I just had this most bizarre encounter at your power and main location that has me totally baffled. First let me start by saying I LOVE YALL WINGS. And specifically come to this location (use to a lot) because there was this manager that was so engaging and just set and created the experience, really amazing guy. Nonetheless, on 11/4/2023 around 11am, I placed my first order it was roughly $25 and when the woman (no idea her name) handed me the kids drink the entire top of the drink had soda on the lid. I went to grab it from her and when I did I tilted it to let the drink on top of the lid waste on the ground instead of myself or my truck. When I did this she wasn't paying attention to handing it to me and a couple drops hit her finger (I can't tell you if it was from me tilting the drink or because SHE OVER FILLED THE DRINK. NEVERTHELESS, she made like an "huh" sound rolled her eyes and shut the window on me. I thought it was rude but let it go. When leaving I realized I got wings instead of tenders for the kids meal, so I came back to the store, through the drive thru and told them I meant to order the tenders. I saw the lady helping the people in front of me but when I pulled up she had someone else come to the window. He took my card charged me then the manager comes. And I'm sorry but you guys can't be serious? His audacity is what made me want to lose it completely. The very young man said sir can I ask you a question, confused I said sure he said "did you throw some of that drink on my employee"? WHEN I TELL YOU I WAS SO DISTURBED AND DISAPPOINTED that he asked me this question, so, I said "you can't be serious" he's like no I am. Listen at this point, I get it. I understand you want to protect your employees, but, what is even that sir? You really tried me on level that I never expected. First and foremost most, she had gloves on.....I paid $30 for this overpriced food that you got wrong to begin with and then to you're going to literally create a hostile environment by entertaining this delusional employee of yours? What in the world would possess him to even approach me like that is weird and so unprofessional and I hope someone teaches both of them basics of customer Service. Also, you have camera footage. Awful location. We placed an order online for pickup 3 hours before we actually needed to pick up the order. We showed up and it took them 50 minutes to bring out our order. What is the point of having an online platform to order ahead if your restaurant can't even have the food out on time? There were several others waiting for their food as well in our same situation and just as frustrated. We have not had this issue at other ATL wing locations so I'm assuming this is the norm for this location. Whatever manager is running this location and their employees clearly don't have a clue on operating a business efficiently. It's fast food NOT rocket science. This was a first visit to this location. Kind of skeptical because it kind of always looks closed. Still wanted to try. The female cashier was nice enough. Greeted quickly and attended to between drive thru orders perfectly fine. The issue was the food itself unfortunately. I ordered and paid for all flats on my combo of garlic parm and lemon pepper. As you can see i got 4 out of 10 flats only. When I checked before leaving the leg was covered. Any way not that big a deal but THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO FLAVOR TO EITHER DRY RUB. Barely any there at all. Chicken was chewy and over fried. The fries end of the bag clearly. Small peices and crumbs and no atl seasoning as asked for. This was a TO Go order so disappointed to get home and be very underwhelmed. Ranch was not ranch tasted like mayo. Done with this place. I've come here at least 3x a month for the last 6 months and it's only gotten worse and worse. I've resorted to doing online orders since they never seem to pick up the phone. I order ahead in plenty of time and regularly show up 5-10 minutes past the scheduled pick up time. The last 3 visits I walk in and no one is at the front counter or comes out and I'm usually waiting for at last 5 additional minutes. 2 times ago, my order just sat there in the window so long that I just went and grabbed it and left. No one even noticed. This week, I arrive 5 minutes after the scheduled pick up time. I wait for 2 minutes before starting the timer below to see how long it takes. After 3.5 more minutes a girl walks out and tells me my order isn't ready. I explain it was supposed to be ready 12 minutes ago. She says that online orders aren't priority but they are working on that. Not "priority"? Weird. I didn't see that on the online order form or posted anywhere. That's a strange policy. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I gave this place 3 chances and each time my experience has gotten progressively worse. The food here is okay but overpriced for what you get. Today I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and a fry for lunch and it was $18. To top it off I got home and they forgot my sauce for the sandwich and the fries were cold. The sandwich was average and very underwhelming and seemed like it has been sitting out for awhile. My other gripe with this place is that they make you sign an iPad when paying where it automatically prompts for a tip. To bypass the tip you have to select "other", hit "0" and then fumble back to the sign in screen while hanging out your car window. It would be nice to see contactless payment. After taking some time away I decided to give this location a try again. Glad I did because it seems like they've got things turned around! ATL is consistent with their wings. Not my absolute favorite but definitely in the top 3. I know I'm always going to get a good meal here. nothing really stood out that put this location above and beyond or over the top until I was on my way out. Don't get me wrong, the place is clean, the service was great, the food was great. No complaints whatsoever. However, on my way out one of the employees named Richard said "thanks for coming in we appreciate your business". I walked outside and I was thinking about that. It blew me away because I haven't heard that in so long. How many businesses truly appreciate their customers. Usually the service dictates their true appreciation for customers but hearing it really made me realize how powerful that truly is. Worker couldn't even put his phone down to greet me. $63+ order all shoved into one bag. This resulted in a busted ranch lid and a busted bean lid. OK where do I start? The price isn't the worst nor the best, but I would highly recommend going to valley wings or even wings from Little Caesars for that matter which is sad ASF. Ended up in this place sadly because valley wings in Apache Junction is now closed and I was unaware until arriving there. Now, because I didn't want to drive 34 minutes to the next valley wings, we ended up in this place. 15 minute drive time and 30 minutes wait time is actually how long it took to get my food and that is from the moment I walked thru the door straight to the counter to the lady Delivering my food to my table, which was probably the nicest thing of the whole experience. I got a drumstick, probably the size of a chicken tender, immediately I just left it to the side as I knew it was gonna be undercooked and somewhat of a watery texture. Some of the other wings had a little bit of that texture as well and after eating 5 1/2 wings I had to stop eating as I got grossed out. I then proceeded to pick up the tender wing as I call it and began to shred it with my fingers and sure enough it had some blood. I thought about addressing the issue to someone up in the front, but even with all four staff members in the kitchen, somehow they still managed to give orders all late. For instance there was a DoorDash delivery driver who had been waiting for sometime for what ended up being two orders, and when he got his first he asked how much longer would it take for the order to be ready. A staff member said oh we're just bagging that order right now and it must've been a hell of a bag because it took about 10 minutes for the guy to get his order. Last but not least I walked my self to the bathroom so I can wash up, but I immediately got kicked out by the stench of sewer coming out of the piping. My wife and I thought about taking leftovers for later, but after that, we just got up and left and won't be coming back...pardon my french but fuck this place. read more

I do recommend this restaurant for wings. I do takeout when I order from them and usually order a twelve piece order of wings. I went there today and ordered my usual however when I got home which is about ten minutes away I found the wing tough and barely warm. Not sure what happened today, different cook???
