We gave them another try, mainly because they are the only wing spot in Flagstaff and.... our wings did not come out extra crispy as we requested. But worse than that their wings are crazy greasy, so much all of us got upset stomachs from how greasy they were. And it seemed like they mixed all our wings in the spicy atl seasoning then realize part of it was supposed to be garlic parmesan and they just tossed the spicy atl with the garlic parmesan. They were nasty. We tried them repeatedly since they opened but man it's like a huge hit or miss. The grease ain't worth the stomach ache. Try at your own risk. read more

Customer service was awesome! The girl taking our order even let us try the sauce before we decided! The bones less wings were huge for the price! They were the perfect amount of crispy! The fries were delicious not worth the 10$ I would've rather got more wings and a side of fries but still yummy! For-sure go ATL style on the fries! Good environment! The TV had sports games on! Another solid ATL location! My husband and I were happy to notice the shop when we were driving down Milton during our small vacation to Flagstaff -- we love ATL back home. We tried the Cajun BBQ sauced traditional wings (can't go wrong with their Honey Habanero or the Medium or Hot sauce options) which were great. When they say their whole operation revolves around their sauces, it is the truth! Also the wings that ATL uses are good-sized, good quality, good amount of meat (speaking in regards to the traditional option, bone-in wings) so you really cannot go wrong. *Update* Just wanted to let people know that Becca at ATL talked to me and I can see how caring the staff was to make things right. I've been back three times since my mishaps without letting them know about my history and all three times were great including a SuperBowl Sunday order when they were slammed. Zero hiccups with the order, my wings were hot, crispy, and I was greeted by friendly staff despite how busy they were. There's a few reasons I visit ATL and the customer attention is a big part on top of the fantastic food. I didn't want preferential treatment, I just wanted the excellent experience I've come to expect from ATL and they delivered. As I said before, I LOVE ATL WINGS, and will continue to give such a great restaurant my business and hope those reading this do the same. I have to start this off with that I love ATL Wings. I have been going to them down in Phoenix and Chandler for years and consider them my favorite wings in Arizona. With that being said, the Flagstaff location could use some work. I always get my tradition wings with the Spicy ATL rub and I haven't wavered in the past 4-5 years. Unfortunately, the past 3 out of 4 to-go orders from the past few months were messed up. The first time, I got wings that didn't appear to be fully cooked. Despite some groveling, I needed to reheat them when I got home so I just tossed them in my airfryer for a bit. The next visit I got perfect wings. On my third visit, the receipt said spicy but I got the regular rub. Again, I still enjoyed my wings but would have preferred what I ordered. Finally, on my most recent order today, I again got regular rub instead of spicy. The receipt this time said regular rub though so the cashier must have misheard me or hit the wrong button. I love ATL Wings, without these errors I would give 5 stars, that's a lot of mess ups in the past few visits. I'll continue to visit the Flagstaff location but I'll be only getting them for dine in now as I can correct a future possible issue while I'm there. read more

With all due respect, I can't speak to what's "ordinary" or "hard for you to believe." All I know is what I experienced. Like I've said before, I've had generally good experiences with ATL before which is why I was surprised with what I got. Having said that, I did end up calling the store and speaking with a manager (I'm sorry I forgot his name but he was great and very helpful). I was told I would get a call back so that they could help refund me for the garlic parmesan wings and the man who I spoke to then was patient and helpful as well. read more

It's a solid 3-star wing spot. I had traditional wings, some with garlic pepper (super salty, couldn't tAst any garlic) and ATL rub (they said it was Cajun but I didn't taste it at all). Wings themselves were good quality and cooked perfectly. It's worth a try I'd say since they have a ton of flavors, I wouldn't recommend these two though. Fantastic wings! I'm a FLG local of 20 years & have likely tried almost all of the wing options in town. The deep fried biscuits with honey we also great. I work across the street, got my order to go and nothing was soggy. Both the dry rub and sweet red sauce were full of great flavor. That said, 12 small wings & 2 biscuits for about $18.50 isn't really sustainable for a midweek lunch so likely won't become a regular. I understand it's all made from scratch but that's still steep even in FLG. If my boss wants to pay, however, I'll be all in! read more

Unlike a previous "I am very disappointment" review, I found the staff accommodating, and the wings tasty. Especially the dry ATL style. Do I wish the price of a basic combo could be less? Yes, of course, but all the same Flag has needed a more modern wing place for a while, especially as the New Times has just released a good review of the Valley's best wing spots, and it still makes Flag look 20 years behind. I'm sad to have lost Coppa Cafe but this is a good addition. read more

This was a rather disappointing experience, the sauces were pretty standard, but the wings were the real downside. I got an order of traditional and asked for extra crispy, they were anything but. Absolutely delicious food! At the prompting of a coworker who has been a loyal fan of the valley locations, we decided to try it out when they opened in Flagstaff. He could not have been more correct! The food was outstanding! I tried the Chef's Special bone in wings and ATL style fries, my wife had the honey BBQ boneless with bacon and beans. Our two year old had my deep fried biscuits with powdered sugar, of which I got try a bite and they were phenomenal! Great food all around, down to the fresh and cold bleu cheese and ranch that came with our wings. High points across the board for all of it! After driving for long hours we decide to stop to ATL wings Flagstaff last night ( Saturday 27th ) , what a big disappointment my husband ordered the hot chicken sandwich / bbq wings and i got the two pieces combo , the chicken was extremely burnt the hamburger buns was cold and hard the lettuce looks old , my chicken breast was burnt from outside and pink the inside , completely disgusting and disappointed, I'm sure they know who I am because we left the food in the table so they see it and left , we spent almost $40 in food that went straight to the trash , forgot to mention the French fries cold over cooked almost burnt too ... girls in the register was friendly but after waiting 27 minutes for a nasty meal we never going back to that place again ... does the owner of this place taste the food they're cooking ? read more

No we had to keep calling because nobody picked up the phone. It took about an hour before we could get any one in the phone. The manager said he didn't understand why it took so long to talk to someone because they weren't that busy. He got on the phone and told us there wasn't much he could do. I consider myself a wing guy. I try most places wings and depending on how good they are I go back. I went two days in a row! I feel as if this place is not the best out of flagstaff. In Flag, they don't know how to properly cook or sauce their wings. I get wings that have barely any sauce to where I should have gotten a dry rub style and/or where the chicken is too fried that it's not edible or enjoyable. I have had MANY ATL Wings from other establishments and do not have this problem. Every time I have gone, I got a crappy batch it seems like AND the fries are always the crappy end of the fries, too cooked or undercooked or too salted. I've tried to come multiple times and different times of the day and it just does not hit like it does down in phx. Only thing they have been getting right is the kool aid. The Flagstaff location has been my only experience with the franchise. I am a big fan of BWW but lately they've been too busy and the quality has suffered. I have to say though, ATL is better than BWW on their best day! I've only started going here within the last month, and I've probably been in almost ten times, lol. Medium and Garlic Parmesan are my go to. I could not find anything online and non of the staff have been able to tell me which sauces are sugar free though (on Keto). The only "negative" comment I have is I tried to call to ask about carry out at 8:30pm, thirty minutes before closing. The cashier asked to put me on hold and left me on hold for 7-10 minutes before I hung up. My impression was they did not want to fulfill an order that close to closing, which I would've understood if they just told me rather than leave me on hold. Of course, that is my impression so I can't say if it's true or not, and I don't hold it against them for the purposes of this review. The ONLY reason this is not a five star review is because of how expensive the fountain drinks are! It's like $3.49 for a 12 ounce cup that you can get for less than a dollar like anywhere else. It's definitely a consideration when you are already spending $15 on a ten piece traditional wing order. I'm not sure if the prices are set by "corporate" or if the franchisee or owner has any input. read more

We were greeted when we walked in by who most likely was the owner, a very friendly guy. The cashier was very friendly. We ordered boneless bbq wings and fries, the fries were delicious and the wings were the best Dawn has ever had. Definitely a great place if you want some wings. read more

Wife loves the lemon pepper dry seasoning. I say the chipotle bbq is the bomb. We haven't tried all of the flavors yet, so things may change. Fried biscuits for dessert were good, but very rich.
