While traveling through, we Choose a local business over a chain restaurant to support local. We arrived at 8:29 p.m. (31 minutes before closing). Was told by female counter attendant they were behind on orders and could NOT take mine because they could NOT get to it before closing. I was not asked what I wanted to order. I could have gotten a to-go order if they needed to close up on time. The visible workers appeared to be idle in the kitchen to be so busy. There was only one person in the dining area. It is unknown if they were waiting on an order or hanging out. Thirty minutes prior to closing is plenty of time to make an order of wings and a sandwich? I may have left a positive review if not rejected without sufficient cause. These employees are stealing from the business turning customers away 30 minutes before closing. read more

These are top notch wings and I eat a lot of wings. Cooked perfectly, medium had some nice kick and great flavor. Family really enjoyed their boneless bbq flavor and the sliders. Ranch was great too. Can see why this place was busy when I went. Give them they flowers. read more

First off, the food. The medium wings were tasty. The fries - limp. We sat in their dog friendly patio, and it hasn't been cleaned in a VERY long time. It was a decent 6- table outdoor space, probably 12' x 30' with weeds 4' high growing through the paver stones and huge piles of fallen leaves and junk. If this is what the employees, manager, and owner deem an acceptable outdoor dining space, I'd hate to see the kitchen. read more

We had these delivered for lunch one day, and they were THE BOMB. They put SO many in a to go container, it's insane. They definitely load you up. I tried the BBQ, medium Buffalo (not spicy at all), and the herb garlic (?) and they were all the bomb. Especially the herb one, I could have eaten a million of them. We got the teriyaki and honey bbq wings with regular fries and the food is good. The girl at the register was very nice and wore a mask, but none of the kitchen staff or other patrons were wearing masks at all. I ordered food to go and the fries as you can see in the picture didn't come in a closed off bag so they were cold and soggy when I got home unfortunately. This is the second time we've done to-go at this restaurant. The first time we were so blown away and devoured everything, that I forgot to get a picture. This time, was just as good. The online ordering process is flawless. My husband has gotten the ATL spicy dry rub both times and loves. My favorite so far is either the sweet tangy sauce or the ranch dry rub. But of all we have tried, there hasn't been anything we haven't liked. The staff has always been quick and friendly. I am glad an ATL Wings has opened in Flagstaff. 2 stars because the food is almost always delicious. However, my gripe is with the service that followed my order. I ordered online and my boyfriend went to pick it up. I ordered a combo, which obviously comes with a drink. They didn't hand my boyfriend the drink, and he didn't realize until he got home. No problem, I decided to call to get a refund for the drink I PAID FOR and did not receive. When I called, I was very apologetic and understanding, said please and thank you. The manager/owner was not nice AT ALL. He asked whose fault it was over and over, implying it was either my fault for not asking for a cup or his employee's fault for not handing me a cup. Did it have to be anyone's fault??! Could I have just easily been given back my money since I paid for something I did not get? Didn't seem like a big issue! Kind of on a whim I gave this place a try. I was very pleasantly surprised! The wings are actually very good and the cajun seasoned cheese fries are BOMB! There are a ton of flavors to choose from catering to those that love the spice and those that don't. They have other items besides wings, but we love wings in our house so we haven't branched out much with other menu selections. The restaurant is small and unassuming, but it works. The people are friendly and the place is clean. I will say, I think they may want to up their staff on big game days, we ordered a day ahead for super bowl and though we had selected a pick up time, we had to wait almost another half hour beyond that to get our food. The place was packed and I know they had the kitchen working hard, but I think they could probably streamline the process a bit more so they don't have such a pile up. read more

Finally! Good wings in Flagstaff! ATL Wings is tucked away in one of the easier places to get into on Milton. If you're local, you know. That is a big win because I foresee many more trips here for takeout. Curbside is available on their website which is a big win, but if you do need to go in there is sanitizer available. Okay, let's get to the food.... dang.... the french fries were a cross between fresh fair fries and Wing Stop. I'm not a fan of Wing Stop fries, too salty, but ATL made them perfect. We had both ATL fries and regular. ATL felt hot to me, but I'm a baby. My wife is Hispanic, she and our daughters thought I was funny for sweating. This is my 1st negative review....but 1/2 of the order had to be thrown out as it was not edible. The spicy chicken sandwich was way overcooked. The chicken was leather and the bun was so hard you could not bite into it. We also got the plate of fries with cajun seasoning for $12.50. They were so old and hard and also inedible. They gave us the wrong wings. We ordered traditional & got boneless. The wings were decent, but I would not recommend them - particularly for the price. The best thing we ordered was the rootbeer and the salad, lol. We spend over $100 for a few wings, a sandwich, fries, a salad, and 4 sodas. We ordered carry out, so I called them and they said that there was no manager on duty and they would "call me back this week". Our first time enjoying the ATL Wings. We placed a to-go order. We ordered 2 sets of a dozen wings. We tried the medium sauce on our traditional wings and the honey bbq on the boneless wings. We loved both flavors and wing styles! We also ordered the ATL fries! They were AMAZING! The bacon and cheese was an amazing combination! I would highly recommend ordering them! ATL wings is a long needed and deserved wing place for flagstaff. If you wanted anything similar to ATL wings, you would have to go on campus and school would have to be open, but theres no parking on campus. Wings and things isn't only accessible and delicious, it is authentic. A breath of fresh air with affordable prices and great flavors. Its not a bar but they do show the popular sports games and have their own brewed beer. Even if your not into wings, i would suggest stopping here and giving it a try. My girlfriend and I stayed in Flagstaff at the beginning of January 2021 to visit the Grand Canyon, and were interested in trying this wing place since it was close by our AirBnB. My girlfriend and myself are spicy food lovers and can handle quiet a heavy amount of spicy, so we went all out and got the Spicy ATL sauce and Toxic sauce and MAN, this stuff is spicy. I was tearing up and my girlfriend thought it was pretty spicy, and her spice tolerance is the highest I've ever seen. We ordered our wings extra wet, and they were fantastic. We will definitely go back if we visit Flagstaff again. The fries that we got alongside the wings were sub-par (really soggy, not crispy at all really) so I think if we go back we'll stick to just wings. Still giving 5-stars as we believe these are the best wings we've ever tried, because of the insane spicy flavor these wings have. read more

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed the wings here and the kool aid ofc! We have been a few times now and the owners are so sweet and truly care about their business and service. The women that has helped us order is so friendly! She even remembered us when we came back the second time. They Have a good boneless wings deal on Wednesday and their sauces are unique and delicious. I also really like that their chicken isn't gross or fatty like most places. My husband, parents, and I just got to try ATL wings last weekend, as they just opened here in town. It's nice to have another wing place other than Buffalo Wild Wings, just having new options is always a plus. We got our order to go- my mom got garlic parmesan boneless wings, my dad ordered medium traditional wings, my husband ordered garlic parmesan traditional wings, and I did a small salad with added buffalo chicken in medium sauce. All four of us were pleased with our meals. The medium sauce had a slow burn that sprung up after a few bites. My mom has a more mild palette and enjoyed the garlic parmesan very much. My parents agreed that the boneless wings were the big "win"- meaty and juicy and flavorful and crisp. In terms of cost, I compared it side by side with BWW, and the cost is the same for what you're ordering. We all agreed we would go there again! read more

My boyfriend and I have been before and it was pretty good. We went again today and the service was pretty bad. The girl taking our order was short are rude, every table had crumbs or sauce on it and it was absolutely silent except for music being played in the kitchen. My boyfriend got the lemon pepper boneless wings and he could not finish them . The lemon flavoring tasted like sweet artificial dessert flavor and his wings where soggy despite them being a dry rub.
