Lunch time ebbs and flows so be mindful of that when stopping in. I love love love chicken wings & French fries, if I could have it for lunch and dinner every day without getting fat, I would totally do it! I've been a few times now whenever the mood hits. They have very good wings when compared to the other wing specific chain nearby and the pizza joint in the same shopping center. I haven't explored the entire menu but what I like is the size of the wings, they are always cooked well (you can order regular or way over done like a lot of places), and they offer many sauce and rub options. The fries are really good too imo, but many may consider them overcooked. I'm more of a traditionalist and prefer Buffalo style most of the time, so the bad is that the Bleu Cheese dressing is some watered down commercially available version with no real flavor, and no celery sticks come with the wings. At the end of the day, really good wings and food for the price. Why 3 stars? They're chicken wings! I doubt a trained chef could produce a chicken wing worthy of 5 stars. Check them out. Edited to add that you can order all drums or all flats. One large order I placed came about 75% drums to my dissatisfaction. When I questioned them over email was told that if you don't order one or the other, they'll be random. Huh??? I've made my own wings for years and know the parts....drum, flat, tip. It only seems logical if you don't want all of one or the other that they would come equally split......as if the chickens were being broken down to prepare them.....that may be just me though. No reply button that I could find......No need to make it right, just a strange business model overall for the traditionalist. ATL wings messed up my order and by accidentally gave me the Spicy ATL instead of the Regular ATL. I let them know about it and they corrected my order for free the next time I went back. Online system needs a lot of work. It doesn't tell you how long the wait is until you pay. Well tonight, it was an hour, order ready by 8:20. We decided to wait. Drove over a few minutes early and called to see if maybe it could be ready. Fair enough, the answer was "we will try". Waited until 8:35, still not ready. Asked for a refund and the older lady at the counter pointed to another employee and said "He'll deal With you." Really? God this place was so good. I've been craving wings for a while now and heard about this place a while back when they opened a location in Tucson but still hadn't checked it out. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I ended up ordering Cajun fries and a twelve piece of half lemon pepper and half honey habanero. Wings are super crispy and full of flavor. I highly highly recommend the honey habanero. It's that sweet and spicy I was craving in a wing without leaving my mouth hurting amount of spicy - although now I'm curious what the extreme honey habanero is like and will try on my next visit. The lemon pepper was very delicious as well however I found it a tad salty but I usually just don't like things too salty. Just a preference really but I would still go back and order this again. The Cajun fries was amazing needless to say judging on the other reviews I've seen. I could probably eat a pound of these myself. I can't wait to come back next time I'm craving wings and I'm definitely going to take advantage of the 85 cent traditional wings on Tuesday deal. Go here!! read more

It pains me to write this review because I have been a big fan of ATL but tonight my experience with this store was so terrible I won't be returning and will steer my friends and family elsewhere. I do not want anything In return just for the owners to know that because of this situation they lost a loyal customer so that they can avoid it in the future if it happens again. I placed an online order at 6:35pm and selected the ASAP option. After paying it took me to my order confirmation screen telling me my order will be ready at 7:40pm and I thought to myself wow an hour? That seems a bit excessive or must be a mistake so I try to call the store. I called 7 times and not once did someone pick up. At this point all I want to do is cancel my order and go eat somewhere else but the online ordering system does not allow you to cancel your order and I cannot call in to cancel my order because no one will answer. So I have to drive down to the store to cancel. Already this causes your customer frustration that they are not able to even cancel their online order when you push your customers to make orders online. Once I arrive at the store the first thing I noticed was the sign saying they are short staffed and order may take 30-40 minutes, which is still shorter than my 1 hour quoted time on my online order. The second thing I notice is the store is pretty empty aside from maybe 5 customers already eating. I approach the register and I'm greeted by the girl working it. She asked for my order name and I proceed to give it to her hoping she tells me it's ready cause at this point it's already been 30 minutes and maybe it all was just a mistake. She tells me that it will be another 30 minutes. I than tell her that this is where i do have a problem. I proceed to try and tell her my situation and she was not trying to listen or hear what i was saying. When I tell her I ordered online it didn't give me the option to cancel and so I tried to call and she cuts me off and says they're not taking phone orders, so already frustrated that I'm having to go out of my way to cancel my order and her not taking the time to listen to my concerns I tell her that I wasn't trying to order over the phone I wanted to cancel my order, she than rolls her eyes at me and looks to her side clearly showing signs she doesn't care what I'm saying. So I ask for the manager and she calls over Derrell from the back. She than proceeds to shout that "after today she is done and this will be her last shift" Derrell greets me pleasantly and confirms he's the manager and wants to know the situation. Matching his tone and not wanting to project my frustrations onto him I tell him the situation and how it proceeded, I mentioned how poorly she handled the situation by projecting her attitude onto me which caused another customer to show their white knight colors and stick their nose into someone else's business so that clearly caused confusion for what was happening but Derrell proceeds to cancel my order and tell me my card will be refunded. All in all this was a terrible experience that could of easily been avoided in multiple ways. You need to work with your online ordering system to allow for orders to be cancelled. It also was unfathomable that just because you "aren't accepting phone orders" that means you never have to answer the phone because that's the only reason for you to have someone call your store. read more

Best wings in town!!!! I placed an order for 10 traditional wings. I love that they let you split the favors! So I got the ATL original and The Chef's Special. The favors did not disappoint. And I've never had crisper wings. Not burnt, crispy!! The fact that they were still crispy even taking my order to go and eating them an hour later. I also ordered ATL style fries and honey biscuits.
