I wanted to pick up the computer after they "fixed" it, I called ahead to make sure that someone was there. They assured me that they were open, but when I showed up 15 minutes later, NO ONE was there!! I waited for an additional 15 minutes before I gave up. We finally took the computer to another shop who charged $50 to figure out the issue in a couple of days. This place is a joke. read more

Rip Off DON'T GO HERE, Needed my macbook pro 2016 screen replaced they were charging me $950, i went to CPR Repair Shop instead and they charged me $449.99 for everything including labor. That's More than DOUBLE the price. These guys are some of the most scummiest repair shop owners i've come across. Go to CPR repair shop in Buford instead. read more

Me and my wife came to the business inquiring about a cracked screen on her iPhone 7 Plus, The gentleman looked at the damages the phone; he quoted us $ 79.99. 30 minutes later we come back to pick up the phone, my wife inspect the phone to make sure everything is working fine then puts the phone away. We pay and we leave, afterwords we decided to go to ICON a few stores down. As my wife is using the phone, she notices a huge difference in colors and brightness; the colors don't look as vibrant. We headed to the store to discuss the issue with the phone, the gentleman informed us that the screen replacement was not the original one from Apple. We would of better made our decision if we have known this information prior to deciding on replacing the screen. The Gentleman at first gave us a hard time, making it seem as we were wasting his time. He suggested on getting us the original Apple Iphone 7 Plus screen, he did mention it will be more expensive; which we were fine with. We did not appreciate how business was conducted and how important information was left out. We had him replace the old screen, which took 15 minutes; mind you we were there waiting as he was doing it. We got our full refund and left. We will not be returning to this business and we recommend you the customer not to waste your time here. The Gentleman who assisted us was " Shawn ". First of all, is there a way I can give no stars at all? They don't even deserve one star. Very unprofessional and deceiving. Seriously, take your computers else where if you want to see and use it again. I dropped off my Sony laptop on October 17th, 2013. They said they need to order a new motherboard and it will be ready by Monday. Costs more than $200. Fine, I gave them a week and went back to check on it because I didn't hear from them. October 24th, they told me it's not ready. Motherboard has arrived but they didn't install it. It will be ready in two days. I got their phone number so I can call before wasting my trip going up there. I called on Saturday, they said it's still not ready. This time, they said my laptop has other problems like liquid inside. He needs more time and will call back Monday to let me know the status. Monday comes, no call. It's exactly been two weeks, I called to check on the status. I talked to the manager, asking him what's going on? His first response, "You want me to fix it or not? If not, take it back." I was like Excuse me? What kind if attitude is that? I called to try to find out what's going on and be being so defensive. He then said that my laptop has pee inside and there are many other components broken. I said pee? What the heck? How is that impossible? I take really good care of the laptop and I opened the laptop myself before bringing it to him, there was no liquid. So, I asked him why they didn't follow up with me? He's response, "I have spent too much time on your laptop, when it's ready I'll call you and that might be next week." I asked him if it's fixable? His response again, "if I can fix it then it's fixable, if not, you come pick it up." Wow! Is this how a business people talk these days? Specially a manager, he might even be the owner. I told him, I'm filing a complaint. He's last response, "you do whatever you want!" I just feel I've been deceived. Even though, I haven't pay thank goodness, I feel my time was wasted and my laptop is a goner after all the evaluations he did. I probably have to save money to buy a new laptop because I doubt this one is functioning now after he evaluated. I will next time take it to geek squad or some other companies who talks to customers like crap. So rude! So unprofessional, and so inexperience. read more

Talk about professionalism, these people are amazing when it comes to fixing electronics. this is like one-stop shop for all my electronics. Amazing service and affordable prices. Very honest and know what they are doing. please do yourself a favor and go there before you go to a place where people behind the counter are learning on your devices. Took my iphone to them in late march and it was fixed in a couple of hours with no problems. These guys came in highly recommended from a friend and will definitely recommend them to others. read more
