I tap my card and then I was given my receipt. I see that the discount was not applied. Attendant starts the conversation by telling me it is my fault and that they can give me the discount next time. Asked if I could get another service and get the discount on that. Originally told yes but manager vetoed that and said I already paid. I literally showed the coupon when I first arrived. Attendant never told me the price nor showed me the final price before telling me to pay. Manager will not let me get the discount on a different service. Luckily for me, Exclusive Mobile Tire Service came up in my search and I gave them a call. While on the phone I sent a picture of my tire. They were able to distinguish what size tire I needed. They lmk the brand I had wasn't available until Tuesday and asked if I was okay with using another brand. I was able to make it safely to my destination. Sent my location and it literally took them less than 10 minutes to remove and replace my tire. They went above and beyond letting me know my other rear tire was in jeopardy of popping and they were able to squeeze me back in, returning within an hour to change out my other tire.
